Changing doctors to "see" Dr. Komm was a god send! He made me laugh, listened to my concerns, and always had the time to see me regardless of his schedule of patients! I would *Highly Recommend this Vision Doctor to anyone*! After all - we all have to take the time to *SEE*! Two thumbs and ten toes UP!!!! :)

We called FEE's after hours service at 6:30AM and received a return call from Dr. Elmer about 10 minutes later. Dr. Elmer's staff helped us get in to see a doctor that same day. The office was immaculate and their staff was very professional. After the exam, Dr. Shenkle provided us with a detailed electronic report to take home with us. When we got home and my husband had additional concerns, Kim helped answer his questions and provided good advice. The staff of Ficthe, Endl and Elmer took really good care of my husband and we are very grateful!

I have been on both ends. And it's disgusting. ALL customers should be treated with respect and dignity. Optometrist gave RX ot did not come back right then another person who claimed to be an optometrist looked at eyes, took measurements and changed RX now the lab is completely confused. Left with no glasses and finally got a refund foe glasses only (which was another screw up) and now I have to pay out of pocket for another exam. I am a senior and $100 is a lot fir me. My mom and I have been patients of Dr. Hargrave's for many years; in fact, he found my mom's…read morepituitary brain tumor which could have caused her to go blind. He is absolutely excellent at contact lens adjustment. At other practices, I have to go 2 or 3 times to get the fit for hard contacts right, but he gets it just right on the first try. They are also very accommodating, very personable, and just good hearted people. Can't recommend enough!
