I live in the building and have eaten here a few times....The food is mediocre and they no longer deliver to residents....It seems like they would want to water the grass where it's greener then depend on people to have to go through the hassle of accessing the parking at the building to access the restaurant....It has has many changes on management in the past years....I live steps away and will never visit here again.... read more

Came here sporadically while being in the area for an appointment. Decor was trendy and the restaurant overall was very clean (including the bathroom). The service was extremely quick, however the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and honestly stayed that way minus some pickup orders. Ordered wings, chicken parm, sliders, chicken tenders w/ fries, pistachio cheesecake, chocolate gelato, and chocolate cake. Surprisingly the only two items we didn't enjoy were the fries and chocolate cake. Which sounds crazy, but unfortunately both were a miss. I would definitely come here again, especially for the fact of all the items being halal, but also, the service was so kind and welcoming. read more

Cute corner eatery that caters to the people who can afford to live in the Mosaic, i. e. Not us. $8/crepe is almost worth one Kid's enjoyment of her Nutella one with strawberries and my appreciation for the chicken and mushroom one. We tried ordering pizza but none of their equipment was ready for that, despite there being 3 guys inside well before opening. Service was ok. Location is convenient for anyone wanting to visit Hermann Park Golf Course, which is probably why Cosmo Cafe has to charge enough to remain In such a hot spot. read more

House salad was extremely salty. I've never had a salty salad in my life. The Philly was disgusting! Every bite tasted like pure onions. Couldn't taste any other flavors-- no meat -- no cheese-- just onion. It all went in the trash read more

I've been coming to Cosmo for over a year, easily one of the best spots near Med Center/Hermann Park. The food never misses, and Chef Wale keeps it all fresh and fire. Shoutout to Yara and the team for always making it a smooth and friendly experience. If you haven't been, fix that. read more

This is just what the museum district needed in our neighborhood. A delicious restaurant in close proximity to home. There's plenty of street parking available. I was here for a meeting and decided to get some dinner. I ordered their grilled cheese and tomato soup. The food was fresh and hot! You can really tell they enjoy making food and serving to the patrons. I definitely suggest this place for something new!! #supportlocal Bianca read more

My boyfriend and I stopped by for a late lunch. He ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich which came with a side of fries and I ordered a Margherita Pizza. The food was delicious! The gentleman that took our order / served our food was very polite. We came around 4:00 on a Thursday, and there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. There is plenty of seating, and they also offer games to pass the time (a foosball table, giant connect four, and giant Jenga blocks). Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we will be returning! read more

This place has so much potential. Huge menu for good ole American/Italian food. Pros: gorgeous aesthetic, loads of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, anything with grilled chicken on it is very very tasty, good quality meat, zabiha-halal, a lot of menu items, a full on gelato/ice cream selection available. Cons: inconsistency (skip the Pina colada it's like $7-9 and made out of a mixer syrup, do get the mint lemonade it's frozen and probably also uses a mixer but loads of fresh mint and friend said it was on point), water bottles for purchase, no drinking water, pasta was tasty but could've been a little saucier but still delicious, wanted espresso (granted it was 8:30 at night) but the espresso machine was not working. I wish I had gotten a photo of the outdoor seating, but on a beautiful day out, a juice or a latte (if the machine is working) would be awesome! read more

Customer service here is trash. Lady taking my family's order was on the phone while taking my order. I will give her some grace and say she may have been new because whoever she was in the phone with, she confirmed w/ them the correct price for a menu item i ordered. We ordered 2 kids menu chicken stripes w/fries. My wife had a steak rice bowl, and I had the double smash burger w/onion rings. Nothing was above average. Nothing to brag about. read more

My daughter and I stumbled upon Cosmo Eatery by chance. We were initially heading to Davis Street Restaurant next door, but since it was closed, we decided to give Cosmo a try. We were looking for a nice dine-in experience to pass the time before our next meeting, and Cosmo certainly delivered. We were impressed by the quaint location--it felt like we had discovered a hidden gem. The service was excellent, the place was clean, and the ambiance was relaxed yet modern, with great interior decor. The menu had so many tempting options that it was hard to choose! My daughter ordered the rice bowl, and I opted for the salmon tacos. Both dishes were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. To top it off, we tried a couple of their specialty drinks. My daughter had a milk tea, which she said was very good, and I had a fresh smoothie that was equally satisfying. They even surprised her with a Nutella crêpe, which was a delightful and tasty treat! Five stars to Cosmo Eatery for offering great food with fresh and healthy options in what feels like a bit of a food desert in that part of town. We were originally searching for a nice sit-down spot before our last meeting and didn't find many appealing options apart from Davis Street Lounge. While Cosmo isn't as upscale as Davis Street, it's a fantastic in-between option for fine dining and casual dining. Highly recommend! read more

I get the Salmon Rice Bowl every time I visit. It never disappoints. A1 service and A1 food equal a great combo!

