The optometrist was fun and energetic. The assistant who helped out on the floor helped me understand my options and the different things I was billed for with contacts and eyewear and the exam. They had a pretty large selection of glasses but a lot of them strangely seemed the same. That was my only real disappointment ... not finding a pair of glasses I loved. However, I mostly wear contacts so it wasn't a deal-breaker by any means. The only thing that might bother someone if they aren't easily mobile is I did go to a few different rooms for my exam which I had never experienced. I went to a waiting room, another room (and multiple seats) for some things, another room to change my contacts, another room to test my vision ... it was fine for me, but maybe not so much if you can't hop in and out of a seat quickly.

Everyone was nice and worked well as a team. I tried some different contacts as I have a touch of astigmatism, but I didn't like how they felt so we stuck with my usual (I can see a little better out of the other ones, but I can feel them in my eyes). I ordered my contacts. When I had trouble redeeming my Acuvue rewards from home, I called and the problem solved for me easily. Beautiful clean, well lit building. Was greeted upon entering. Was about 20 minutes early for my appointment, but soon as walked was greeted and a minute later Katie came out to do some pre testing. She was very nice, an testing went smoothly. Dr.Chaudhry was super thorough! I have worn glasses since I was about 1, and I don't ever recall having such a thorough exam. So thorough she found an issue I need to address with a Retina specialist! She took the time to explain the concerns, and proper treatment moving forward. Then there is Jason, he was the star of the visit. He was amazing in picking out frames, running cost through insurance, and just answering all questions and concerns we had! By 6pm after watching another woman walk out super upset without being seen, I did too. I asked how much longer it would be once before I left but 30 mins after my scheduled visit was where I tapped out. I didn't reschedule. I was told they had a few walk-ins. The two people with the appointments had to leave to accommodate the walk-ins. I would've appreciated a call letting me know the Doc was running late and given a choice to reschedule. It put me and my ride out as my car is currently in the shop. The lady at the front was a nice, it wasn't her fault but unfortunately I wont be returning. It's funny that patients are charged late and cancellation fees yet Doctor offices don't pay their patients a fee when they are late.

This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. The…read moretechnician, Christian, clearly explained all of the instruments and tests. I was shown the image of my optic nerve and macula, which was pretty neat! (I don't recall my regular provider, Fichte Optometry showing me my eye health transparently, with images and in real-time). All test results are sent electronically to an on-call optometrist, who remotely pops in on a large TV screen to discuss the results. This all happened efficiently and seamlessly. In fact, my results were reviewed by two optometrists who helped fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician, Christian, was nice, polite, and very good at his job. The eyeglass salesperson was also extremely helpful and friendly...a truly genuine, nice, caring gentleman. I hope that more people find out about and use this place. I know that I will be back next year for sure. Oh, and anyone complaining about the parking, I parked farther away and walked. It was no big deal. Great experience!!!

As a family that has glasses, some of us more than one pair, this is a very cost effective way to go if you need a backup pair or whatever. They have various frames to choose from and are fast and efficient. Parking is BJs parking, which at this location is really not that great. ** 3 stars, its still a chain.
