I am extremely impressed with this Costco. They are taking all precautions with customers in their store due to Covid-19. They are well organized and store is clean. read more

Since all this chaos all the employee have been exceptional except one. I have to shop for others and I'm in there often. The one at the front as you leave checking tickets most definitely acts as though she does not want to be there. She's wearing gloves with a clip board for your receipt but won't get close enough for you to put it on there and then afterwards won't get close enough to give it back. She lets go of it before it's in your hand and said, " there you go , you can get it". With everything going on we all need to be kind and do our jobs. I take care of the sick. Meaning elderly, mental patients and disabled children/adults. We are all in this together read more

Love that we have a Costco nearby. Was here yesterday 6/23/16. Enjoy shopping here and looking at what they have. Prices are great as well. Love that they prepackage their poultry, wish they would do the same with their ground beef. So instead of getting that, I purchased ground turkey. Win win. Will return! read more

I give Costco 1 star for their incredibly inconvenient hours. Opening at 10am & closing at 8pm? Try opening at 8am & closing at 10pm.

The reason for the bad review is the fact that this costco doesn't have enough handicapped electric carts. I believe there are only 4 for the entire store. As a handicapped person on oxygen that needs an electric cart, I have had to wait somewhere up to 30 minutes to get one. read more

Awful experience especially at time of checkout..apathetic and rude attitude..went with my mom ...will not be buying a membership ever!!

First time at costco the other day and really not impressed. I believe they are overpriced and the online deals aren't any better. I bought an executive membership but I don't think I will be spending enough to get my money's worth. check out is great though. small wait. read more

Omgoodness!!! I haven't even gotten into the store before the high pressure sales have started. Three cashiers took turns trying to sell me an upgrade for $55 for a savings of 2% cash back. I spend an average of $200 per month so I would lose $7. I had to say "NO" at least 10 times!! I finally had to say STOP! read more

This review is for the Costco food court. Poor customer service despite hardly any customers there. The food looked good and was an excellent price but unfortunately I couldn't eat it to try it. When I asked if their hot dog or polish dog (without bun) had gluten in it, the clerk told me he didn't know. They had an allergen guide that gave info for the whole hotdog but not for the meat itself. I asked if he could look at the package and he said no because they throw them away. He said that they sell them in the back and pointed to the back of the store as if to indicate for me to go across the store and look it up. I was dizzy and not feeling well and there was no way I was going to make the trek to the back of the store to try and find them. He didn't make any suggestions for anything else either. So, I gave up and left. read more

I go early in the day to avoid crowds. I'm very happy with the fact that Costco has more organic items. If they could get organic groused coffee that be great. read more

Best customer service EVER!! Very nice and always willing to help. Very easy to find things and they keep it really clean. Have some really good pizza. read more

We love that there is a Costco close to us. We never have problems from them taking returns. And always love that they have high quality product. However, recently we had an incident where the lady loading the Cart completely ignored us and decided to not do her job and have a fun conversation with one of her coworkers. I loaded the entire cart while she lollygagged. The cashier looked appalled. I don't mind loading my own cart, but I come to Costco for that reason and love that they provide that service. I have small children to juggle and I choose Costco over other stores because of this usually guaranteed service. I let it go and came back again and had the same problem again. Completely ignored. Also, the food court has gone downhill dramatically. It is one of the dirtiest Costco food courts I've been too. Again, we choose Costco because it's suppose to be high quality. The food court is a complete disaster every time we come lately. We may choose to go to our previous Costco locations. read more

The exit lines move quick. The place is clean. My only complaint is that in all the other Costco's someone clears your basket for you and places on the check out. The last 5 times I have went, they do not do it for me. read more

I moved from Katy and one of the things I missed most was Costco! The gas is always cheap, but the gas station isn't open at all hours. The liquor store has some great deals and you don't have to be a member to check it out. There are always tons of samples and they have an amazing return policy. If you don't need to buy in bulk, there are always tons of other great finds from kitchen appliances to patio furniture to name brand products at a discount (today they had Toms shoes, normally around $45 for $30). The meat prices are normally great and the rotisserie chickens are better than any grocery store. Gotta love the $1.50 hot dog and drink combo if you need a snack on your way out! read more

Costco is a wonderful and amazing place to get keto foods. The meat department is a carnivorous wonderland and the cheeses there are superb. I really love this place read more

This place is always clean and organized. It could get a little busy especially during the weekend but enjoy it coming in during weekday. Some of the associate can be friendlier. The line to check out is always fast for me. read more

Finally we have a costco. We have a good time wondering and looking at all of the pretty things. The store is clean and well lit. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Wish they performed oil changes, and had a better consumer electronics section besides tvs. We go often and spend a fortune. I am grateful I no longer have to go to Target next door anymore. One thing I have seen other much prettier costcos, I dont know why the building which is going to be with us a long time, has to look so plain without any elevation or better exteriors. Boring to look at. not waiting to check out. read more

