    Pie in the case

Gosh, I love Cosmo's! If I want a slice of pizza this is my go to place. There are a couple locations throughout the Denver metro area. This is the one that I go to most often. There is always indoor and outdoor seating. They have a variety of slices premade, and they can put pretty much any toppings on a plain cheese. The slices are huge and that's my favorite part! If you are a ranch lover, make sure to get the spicy ranch. It's delicious and not too spicy. They do offer gluten-free, and vegan pizza but you must order a whole pie. The largest size pizza is huge! This makes for great party pizza. They have fun themed rotating plastic cups for soda. I love the Grim Reaper cups that recently debuted in October 2022. Overall, great pizza, always a solid choice. If you're trying to come late night, double check the hours and call ahead. I have tried to come here late at night and they have been closed, despite the website saying they're open.

One of my favorite places for pizza I have a come back here 1 million times I have the biggest pieces in the world, fast friendly, and a good price. Try the spicy ranch. It's the bomb on everything. Whether you get it here or get it to go, you'll be happy you got it.

We grabbed a slice from Cosmo's which was down the street from our Airbnb. The place reminded me big time of Ian's pizza in Madison, WI. Nice big slices. Typical ordering process. You can call ahead or order there. You will have to wait if ordering inside because they will warm it up in the oven. I ordered the MAVERICK slice - which is Pepperoni, Bacon, Cream Cheese and Jalapeños. Yum. I also got spicy ranch to dip.

Love having Cosmos in the neighborhood! The service is always friendly (shout out to Alex!), the store is clean and the menu has a variety of assorted and delicious pizza & salads. If you're having a party for the game grab a 24" to go!

Cosmos is great whether you're in the mood to share a HUGE pizza with your friends or just grab a quick single slice for yourself. What's great about this spot is that you can stop in anytime and have a delicious, hot slice of pizza in just five minutes. They typically have a variety of 4-5 different flavors to choose from. I recently dropped by on a lazy Sunday afternoon and the pizza was very good. Dont forget to order the spicy ranch!

I would not of paid $42 for a dried out cheese pizza

Ordered a build your own pizza online picking out toppings and the software they use printed them a cheese pizza. I cannot be the only person this has happened to. $42 for a cheese pizza. I tipped delivery driver 20 percent but didn't look at pizza until I got into my hotel room. My husband told me to call them and have them pick it up. I drove the un-bitten untouched pizza thinking face to face in best, red head man was a jerk telling me to pay for an entire new pizza that his ticket says cheese pizza. He offered zero help in making it right. I left the pizza there. I thew away $42 out the window and still pissed about it.

    16" Ham, Mushrooms and onions

Meh....first time I tried their pizza. Slightly under cooked, veggies were plentiful but the ham was sparse at best. Looked they skimped on the protein to save $. Sauce and cheese were ok. Paid $24 for 16" with $3 tip and picked it up. Expected more for $27. Doesn't compare to my sister's pizza restaurant back in Michigan or pizza in Chicago but it is a small chain so my expectations were not too high. Service was good and friendly at pick up. Not the greatest but not the worst. Just my 2 cents.

    Huge slices!

Spicy ranch is a must. A bit expensive but worth it. A nice pizza for Friday night or Football Sunday!

It took a little longer than expected for anyone to greet us--likely because the staff seemed short-handed and were juggling a steady line of customers. We tried the ginger snap bites from the display case on the counter. I'm not sure we knew what we were getting because the labeling wasn't very clear. The texture was unexpectedly mushy and not very ginger flavored so we wondered if we were given the snickerdoodle balls instead as the labels were on top of each other. The Med Salad had good flavors overall but the croutons were so hard they were almost inedible and there was an overwhelming amount of anise in it which caught me off guard. The bone broth was the biggest disappointment; it lacked depth and tasted more like an old bouillon cube than a fresh and rich broth. On a positive note, my friend's chopped peanut salad looked fresh and well-composed, so there are definitely bright spots on the menu. In the end, it wasn't a terrible experience--just not one that stood out in the way we hoped. With some tweaks in execution and clearer communication on menu items, it could easily be much better. Will plan to try a smoothy or avocado toast next time.

