I left the items I intended to purchase in the first aisle, which is covered by security cameras, so it would have been easy to verify what happened. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Target is always the place to go for anything from household items to clothing and most food items…read morein-between. The parking lot is huge and the entrance had plenty of shopping carts. There is even an E- vehicle charging station in the parking lot. Inside the store, it was bright and clean. The shelves were well stocked and the store was pretty crowded. I stopped in to shop in the morning and there were plenty of employees visible and working. I found what I went in for and the check out lanes were plentiful, and it only took a few minutes to check out. Prices were resonable and the app is useful for finding what aisle merchandise can be located.

I learned about currency around 1st or 2nd grade. So when a Target employee, a young adult, struggled to count the cash I tendered I became deeply concerned about their education and training. She had difficulty adding the denominations, a basic elementary skill, which held up the line. The culmination of their family (parent(s) or guardian(s)), their school curriculum, and their employer failed them. I don't shop at Target as much as I used to. I just happened to be in the area. And just like Safeway, they lock stuff up like personal care items and laundry detergent. I think people will still shop here though because it's close to Sea-Tac Airport. They just won't get the same customer service and freedom to shop like how it was a decade or two ago.

After lunch, I decided on CVS because I am a member of the Loyalty Program. At home in Hawaii, CVS retained its name of Longs Drugs Store... LOL! I searched the aisles and was about to give up. I don't like to ask employees. I enjoy finding things on my own. I tried the front of the store first, then the stationary section. My last hope was the souvenir department... Voila!!! Message received "order delivered", however the message doesn't include a photo or description as to exactly where the order is. Delivery instructions are to deliver orders to the apartment door. Calls to Walmart is an exercise in complete frustration. Chats entail being connected with several chat-bots which eventually lead to finally being connected to a live human being, offering nothing but sympathy however, there's no real help at locating the order. The final suggestion is to cancel the order and re-order the item. The dilemma provided the buyer who is retired and on a fixed income, he or she doesn't have sufficient funds in a bank account now to place an order for the same item Walmart lost. When paying for an on-line order payments are immediately deducted from a bank account. In order to re-order the item Walmart lost the buyer must wait 7-10 days to place another order as funds will be available only after Walmart finally returns funds drawn out. Walmart has a layer of incompetent delivery personnel working under the guise of Customer Service. Delivery management should task themselves with tracking down the delivery individual or entity delivering the order in order to satisfy the customer. Instead, it is the unfortunate customer who must do the sleuthing. I will be cancelling my Walmart+ membership and have demanded an immediate refund of the purchase order fees and membership fees. I've conducted delivery service with other businesses (Safeway, Fred Meyer, etc.) without a glitch, ever. Though some prices for items may be cheaper at Walmart, with respect to their delivery service the customer ends up with a cheap headache.

She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. Ok, I get it, this live guy is waiting for his vaccine and I'm just a hospice nurse trying to find a med close by for a dying patient urgently. Could the other lady look for the tablets? Nope.
