The food at this place is incredibly fresh! It felt like I was getting ingredients from my own fridge. This is definitely the highlight of traveling to Utah for me! read more

Normally I absolutely love this location! The staff is awesome and for the most part the food is great! I went there this afternoon and was disappointed. I got a Sweet Pork burrito and upon cutting into the burrito I discovered that my burrito was made mostly with big chunks of pork fat and about one piece of meat. I literally gagged on the super chewy piece of fat and ended up not finishing the burrito. Like I said I normally love this location but was very disappointed today. read more

We had a quick stop on the place, food is good and the service is good, not something that can really make you say something superb. Gave them a 4 star. read more

Costa Vida - Mexican Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

I have continued to patronize this business through the Pandemic because the employees were masked. Today I went through the drive through and everyone I saw had there masks below there noses. read more

Favorite Costa location around. I've been at the end of an insanely long drive through line here and i can't believe how fast they were! Order was correct, food was hot, and service was great. Very polite, nice, and thorough staff. Inside is always clean and smells great. read more

the other day i came with a $25 gift card and $10 cash to get food. as i was ordering i finished 2 orders and the girl asked if i was done, i said no, she then gave me my total and said to go up to the window and seemed a bit annoyed when i said i wasn't done. at the window she took the cash first then the gift card, i never specified to take cash first, which makes me wonder what she was thinking to take the cash first? on top of this, nobody was wearing face masks and only few wearing gloves... read more

I did an online order and pulled in for curbside pickup. Someone immediately came out and asked what my name was. It was a big order so I wasn't surprised when some time had passed and I still hadn't received my order. After sitting for 15 minutes I finally went in and the worker said my order had been done for a long time. I asked why it hadn't been brought out. No explanation, no apology. Thanks for the crappy service and cold food CV. read more

My wife is pregnant. This Costa Vida is our ultimate food pickup spot. The drive-thru has saved us on multiple occasions for when we want to limit our social interactions, the staff is always friendy and we love the food. My only regret is that I like the sweet pork so much I have trouble ordering other options! read more

I love that they have a drive through. It makes getting the goods waaaaay easier than lugging a bunch of littles inside. I love the Chile verde nachos. Everything on the menu is good though and they will get you your food fast! read more

I love the Costa Vida pork salads! This location always has friendly, quick service. My server Whytnee was helping me with my salad on Friday night. I asked for extra pico and she put a generous amount on there which made my Costa Vida experience wonderful. Not to mention they had my favorite Tres Leche. You should try them if you haven't! I sat down to eat and noted how cold the restaurant was. However, very clean. Thank you for the cleanliness. read more

I to the point I will never walk back into this place. They do not listen close to a person that has speech impairment due to oral cancer. I speak slow so they can understand and does not work. I can say pork burrito, no rice and refried beans. They alway try to place rice and I have to repeat my order 3 times. The female assistant manager is worthless. Last week I was, fighting to get all order place. Get to the cashier, she said the total and seems high. I went and gave her my card, then I would have reviewed the receipt. After she ran my debit card, she goes oh I did double charge, instead of crediting the extra item, she just reran my card again. This now placed two holds on my account, one for her error and the correct charge. I was not happy, all the useless assistance manager would do is smile and go sorry. Nothing to defuse the problem. I was fuming and walk right out. I refuse to do any business with them. Even corporate is to lazy to call mope back. read more

Food is great, as usual, but I went in after ordering ahead online and they'd "lost" my order. I understand these things happen sometimes, so I wasn't all that stressed about it. The thing that upset me was that The lady behind the counter that was helping with to go orders was incredibly rude, and kept trying to give me someone else's order, insisting it was the same when it was clearly not. After waiting for several minutes, they finally had me remake my order through the line. I got what I asked for, but the lady behind the counter kept saying things with a serious attitude. After asking her a question, she actually turned around and left to go help someone else. I finally got the attention of someone else, and she was incredibly helpful. read more

I think I keeping coming back to this location hoping it'll be a better experience than it was before, because the next location is 20 minutes away. But again, disappointed. I went through the drive thru, and I ordered sweet pork but I got chicken on it. Wasn't given any utensils and no ice in my drinks- warm drinks! A let down yet again, get your stuff together Costa vida in Spanish Fork. read more

