I went to the Wayne location couple of times during weekday nights. The parking situation is so much better than the Teterboro store. This store seems newer as well and they have so much more products than Teterboro. They also have the dining area with their famous pizza and hot dog. They have the tire center and gas stations as well. The electronic section is bigger. And they have a huge section for liquor, selling all sorts of wine and spirits at an amazing Costco like price. I also found the pho boxes I was looking for and the prices were cheaper than online. I also bought a 750 ml bottle of Bartenura Moscato for only $12. Found my favorite mango rasmalai in the store as well. I was so elated to see this store having self checkout lane with about 6 kiosks. That is such a relief as I didn't have to wait in line only to scan and pay for couple of items. I also went to the Customer service to return few items and the staff member was super helpful, processed the return in couple of minutes. Overall I had such better experience at this store compared to the Teterboro one. I would preferably shop more often at this store in future just because of the self checkout lanes. read more

I have been a member of Costco for 12 years - was asked at checkout to upgrade to Executive Card for an additional $47 which (and I quote) "You will receive this $47 back next May no matter how much you spend so you have nothing to lose". . Apparently this is not true - I only received a check for $26, When I contacted Costco I was told they cannot comment on what I was told at the store, and to go back to the regular membership if I am not happy. This is a very unprofessional tactic in which to persuade customers to upgrade. I will not be renewing any membership. read more

well organized costco, compared to teterboro. everything seems more orderly. for me, the main draw is the wine selection here as you can try lots of kirkland wines for a decent price. trust me, you will like some of the kirkland wines, which are better than lots of wines 2-3x the price. the only disklike here is that there are the usual costco shenanigans, eg, random kids hanging out looking to cause trouble and people getting testy and behaving badly. some guy got upset because he thought my wife cut him in line. it's unreal. there's always something at any costco, with people cutting you off by fighitng you for a parking spot or people bumping into your cart. but costco's is full of good and bad. heck, it has $100 sneakers and $100 plus wines. read more

I often shop here for my organic fruit. It saves so much money! It's hard to find clean grass fed butter at a fair price. Costco carries this butter at the best price I could find. Whenever I can't find a product it is quick to find an employee around to check for you. They carry certain brands on and off so I find myself asking for help often in order to find what I need. read more

I have been trying to buy jarbergs sliced light swiss cheese packages for the last 3 weeks and they're all gone when I get to the store. They should double or triple the supply of this cheese. I have to drive 40 minutes each way to find that they don't have it. Overcrowded. The parking lot is a nightmare. They need another Costco in the area to reduce the chaos. The return line is out the door... the registers are barely manned, and this is a highly dense shopping center. They just keep packing people in like sardines. Only plus is they sell alcohol but the parking lot, population density and buying process is very stressful. read more

We've been coming to this Costco location for a while because of their convenience in location and options. There is plenty of parking depending the day and time you go! I like this location because of the amount of food options and larger departments within the store. They have good prices on certain foods, meats, and cleaning products. Their alcohol section is pretty well priced as well! read more

So of course their products and foods are great. What's not great are the nonstop crowds and the inability of their staff to regulate this, specifically at the check out lines. No one pays attention - it clogs up the entire section of the store and people cut at every opportunity. People constantly on their phones and stopping in the middle of a thoroughfare - it becomes extremely frustrating. They make enough money. Prices here are great but get here early & maybe not on a Sunday. I got here at opening at 10am on a Sunday morning and the place was packed! Even though it was super busy, they had all 15 registers open and had an associate navigating each customer to a register to keep lines in check. read more

This is the closest Costco with wine and beer. There's always something new to try on the sample carts. Parking is a mission no matter what time of day you go. There's a car section, home section, clothes, garden, toys, printer ink, appliances, and plenty of other sections not food related. There's a tire shop out front where you can get air. Terrible experience here last week. After I left, I still Couldn't shake it and called the store. I left a message for the manager since they were busy and couldn't take my call. It's been over a week and still no call back, despite assurances that I would get a call back that day. This alone says a lot about the customer service and management at the Wayne location. If they can't find time to take my call over a rude experience, maybe they can find time to read my yelp review? I was in line checking out. The cashier called over another employee, Monica. Monica proceeded to ask me over and over again to upgrade to the black Costco card. I told her no multiple times. When she finally realized that she was not going to get my sale, she rolled her eyes and said to the cashier, "well I guess some people just don't like saving money" laughed and walked away in a huff. Are you kidding me? I pay a membership fee to shop here, not to be harassed while I am shopping to upgrade that membership. Please rethink your sales tactics. read more

