I purchased four new Michelin tires earlier this year at a fantastic price. They arrived to the store within a week and I came in the next day to have them done. One thing to keep in mind: their tire service is done first come, first served (no appointments) so you should plan to head there early as they get very busy in the mornings. Go shop or grab a bite to eat at the mall while you wait. They'll call you when your car is ready and you just grab the keys and go! The actual service was done in less than a half hour. At the end of it, my car had shiny new tires filled with premium Nitrogen air. The techs were all very friendly, professional and efficient. They clearly explained what I was entitled to with purchasing the tires at Costco (complimentary lifetime rebalancing, rotation, nitrogen air, & more) as well as their comprehensive road hazard warranty. I was sold! Their comprehensive service benefits in addition to competitive pricing had me won. I've been back twice to take advantage of their services and it's always a quick and painless process. Brand spanking new store with all the fixins.... in bulk! I am, and always have been, a fan of The Costco. Where else can you buy 29 pounds of gummy vitamins, tires, a pogo stick, vintage wine, a diamond necklace, tenderloins and 90 inch TV? The new store is spacious, and has even more items to choose from. The store is clean and brightly lit. The layout of the store is intuitive thus making products easy to find. The aisles are nice and wide in order to allow you to use your forklift to haul out a palette of Kirkland brand almonds (they're delicious). The liquor section has been expanded and now carries spirits, wines, and every type of beer that has been created since the dawn of time. The quality of Costcos products are as good as they ever were; you gotta love Kirkland! My most favorite addition to this costco branch is the Kirkland gas station. Costco's gas prices are the cheapest around, The Kirkland gas sation has officially become my go to fill up spot. The parking situation is a mess, but you'll find that at any Costco. The staff is meh, and may the heavens help you if you try to enter without your membership card. I think it is easier to enter Buckingham palace than it is to enter Costco without your card...then again Buckingham palace doesn't give out free samples. Nice place . Carry many great items . Always good to know your prices so you can really know if your saving or spending more then you should be . That includes the pharmacy . The people that ring you up at pharmacy are very nice and sweet . But some of the pharmacist are not the friendliest . And make it like your a bother to them . Especially when you have a question that needs answering . I hope that changes I would truly like to bring all my medications to them but not if its going to be like this . Be prepared to wait in lines , and deal with mobs . I think everyone things the world is ending when they come here . read more

On a recent trip through Charlotte NC on the Interstate I had a blow out on my tire and changed the tire to put on the spare donut and get a hotel for the night. I was on my return trip back to Clearwater Florida from Philadelphia. I drove my wife and I since we could not fly because of the Covid19 pandemic. I spent a week there mourning the loss of my mother-in-law who died peacefully at home during this crisis.Needless to say, Gil went above and beyond to help me get back on the roadwithin an hour the next morrning. He unloaded my car trunk full of luggage and other boxes and placed the spare back inside the trunk. I did not expect this. I even told him I would do that in the parking lot. Gil went way over the top helping me get back on the road safely. He is to be commended for his willingness abd dedication to customers. conveniently located near Willowbrook mall. came here on a saturday night and the lines were short and moved very fast. cashier was friendly and speedy. the alcohol was incorporated into the Costco aisles, unlike other Costcos I have frequented where the liquor store is separate outside the warehouse. can easily get crowded, try to come during off peak times if you can. read more

Not too fond of the long lines at checkout. They need self checkout or more cashiers. They do have a wide variety of samples though. It would be nice if the aisles are labeled. I hate having to search for everything. That's why I go to BJs. The staff is very courteous though. read more

We have been going to Costco Wayne for a few years and Costco manages to keep up the interest each time. We do a lot of shopping from Costco starting with basic organic groceries (organic cashews, goji berries, fresh blueberries, spinach, apples are all good quality) to big items like furniture. And, they are truly impressive as they not only provide some of the better products, they also help with excellent customer service. This is by far the fairest and customer centric business I have ever seen and have a great respect for Costco business model. I adore their integrity and how they are reliable and standby the products/services they sell. Some of the products they sell like diamond jewellery have the diamonds that are ethically sourced. They have special events at warehouses occasionally of jewellery, skin care products, special knife sets, etc. As of now, they have a jewellery event going on at Wayne Costco. They also sell a few special items occasionally like special occasion cards, table lamps, handbags, etc., I have found those item are usually very good deals and worth it. Though if I'm not sure of buying and wait for a few days and then decide to buy, those items are just gone, not just from this warehouse, but from most other warehouses and sometimes even online (if available). This wisdom helped us buy our dryer right in time as the dryer we brought was available only for a week or so and it's a good dryer. Overall, we enjoy our shopping at Costco. It is usually quite colorful and the most colorful time of year is before Christmas. It brings best of the season and seems quite joyous. So far, we visited 11 different Costcos including in NJ, NY, Hawaii, Montreal and Vancouver and they do have some items only at certain locations, like the scarfs they sell in Maui. Might probably not see those in Costcos up here. Hope to visit more Costcos in future and also, hope Costco expands it's organic produce/food even more. read more

We're BJ defectors, so the idea of warehouse bulk savings isn't new to us. We love that Costco pays the employees a livable wage, and that was one reason why we changed over. Way more selection than BJ's. We were blown away by that! Food samples almost everywhere you go! The bakery seems to be on point with the flavor department in my mouth! Unorthodox milk gallons! The cuts of meat are great. The electronics selection is impressive, although wouldn't buy a computer their. All in all, I'm glad I made the switch. Btw! Cafeteria has a deal 1 hot dog, 1 soda, $1.50. Can't beat it! read more