Stopped through on a business trip. Service was friendly and excellent. Food was good. Really like this chain. The small sweet pork salad is a favorite as it sweet pork burritos. read more

One of our favorite places to eat. The raspberry chipolte is delicious! Service is always fast and friendly, place it clean.. you cant go wrong going here! read more

We dine here often since they are very gluten free friendly. My wife has Celiacs and this place always changes their gloves and washes their hands before preparing her food. They seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination as they always offer to put her food in separate bags and the staff always seem very diligent about other staff members touching the bowl if they haven't changed their gloves and wash their hands. read more

Food was remarkably fresh, they cut me a discount over a slight understanding, and customer service overall was spectacular. I admire any eating place that checks on me and takes my tray for me when I'm finished. Every single employee had such a bright attitude and I left on cloud 9. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love costa vida!! But I am vegetarian, meaning I do not eat meat. Whenever I go to costa vida I order a veggie salad with no meat. I was eating my salad when I tasted chicken in my mouth. So my instinct was to pull it out of my mouth. I looked at it and I knew it was chicken, because it had grill marks, it had the texture of chicken, it was the color of chicken breast, and it tasted like grilled chicken. I know humans make mistakes but this is frustrating for me because I have almost been vegetarian for a year, and this hasn't not happened before, it is just infuriating. read more

You seriously can't go wrong here. I'm usually a sweet pork salad kind of girl, but today I was feeling spontaneous and gave their steak tacos a whirl. SOOOO glad I did! I may just have a new go-to. The workers were super awesome and accommodating with my picky toddler, and one of the workers even sat near us on her lunch break and checked on us before she sat down - totally going above and beyond the call of duty! The manager here rocks, too. I left covered in refried beans (thanks to my one year old) and still had a smile on my face. Thanks for a great experience, guys! read more

Great service! There's a Costa Vida near where I live, but I actually drive to this one that's further away because both the service and quality of food is remarkably higher. read more

I enjoyed a pork burrito here last week, and was quite pleased with the portion size, quality of the food, and price. The staff was friendly. No complaints. read more

Ate here for a late lunch. I don't know why I keep coming back. I just raise my blood pressure every time I come here. I ordered the chicken burritos that looked more like taquitos than burritos. And then they barely give you a half a cup of rice and about 1/4 of a cup of lettuce. All that for $7.49. read more

Costa Vida - Mexican Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

This location has a drive thru, so that is nice. The food was ok, but they ran out of the beans I wanted for my salad. I like Cafe Rio better, but the one in S.F. is horrible. You will get decent food at this Costa Vida, it will be typical of there other locations. read more

I have had a problem with this location more times than not. Usually it is because they forget something or mess up something small, and I can get over that, but my last 2 experiences have made me realize that although pretty delicious, it is not worth it to give them another try. First I ordered a chicken tortilla soup through the drive through. When I got home I realized that it was only broth and chicken. No pico, no quac, no cilantro, no lime, no cheese... The second is disturbing. I bought a beef salad to go and no lie after eating 7 bites or so, I saw a gross fly size bug walking around in my lettuce!!!!! This was just over a week ago and I had forgotten about it, but my husband just told me his friend's wife also had a bad experience with cold soup and a replacement salad with....... a bug. This was on Mother's Day. Really? This is obviously a serious problem and I will never return!!!!!! Go to Cafe Rio. read more

This is my favorite place to eat and the service here is always great. I crave it every day

Just an average chain place. We only came here because we left another place. I had the chile verde burrito. It was average. Not as spicy as I would like. The tortilla was fresh as were most of the ingredients. I would come back here again if I was in a hurry and it was the only place around. read more

We love costa Vida!! We are gluten and dairy free and they accommodate so well! They change gloves and wash hands when you tell them your food is gluten free and are very knowledgeable with it. It's delicious! read more

As I am from Houston, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of this Latin inspired chain. The shredded beef is delicious. The tortillas are awesome. Putting pico and guac on the outside of a burrito instead of inside is pretty weird, but still delicious. I'll keep this place on the list of good fast food on a road trip. read more

Slowwwwww, I'm still sitting 3 cars back in the drive thru and it's almost been 20 minutes