I absolutely love Costco so happy to finally have one in humble the selection is awesome and clothes and shoes are great quality. Staff is super friendly and are definitely customer oriented. My kids love the hot dogs and drinks so they can sit there and eat while I shop so it's like an outing for the whole family!!!!!! Thank you Costco for finally coming to humble!!! read more

Hearing aids, i am 4 yrs into a pair purchased at another Costco. But am treated like I just bought them. Just had a tune up as I would call it where I was re tested, then re-set them. Could not be more pleased, although I have nothing to compare it with as this is my 1st experience with heating aids. No pressure to up grade or whatever, a complaint I hear from other hearing deprived people. read more

I enjoy going to Costco I freaking two different ones because they all seem to have something different that I like unique on this last occasion or visit to the Humble location which is closer to me on my way out the door the checker notice on the receipt that the cashier only rang up one of my lights for my home we said okay no problem do we need to let him know that he missed the item she started ram sacking everything else in my basket as if I was stealing or hiding something it was very embarrassing and ignorant of her to do so in front of other people knowing that everything else on the receipt was accounted for if this is how they're going to treat the people that come in there and pay $120 for a membership then this is disgracefulthe items do not belong to her they belong to the store and yes she is supposed to check the receipt to make sure that things match but once you see that the other things match you don't hold someone hostage ramsack their baskets because of her own guilt of what she may do when she goes out somewhere else or her family members etc etc everyone is not like she is so when you get ready to go out that door get ready to be humiliated and also they never went back to the cashier who made the mistake and corrected him she wanted to make us feel as if we had done the wrong or we try to sneak something out of the store .we didn't take the time to look at the receipt because we trust that the employees know exactly what they're trained to do and we went on.I want to use some other words that are not respectful but I dare not but this person needs to be removed from the door indefinitely before someone else responds to her in a much more negative way God bless . read more

I had an experience with the same employee! He was a tall caucasian guy named Richard. He was directing customers to the checkouts when I approached him to locate an item for me. He walked towards the restroom I guess where the offices are located as well and that's when I realized I had an image on my phone and followed behind him to show him. He just quickly walked out of my view when we came face to face for him to tell me that they did not have this item. I laughed at the fact that he was lying to me. He did not have enough time to get on a computer to check the inventory. The sole reason we went to Costco was for this particular item and that reason alone was not good enough! I went to customer service and described the item in which I think they told me they had about 100 of them in stock. It took a while because they had to locate and pull item from top shelf onto floor. This happened 6/21/20, Father's Day at approximately 11:00 AM. Item purchased OttLite LED desk lamp in black. I also ask the Manager's of this store to verify my experience with this employee on their store camera footage. read more

Costcos do not vary much from each other, and this one isn't any different, but it is brand-new! Sister and family has waited two years to finally have one near their home, so they're happy. (Their alternatives being H-E-B and Sam's Club.) Be careful navigating through the parking lots, as there aren't any yield and stop signs, and people just barrel through, no matter who has the right-of-way. Wine and beer are available for purchase inside the warehouse, but for other liquors, you must go through a separate entrance, as Costco's liquor store can be accessed independently from the warehouse, which is off to the right of the main entrance. I assume this is due to Texas alcohol law that mandates that liquor stores close on Sundays. There is a tire center (to the left and back of the entrance), as well as a fuel station nearby (across the entrance, on the outer edge of parking lots), but I did not notice a car wash station available. read more

I usually love costco but was very disappointed today when we went. My membership expired July 31 of this year and I was in costco 2 days before that and they never told me my membership was expiring. I would have swore on my life it expired at the end of August so I didn't think anything of it and figured I'd budget it in next month to renew. Go in today and they tell me my membership was expired and that they automatically added the fee to my check out (mind you i had two items and was well within my limited budget for what I needed) and that if I didn't want to renew then I shouldn't have come in today. Nothing about the interaction was courteous or polite. I wouldn't have even minded if they said I needed to renew but the way the cashier told me and basically snapped that I should have known if I was coming into the store when I asked when it expired was just redicukous. I usually love costco and the customer service is usual pretty good but today it was not. Not even close. read more

They had some good deals but the store was way too cold am I going to wear winter clothes to every store I go to now ?!?!

Special Tanks to your wonderful employee Mr. Justin Berry he went out his way to get the product I wanted there was a waiting time but he did it. Thank you a true asset to Costco read more

Absolutely love the Costco in Humble, but their phone system is the worst. I live an hour away and wanted to check on something before driving there and tried several different times to get a person on the phone and never was able to. Again, store and prices are great...just hope that you don't have to call them for anything. read more