A great Costco in a very busy area haha! My wife has a membership here and she sometimes allows me to come along. We do not have a home store, but we usually go to the Clifton one. Ever since covid, it has been hit and miss with some of our favorites... We loved their chicken cordon blues, but we haven't seen them anywhere in quite some time. One thing to note here that many stores have a separate liquor store, but this one is inside the main store. Other than that it is a typical Costco. No big issues. They frequently have samples of totally random things which I love. We were able to give my 15 month old some fun snacks while shopping! Other than that, it is a typical Costco, staff is decently friendly. Store is a ZOO! So many people, and some are kind of rude. Please stand to the side, do not stop in the middle blocking the aisle etc. All in all a nice Costco, great selection, good service. read more

Great bakery selection! I'm not a huge fan of frozen food and snacks but they have a selection! Plenty of big brands and wholesale too. The best part of trekking here is getting the $1.50 hot dog and soda. Fantastic! read more

I ordered a product on November 29th and the products are still not here and Costco keeps sending emails saying the products are delayed and after I confronted wanting a refund to get my money back and they won't do it because they said it's to late I got an email saying product shipped then later on in the day another email detailing another delay that's totally unacceptable I also wanna stress the fact that you don't listen to your customers I begged and pleaded with every single one of your check out employees I do not want the CC nor do I care about the cash back I tell you repeatedly to leave me alone regarding that it's a shame that you just look at your customers as cash cows and can care less about any of us I spend a lot of money with your company but I might just keep going to BJ's I have there membership and they care more then Costco does that's for sure and Sam's clubs has a lot of the products you sell for a lot cheaper too COSTCO SUCKS I'm done with you guys read more

Prices are up and regular monthly sales like on vitamins haven't been same and not as frequent. Produce always seems high. Like their cases of water. Love their brand toilet paper and paper towels. I can make paper towels last long time. Occasionally get frozen meals when on sale. Costco at Clearwater Fl has sausage Pattie's are amazing for get brand, they used to go on sale like once a month price way up haven't seen on sale in long time. Hit or miss on other items only will buy if on sale. Nice thing is no coupons to clip just sale prices. Family love quick pizza can't go wrong for price and 25 cent bottle of water. read more

The manager for this site is a little bit behind. The return area is very difficult fir the customer yo go through. They could make this customer service area at inner side of the same location. I never see restaurants inside the store. They can open the restaurant door or windows out side and move the customers service table from the exit door to the restaurant area. I feel very bad when deciding to go to this location. I rather drive few more miles and go to the other ones. I the manager take care of the customers who want to return their unwanted merchandise. read more

I went to the Wayne Costco with my friend, who has a membership here. Every time I've gone to the other Costco locations, I would get shook. Whether it was a crowdedness inside the store, the cars driving willy-nilly in the parking lot, people who push their carts too close to you, etc. So I was mentally preparing for all this on the drive over. However, surprisingly, I did not experience that here. This is a great location! Shelves were organized and clean. Plus, this location sells alcohol (which was news to me). I can't speak to the membership fees and what you get out of it, but it was a good shopping experience and the deals were good. read more

My partner and I have tried to avoid this establishment especially during the weekends as we know how crazy it can be with finding parking and the long check out line. Today, we went to a different location situated in Wayne, NJ by Willowbrook Mall as our go to in Teterboro is closed due to the blue law. We were amazed how easily we found parking. Social distancing was in effect. The crowd wasn't too bad as we maneuvered the aisles without any bottle necking. We noticed that wines and liquors are sold inside the store vs. a separate entrance like Teterboro. Check out was quick as the staff made it easy to assist. We were in luck today and hopefully to all that comes here. read more

Average Costco in terms of selection and deals. What makes this one better than others in NJ is the fact that they have alcohol selection inside the warehouse which usually means better prices. However the liquor/beer prices are just the same or not better than TotalWine. You really have to dig and price compare to find something significantly cheaper than Totalwine. For a place that you pay for membership, the prices should be cheaper. read more

Efficient and well organized even on a busy Sunday. Came here in February 2021, during Covid and staff works very diligently to move people along the checkout lines and direct people to meet social distancing guidelines. This location also sells tons of liquor options for wholesale price options and also have a lot of Kirkland brand options. The only difficulty with this location is parking given it is situated right by the Willowbrook mall. read more