We thankfully got sat quickly without a reservation. The inside is nice and ambient lighting. It also has an indoor/outdoor bar which I'm sure is great in the summer. I mainly came here because I knew they had tomato basil soup and I was having a strong craving. To start I got the queso fundido because of a place has it on the menu, I must try. I asked if it could be done without meat and our server said no - that it was premade. Honestly, this was just okay queso. Definitely not authentic or anything like actual queso fundido. Would not order again. The soup was good! Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. The only thing was we ordered a soup but didn't specify and got the small size. I would specify a bowl if you want a meal sized portion. The grilled cheese that came with it was tasty! The chicken Caesar wrap was fine. Portion is sorta small but glad it comes with a side. Nothing too special. Overall the place is nice, staff is friendly and food is fine. I wouldn't particularly want to return but if a friend suggested, I'd give it another shot.

The "Restaurant Kid" Litmus Test: Parisi Passes with Flying Colors…read more On my first day in Denver, a childhood friend took me to lunch at Parisi, though he was admittedly a bit apprehensive. Having grown up with Italian heritage on both sides and parents who owned an Italian restaurant, I am notoriously hard to please when it comes to authentic cuisine. He was worried I'd be overcritical; instead, I was completely charmed. Located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, Parisi offers the kind of authenticity that is rare to find. Here is why it earned a perfect score from a tough critic: The Main Course: The Tagliatelle Ragu was balanced and traditional--exactly what you want from a high-caliber kitchen. The "Woodfire" Factor: The aroma of the woodfire pizza oven hits you the moment you walk in. While we opted to eat inside rather than on the lovely patio, those scents alone convinced me that I have to return specifically for the pizza next time. The Grand Finale: I had to finish the meal with my favorite, Stracciatella gelato. It was the perfect creamy, artisanal end to a fantastic lunch. The service was seamless, the ambiance was inviting, and the food spoke for itself. If you're looking for a spot that feels like a true slice of Italy in the middle of Denver, this is it. I'll definitely be back to tackle that pizza menu!

They simply Do Not care about general food safety getting a hot meal here is rather risky I will explain why. My friend was a cook here for a short while and quit on them once he realized they care nothing about serving food that is safe to eat, he saw them do sooo many things that would easily make the food contaminated and unsafe to eat and somehow that was there process of doing things. Here are a couple examples of menu items one should try to steer clear of Chicken parm sandwich- they cook off a large batch of the chicken cutlets and let them sit at room temp for a hour or two until someone orders one they refries them for a minute or so, your supposed to keep food hot once it is cooked especially chicken to leave cooked chicken at room temp for so long is extremely risky to the public's health. Meatball sandwich- they leave there meatballs on the hot line all day then they save all of the hot food items from the day and reuse them the next day without properly cooling any of the food and the cooks will leave these item sit out at room temp for about 45 mins before even putting them into the cooler. Many issues with this practice first of all hot food should be discarded after 5 hours according to the health department because after 5 hours it will start growing bacteria, to leave it on a hot line all day then save them for the next day and not even cool them down properly is Crazy risky to people's health and they do not just do this with the meatballs they do it for many of there hot dishes they are used for days on in, not properly cooled and not properly tracked for how many times it has been reheated and such me they keep them in the same pans it's flat out gross. Other issues my friend encountered there was never seeing anyone at all wash there hands at any point in time, a ancient dishwashing machine that didn't clean anything at all it didn't even get hot so half of there dishes are greasy and have food residue on them, in his short time there he saw people fired for no reason what's so ever from what he was told the owner fires people left and right and doesn't even give reasons as to why, that's why they have ads up on indeed looking for employees 24/7.
