We started the process by going to their local headquarters and sampling the different styles. Sam and Kelly were very knowledgeable about all the products and made great recommendations. They provided us with a deluxe coffee bean grinder, a two-station coffee maker, and a two-station espresso machine. We have been open for almost a year now and we have never had any problems with their equipment or coffee products. They do have an emergency technician on call to stop by immediately if we ever have any issues. Lastly and most importantly, our customers absolutely love their coffee and it's one of the reasons why we've been able to be so successful in such a competitive market. Coffee is everything in our business and we made sure we picked the best around. It's always a pleasure dealing with Sam and Kelly from Philosophy Coffee. They often stop by our restaurant just to say hello and check on things. They don't just sell you a product and disappear, they are always proactive and really do things right away.

Another Great Vest From Victory Leathers!…read more I joined American Veterans Motorcycle Riders Association and needed to get a new vest. My first vest I bought from here was a great deal so, my new vest had to come from Victory Leathers. I had picked it out online. Called Eddie to make sure they had one. I drive over 70 miles one way is the reason for calling. The first one I wanted was a bit tight. No problem, Eddie had a size bigger. I bought the, "Leather Vest with Buffalo Nickle Snaps", and love it. Eddie sewed on 13 patches of various sizes. It was around 11:45 when I got there and finished the complete sale and headed home around 12:25. Thank you again for doing another great job for me.

We were welcomed warmly and immediately the crewe attended to our needs. We felt immediately safe and assured that we'd found the right place. Edwin, Elizabeth and the rest of the crewe are amazing ~ we felt comfortable and assured, we were informed step-by-step on each item that was examined, weighted & priced. We were always involved in the process ~ well over two and a half hours ~ we learned so much and we knew we were working together with professionals, honest and fair and also quite blunt about items that weren't suitable. The sense of honesty was amazing, that alone was a plus in their corner. The atmosphere was clean, bright, cheerful and welcoming. The men and women at the shop are gracious and welcoming, professional and sincerely honest ... along with a kind of joy in their work and undoubtedly their happy customers. Many bits of laughter and joy made the entire experience the absolute perfection. Thank you to the family of professionals who welcomed us in, went straight to helping us and kept the spirits high and encouraging. Thank you for it a perfect day! Cheers to Edwin, Elizabeth and everyone at Sterling & Knight! We highly recommend S&K in Berwyn. Barbara & William

Good Earth is such a fun place!…read more I've bought plants, home decor, kids toys and even visited for a private event. While prices are not inexpensive, the product quality is high. We even stopped in to use this as our 'pumpkin patch' for multiple years. They've got a great assortment of plants and in late spring there are herbs and tomatoes and other plants. Then they pivot to summer and then fall flowers and decor and into winter. There is something for everyone! Staff is so friendly. They will stop to answer questions or guide you if you are not sure of what to buy. They may not be readily viewable when you go to check out, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to pop up at the register. The parking lot can be busy and it isn't huge, but there is street parking around.

I really want to support local shops instead of big box stores, but they never seem to have what I'm looking for, or the prices are outrageous for what they're offering. One of the things I've always loved about shopping local is the knowledge and help the staff can provide. Unfortunately, the last two times I asked for help, I ended up sharing more knowledge with them than they shared with me. That's honestly sad to see. I've loved going to this place over the past couple of years since moving to the area, but I think I may skip it moving forward. I understand this may make me sound like an entitled customer, but I genuinely hope the business sees feedback like this and steps up their game.