Stopped at cost Vidal in Spanish they just opened. Well they were rude and made a mistake and blamed it on us,basically they called us a liar. And started complaining about us before we even got out the door. So it is cafe rio for me and even when they. Are super busy they are still courteous and nice and they do not make you feel like they made me feel there. I was told it is a lot like that and the food is good but there customer service sucks, and they are rude! I will never go back and I will drive longer to go to cafe rio. read more

COSTA VIDA IS FAST AND FRIENDLY! Delicious food for amazing prices! 9/30/13 Costa Vida is a excellent place to get fresh Mexican food! The lines are not long, the service is speedy, and the tables are spotless! Plus they have amazing parking, and a variety of sizes! We started going to Costa Vida when my mom was diagnosed with Celiac. Costa Vida is helpful for people who can't eat gluten. The staff is super friendly and quick. Costa Vida is super for salsa lovers, and people who crave Mexican! Their pebbled ice, delicious ranch sauce, and refreshing fountain drinks, will make you leave with a full stomach! At Costa Vida you get friendly, speedy service, with awesome food, and a variety of choices! On the other hand, at Cafe Rio, you can get super food, after waiting in an around the block line, and only getting certain sizes. Costa Vida is the way to go! Costa Vida has delicious food, opinions for everyone, and excellent inexpensive prices! read more

I have worked in the food service industry for 10 years. I know what to look for in customer service and food quality blah blah blah. That being said, I am not calling myself an expert by any means. When I opened my chips and queso, I found that my chips seemed to have been crushed in a fit of rage. Bummer, but worse things have happened. They were all no more than an inch or 2 wide. Then I went to the queso, I ordered a regular and they promptly gave me a small that looked like it had been kept in the fridge overnight while being snacked on by the staff. It was half full, (optimism, boom.) cold and really disappointing. I gave the location a call and they seemed somewhat concerned but unsure as to how to handle things. I know working in the food industry is rough, but come on. This place is hiring high school kids with wavering ambition and a manager with even less. read more

This is our go-to place for date night! They make sure our food is exactly what we want. Ask for extra grilled veggies! Preparers are friendly. We can understand everyone who speaks to us (sorry, but I don't like the places who rush you through the line and make you concentrate to understand what they're saying). The Costa Vida app is awesome and either saves us money or gets us a free item almost every time. Crowds were slow, so crew spent the entire time we were there cleaning everything! AND THE HORCHATA IS THE BEST!!! read more

Costa Vida is good for a quick lunch. The nice thing about this location is the drive thru. I went inside for my visit. I have been to other locations before and this one was just ok. The food was fine but while I was watching them make my salad they ran out of lettuce. No big deal. They got more from the fridge under the counter and the placed the nasty looking bucket that held the lettuce in the area where the lettuce goes. After the employee put the lettuce in my salad she proceeded to dump the rest of the salad into the place where she set the nasty bucket. Gross! Needless to say I lost my appetite. Just makes me wonder how often that happens. I did however enjoy my Diet Coke. read more

I am a huge Costa Vida fan. But I've been sorely disappointed since moving to Spanish Fork and visiting this location. The food is totally inconsistent. Some times I'm like, "WOW! This is the best Costa has ever tasted!" and other times it doesn't taste right at all. I always get the sweet pork salad with everything on it. Not sure why, but it can be amazing some days, average others, and then terribly lacking too often to ignore. Another thing, the customer service is kind of crappy. My husband always orders a sweet pork burrito and would ask for tortilla chips on the side instead of pico and lettuce, and has never had a problem with this simple request at all the other CV locations we've frequented throughout Utah, Arizona, and Colorado. But here in Spanish Fork, we got a big No Can Do. What the crap? Also, the drive thru is S-L-O-W. Don't be surprised to be sitting in your car for 20+ minutes. I think we're going to venture over to Cafe Rio a mile away and cross our fingers for something better. read more

We are so happy with our experience at this Costa vida. We were visiting from Washington. And they had a Costa vida in a nearby mall that shit down 4 months ago. Came here to visit family, and made sure to drop by. Did not regret that decision. Staff was very kind and fast. A customer ahead of us was complaining about something wrong and the staff did well to take care of it. When we came to the register they offered us a free dessert to apologize for the prior customers situation. We were glad to be handled so nicely. Love Costa vida. Will return! read more