This place is great to shop in bulk! Unfortunately you have to pay to be able to shop there. The aisles are super crowded on Sunday which is when I went. I would suggest against going here during a weekend. It takes forever to park and once oh finally he through the store shopping the lines are super long to check out. Most people shopping here are getting a ton of food so it takes a while per person getting out of there. Make sure to hold onto your receipt because they check it in the way out to ensure nobody steals anything. They have anything you could need in one shopping trip. Convenient if you have a good amount of time to shop. read more

One of my fav Costcos in NJ. Clifton is a cluster F compared to this store. As others have said, better parking, better traffic situation, better check-out experience and they sell liquor in the store! They also carried a couple things I love which Clifton hasn't carried in over a year (like hazelnuts and kosher babaganoush). Came on a Sunday and they didn't have as many samples as I would hope, but that's a small price to pay. read more

Worst experience in my life at an auto / tire place. I purchased a set of tires from them over a year ago. The tires came with "Lifetime flat fix" guaranty. A few days ago, I got a flat on the road, I put in a can of "Fix-a-Flat" sealant and drove to a local gas station and inflated the tire properly. Drove directly without any problem to their Tire Center and told their technician, Giovani Montagna, I had a flat and I had put in a can of "Fix-a-Flat" sealant. He went inside to check with the manager if it's still covered by the warranty. He came back to tell me that "Yes", they will fix it for me. Since there was an over 3-hour waiting time, he told me to come back next morning at 8am when the door opens. I went back the next morning at 7:50am, waited for over 2 hours, at 10:15 am. the person in charge (or is he the manager?), Ronald Garcia, came to me to tell me that since I had put in the "Fix-a-Flat" sealant that I have voided the warranty. I told him that I was there the day before and I was told that it was under warranty. However he just refused to fix it for me but tried to sell me a new tire for $130 plus installation, tax, disposal, etc. Shame on them..... Is this how Costco operates these days? On the way home, I stopped by a gas station and had it fixed with a plug in 15 minutes for $10. read more

Ok I am a regular costco shopper. But in the name of the word "Frozen" people are getting cheated here. I am noticing that the quality control and the inventory management people are all kids who don't have any idea about quality or inventory maintainance. Today April 2nd 2016 I go to costco, I see that tomatoes are packed on March 3rd , 1 month old tomatoes. The salad kids which I love from taylor farms are having expiry dates within 2 days. All the time now I have to take notice of the expiry date so that Costco does not sell me thats old and going to perish soon after I buy it. This is Costco, u charge customers for membership, shouldn't your quality and inventory reflect fresh products rather than try to move month old products. For gods sake who eats a tomato that's one month old. PLease ask this question to the CEO of Costco. read more

This costco never has water when I come. How can you not have your own water? They never tell you if they are going to put more out or not

Staff at service counter were so rude. We walked up with no one else in line and no one even looked up to acknowledge us. Said hello to 2 people who then scurried away without even acknowledging us. Finally a woman sighs and waved us over. We asked our questions found out we couldn't sign up today due to my fiance having an out of state license. No big deal. Except we asked either for a guest pass or if it was ok to walk around and look at what they have to offer. They don't do guest passes and we were told only paid members were allowed inside. You can't checkout without a membership card so I'm not sure what the big deal was, maybe they were afraid we would get a free sample. I didn't want to spend over 70 bucks on a membership if the only products I would purchase are toilet paper and muffins. That combined with the less than warm welcome, ok downright rude and condescending, treatment from the customer service counter has made us rethink getting a membership. In fact we went with BJs wholesale club even though they are further away. They were more welcoming and had no problems letting us look around to see if we would make use of the membership. read more

This Costco location has lots of parking and sometimes difficult to get a parking spot close to the building. My first experience was for a set of passport photos. Costco gives you 4 photos for $5. This location makes you wait over an hour to give you the photos. They sometimes tell me to come back the next day for them. read more

Costco needs to be careful with produce. I learned in Costco's CO locations to closely check ALL veggies. Sad to say that my husband just brought home a full medley of rotten stuff. It took six phone calls and 20 min to reach Nick, the Wayne location manager. Granted it is our job to not buy moldy cucumbers, but frankly it would be ideal to not have them in the mix to begin with. read more

Where else can you get prime sirloin, the best toilet paper and paper towels (both Kirkland), Amy's Organic Lentil Soup, 300 Hefty bowls, and organic eggs at the best prices (as an example of the variety of items available)? My husband said that the Kirkland signature Malbec wine was the absolute best and the Wayne liquor department is terrific. And yes, their gasoline prices are also the best. Every time we go there, I time the checkout process and it is always less than 5 minutes, so if people complain, they are just reacting to the number of people in line, not the actual time it takes to check out. Checkout employees are always friendly and efficient. I always bring a shopping list, but, believe me, I don't stick to it! Wish list would include a wider selection of cat food and more low/reduced sodium items (reduced sodium Kikkoman soy sauce, for example). Favorite regular items are the Kirkland canned tuna and organic peanut butter. I'm looking forward to the opening of the location near Flemington, too. read more

This Costco sells alcohol, yay! Bottles of vodka that are practically grey goose quality for $13-$20. Everything here is more organized and clean than some of the other Costco's that I have been too. read more