Wow. I'm not a member, but dad is-so we decided to stock the cellar before Xmas, as we have company flying in from CA. I've enjoyed their Pinot Grigio from Fruili, so we bought a case. A couple passes through the wine and spirits aisles and, hey presto, we were up to over $225. And it was a bargain! I'm not sure how happy I'd be if I had to park far away, but dad's handicap permit got us close up, thank God! And of course we grabbed a rotisserie chicken, like half the shoppers seem to do-but skipped the hot dog lunch special! read more

During this quarantine Costco has really dipped the ball. I bought a package of chicken that wasn't sealed properly and it leaked all over my car and my fridge. I tried to return and they hid behind the New Jersey law that you can't return food. So you sell me unsealed chicken that clearly is defective product and you won't give me a refund. Then I got two packages of rao's sauce and they told me I could only have one. Meanwhile the guy behind me cleared out the shelves of disinfecting wash for contacts. So this guy can buy a couple boxes of a something and I can only have one package of sauce ? I'm done with Costco after being a loyal customer for 15 years. read more

Got a prescription at the Pharmacy - The doctor sent a prescription with the wrong MG on it. Called doctor and a new one was prescribed. Got a call from the Costco Pharmacy and Tom said it was ready and it would be no charge. Went to Costco today and Claudia (pharmacist) said why don't you just cut them in half - I wanted my prescription (that was already filled) with the correct MG - Ibeth G and Claudia said that it was 12.00 more money even though it was half the dose ! I've always been a devoted Costco fan but the Wayne store is a true standout location! The place is immaculate and well run. I've never encountered a Costco that wasn't at least reasonably good... but the Wayne location is noticeably superior than their customarily strong baseline standards. Not only is it clean but the store is optimally organized for efficient checkouts even with Covid-driven spacing requirements. I also love the Costco liquor section!! Always such a home run value. New Jersey's archaic liquor laws are an embarrassment but fortunately the Wayne store is one of a handful of NJ locations that offer alcohol sales. (Be sure to try the Kirkland booze brands - they are always an unbeatable value) My only knock might be the hectic parking but I've adapted by strenuously avoiding peak shopping times. read more

Great Costco with lots of parking. The parking lot can be busy but I always seem to find a spot. This Costco sells liquor. Remember the Costco's that have the liquor store attached tot eh store are not actually Costco selling the product. The ones that sell liquor inside the store, such as this Costco are Costco itself and prices are cheaper. There were enough cashiers to move the crowd through the store quickly. It's Costco. You know what to expect when it comes to products if you've ever been to any Costco at all - great prices, bulk sizing. However, this Costco is located in a great spot - right near the Willowbrook mall, as well as in the same shopping center as DSW and Bahama Breeze & a gym too.. if you're into that. Plus they have a gas station in the same shopping center. You can get all your shopping and errands done in one area! The parking lot is fairly big, but you may have to park far away just based on the sheer number of people who come to this Costco, particularly on the weekend. The lines in here on a weekend can drive you crazy. I don't know why Costco has never done anything to fix this, because it's literally been like this for as long as I can remember. Expect to wait on line for at least 15 minutes, or longer. The checkout staff are not very friendly and pretty much don't say anything to you for the entire checkout. One thing that really made this Costco loose 2 stars from me is when they decided to start shutting off the lights 45 minutes before the store closed. There were still a decent number of people shopping in the store at 7:30, but the store employees began walking around shouting to customers that the store was closing soon. I get it, the customers need to finish up their shopping. However, the way they went about it was really rude and inconsiderate. Plus, it's not like the store was closing in 5 minutes, it was scheduled to close over 45 minutes from when they started shouting and turning the lights off. I wrote a letter to Costco corporate about this incident, but had no reply. read more

I am always excited to go into a new costco store. I was nearby and saw this costco so came here for shopping. It has nothing special, same as other stores. Staff is always very helpful and polite. I was able to find what I need. The food court is not crowded with people as they have enough staff to serve at all the counters. All the lines move really fast for the checkout. I bought a pack of greek yogurt and it was slightly opened, I noticed it when I was at the counter for billing. I asked to replace it and the person at the counter waited until I came back. I never have a bad day at costco and so I was very happy with this store as well. read more

Wow! How big the vodka bottle can be? I came here for lunch everyday, in the past 3 months: Salad-hot dog switch. Then I will go take a look for what's fresh. First, the white peach here is $10.99 vs the $5.99 in Costo- East Hanover. It might be due to the liquor licence they hold, which could cost $300,000 a year in NJ!
