First off, they didn't have their steak ready so we had to wait another 20 minutes for it. With the layout, it is reminiscent of Chipotle since you choose from Burrito, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, nachos, and salad. Then you choose your meat. And you'd think you get to choose your own add ons but the employees here don't know how their own menu works. Most people make their orders and are just stuck there in line. It was quite inefficient. If that was the case, it make more sense for them to take your order at the cashier and wait for them to call you name instead of having a backed up line. Despite my nacho order supposed to come with a salsa of my choice, they instead told me that I had to pay for the salsa and I had to actively ask them to add the optional items since they tried to skip over that. Also, they wouldn't give me my receipt which I found very odd. I even tried out a cinnamon tortilla and one of their cookies which I felt were both average. These nachos are the most soggy nachos I've ever had. I couldn't use a single nacho to scoop up the ingredients/toppings. I had to use a spoon to basically eat it all which was an experience I've never had before with nachos. Overall, it was not a very good experience. The only thing I appreciated was the fact that it was a good amount of food.

This is the burrito we received. We did not order any burritos. I took a picture as proof that it was not the bowl. It was a burrito.

We used to love Costa Vida. It has become reliably disappointing for the past several visits. We always get takeout. We usually try to order on the app to do things efficiently. But consistently when we get there at our pick up time they haven't even started our order. We see plenty of people that come, order newly and go, before we've gotten our order that we ordered long time ago. At least usually we get the right food, even though consistently, we have not gotten such things as sour cream or sauces that were clearly ordered. But this last time we did not get the right food! I did not get my vegetarian gluten-free bowl. Instead, we got a big old burrito! I could not eat because I cannot eat the burrito with wheat and Heaven knows what inside. When I called the restaurant, they said I could come back and get the correct order but at that point, my entire family had eaten and I was just ready to be done with the disappointing experience. I wanted a refund. They could not issue a refund. They told me that someone from the corporate would contact me. On March 27 I received an email that was generic saying someone would contact me. It is April 10 and I have still not been contacted. I've still not been refunded my money and obviously I didn't get to eat that night. My guess is this Business is going out of business soon with this kind of lack of customer support and consistent customer disappointment. Do yourself a favor Mexican food, lovers, and go somewhere else... I'm so sad because it used to be so good.

I came to this store knowing what I wanted. but when I walked in. The staff looked at me and I didn't know where to order. When I got to the counter, the staff told me to order on the other side. I was fine. I went to order and the staff looked at me. I was so confused because I still didn't know who would take my order, it seemed like I was being discriminated against. When I ordered, the staff didn't ask what sauce I want or any thing . it was horrible. and there was another couple behind me, the staff greeted them very warmly.

Doors locked at 9:00 on a SATURDAY NIGHT, pretty ridiculous. Supposed to be open until 9:30pm there was a nice family eating and said they were scrubbing and cleaning up when they were in there. What has happened to customer service and staying open for actual business hours.

This is how catering was delivered after paying 400. Dollars....are you kidding

We ordered them through ez cater at my job in the Biltmore area this is how we received our food. No seal showing that it has not been touched,no serving trays, the ziplocks had the con of the bag all over them leaving quite the mess. The flavor on the food was good and hopefully cooked in clean setting .

Got some food for my husband and I tonight, the ladies who packaged our order wrote cute messages on the lids. Made our night, I want to be friends!!!! food was super yummy too. Sincerely, a pregnant lady who wanted a Mother's Day burrito

Boyfriend had to "smother it" himself

Ordered online, when we got there for pick up, the guy was rude. Just stared at us and when I said hi he said "name?" Got home and found that my boyfriend's "smothered" burrito had nothing on it.

Manager sitting while orders are backed up and letting his staff handle it all.

One of the owners was actually working the register and she was very kind and honored our coupon without a blink of an eye. My husband got the turkey avocado that was delicious! And I got the four cheese original Melty. Which was also delicious, but both were very very rich. At our age (60+) we definitely could've shared one sandwich and been totally fine. It was all delicious and they had some fun dipping sauces. Like jalapeño jelly and chipotle mayo. Which were both very yummy too. We didn't get any sides because it's too close to dinner. But they had lots of options. If I got the cheese one in the future, I would absolutely get it with their tomato basil soup to dip in! But otherwise it was a little too rich all by itself. Unless you're sharing with someone. Absolutely worth a try!

When I was living in Houston, I went to Jollibee several times. How was I convinced. The legendary…read moreAnthony Bourdain, who had a disdain for chain restaurants, said Jollibee was the exception. This Filipino fried chicken fast food joint has definitely earned my affection too. I visited their only location in the Phoenix metropolitan area for dinner on a weekday. Located in Chandler, parking won't be tough in the large complimentary lot surrounding the restaurant. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean it's a fast food joint so you don't really go there for ambiance. It's similar in this way to other fast food restaurants we've all been to. When it comes to a fast casual restaurant, I mostly care about cleanliness. This is done at a high level there. I snagged a booth that was a bit dirty. A worker cleaned off my table without me asking soon after I started hovering around the table. Well done. Service (4.5/5): You can either place your order at the counter if you're paying cash or use your card at one of the self-service kiosks. I used the latter option. What's nice about it is that it's easy to customize your order. The kiosk was easy to use and I got my food within a reasonable amount of time (even with the restaurant close to capacity while we were there). Drinks (4/5): At fast food joints, you're expecting your typical soft drinks. Jollibee has that, but they also offer more. Which is a nice touch. I had a pineapple refresher. Pineapple is my favorite fruit so I couldn't say no. While a bit pricey, it was good. Food (4.5/5): Now, for the good stuff. Jollibee is known for a couple of things. First and foremost, their fried chicken. I've had my fair share and the chicken here is quality. When you think of fried chicken, you want a flavorful crispy exterior with a juicy interior. Mission accomplished. The crispiness is at a high level. We shared a six piece chicken joy bucket so you get all the different parts e.g. drumstick, breast, etc. and they all delivered. Another thing Jollibee is know for is their spaghetti. Yep, you read that right. Spaghet' at a fast food restaurant. And this isn't your mom's spaghetti. Instead of marinara sauce, as is popular in The Philippines, they use banana ketchup. Throw in some cheese and some sausage and there's your side dish. It's going to shock you at first as it's sweeter than what you're used to but it's pretty good. A better side than rice (even the adobo rice) or fries in my opinion. O and I forgot to mention, you're given gravy with your fried chicken. Dunk that thing in there. It makes it even better. You're probably already full by reading this but finish things off with a peach mango pie. They look like McDonald's apple pies but they are significantly better. Trust me. While the menu has a lot more than what I just covered, these are the dishes Jollibee is known for. It's a good starting point, especially if it's your first time. Pretty much anything Anthony Bourdain said was accurate. His thoughts on Jollibee included.

Love their crispy, juicy chicken. It's truly the only thing we typically get because we are not fans of the spaghetti, their slaw isn't to our liking and we don't do gravy, although it does come with the chicken. Used the drive thru this time around and we had to wait for a few minutes while the chicken finished cooking; asked us to pull up front while we waited. Good fried chicken!
