We liked even the name because we are family and wanted someone who understand us. Beth and her colleague Shervoughn (I think this is the spelling) were both very professional and helpful for choosing our glasses. We did not meet Dr. Singh, but we met Dr. Maharaja his wife (the couple are the co-owner of the business). Dr. Maharaja was very knowledgeable and also very kind. She explained thoroughly every steps of our eye exams. My wife and I were soon at ease and happy to have found this place as everyone who works there seems wanting to be helpful. While we ere in the clinic to choose our glasses we saw our old friends Peter and Annette who were visiting the store for the first time. She suggested me to take a picture and see which frame looks best, which was unprofessional and shows her lack of expertise. She did not explained the pros and cons of the frames and make recommendations based on my prescription. Without knowing I was provided with bad advice, I paid $850 for the Gucci glasses and ended up getting a pair of $800 Kate Spade glasses that causes pain to my nose bridge and behind my ears, leaving deep red marks. Submitted a Google review with full honesty that their staff Jennifer suggested me to purchase the Gucci frames. Jennifer then lied about this situation by replying back saying I chose to purchase the frames despite her recommendations. This experience shows that Jennifer does not take accountability for her mistake and put blame on their customers for what happened.