Pros: Friendly staff Clean environment Inside/ outside seating (plenty of it) Average priced items Wide range of foods/ desserts Cons: I don't think the food is fresh, if anything reheated. No water?? We had to buy bottles ozarka water for over $1. Food is not as advertised. The photos on Instagram look amazing. But if you look at my photos below you will see why my rating is low. SO GREASY Review: Cosmo is a semi self serve situation, you order at the order station and then your items are brought to you. I had ordered $40 worth of food. Shrimp scampi, fettuccini Alfredo, fried calamari and two bottles waters. The Alfredo seemed average, but the shrimp scampi was extremely off putting by the amount of oil! Calamari was $8 and was a handful of "calamari" on top of some greens. Maybe you can catch them in a good day as some of the reviews are pretty good here. read more

We stopped here with a group of families after a fun day at the zoo, and it was such a great choice! The menu has a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I had the Cajun pasta, my husband ordered a burger, and the kids loved their pizza. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, which made it very family-friendly. The sweetest touch was when one of the ladies surprised the kids with a special treat, they loved it, and so did we! Highly recommend this spot for families looking for good food and a fun atmosphere. read more

Came in with high expectations since the decor and ambiance is quite nice and everything is halal. The food pictures looked great online. Unfortunately, everything we ordered was very bland and had to douse everything in Tabasco. We ordered the deluxe burger (2/10), Cajun pasta (5/10), pepperoni pizza (1/10). I would suggest to use beef bacon since Turkey bacon is tasteless. read more

Stopped by on a hot Saturday afternoon for a relaxing lunch. Met the front reception /cook Ahmed who was very nice and polite. Got his recommendations and ordered some salad and when he asked about dome beverage which originally was not on my mind, ordered the Pina Colada. The chef made it and brought it to my table and we spent a few minutes chatting up on things. Very clean and nice ambience of the place and playing some nice music in the back ground. The Mango , Avocado salad was yummy and felt good earing it with some tomatoes in it and also the Pina Colada was also just right. At no other place anyone asks how sweet the customer wants it and this Ahmed asked me and made it just right. Prices were also on the very affordable end with salad for $8 and Pina colada for $6. I am used to going to all restaurants these days who are just price gouging. So to sum it up, I would say this is a very nice place in the medical center for me to visit and I did see a lot of other food and rice bowls on the menu that I would like to try it out some other day. I can give this place full marks on food, customer service and also ambience! read more

Service, food - We came here to eat lunch and were the only customers. The restaurant was out of everything requested- Broken Espresso machine, out of mozzarella sticks, out of shrimp and grits, the chef who was in charge of pizza left right after we ordered and we were told it would take 30 minutes to fulfill the order. They were also out of receipt paper. Not really sure why this restaurant was operating or open for the day if they didn't have the right resources to fulfill the order. read more

I reviewed Cosmo when they first opened and loved it at the time. I've been there several times since then over the past 2 years, but have had recurrent disappointments. The food is hit or miss, popular dishes suddenly dropped off their menu, the prices have skyrocketed, and their timing for orders has been abysmal. Most recently, I called for a to-go order and was told 15-20 mins, only to wait and still have no food 50 mins later - we requested a refund and left. I live just across the street from here so I was a frequent customer, but I am no longer planning to come back again. I really wanted to love this place and I'm disappointed in this outcome. read more

I was introduced to this restaurant by one of close friends who lives near by. This restaurant is very quiet and peaceful. Clean I had absolutely no complaints. The food I received was amazing because the chicken in the Alfredo was better than the actual dish but it complimented the actual pasta amazingly. Very hot and cooked right. I highly recommend coming to see what the hype is about. read more

We popped in here for what I thought was going to be a quick dinner. We were the only ones in there and our food took far far too long to get there. We got the Cosmo special bowl with chicken thighs and rice. The chicken was pretty good, the rice was okay but not hot or even warm. We got two different cake slices, they were also okay. I'd stop by here again in a pinch but wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. read more

Listen. I love this place. And I don't just say that about restaurants. . Here's the thing though... I got sick after eating here once. I don't know 100% without a doubt that this place got me sick, but it was right after finishing eating it that I got sick. Also, my husband didn't, and he had a variation of shrimp, too. . Ok so, we've eaten here three times. The first time, I got sick. And we still keep going back. It's that good. . We ordered for pick up the first time. Seafood pasta. Arugula watermelon salad. Asked in person to add a side of shrimp. Nothing was ready when we got there. He waited at least 30 mins in store when we arrived. Then when the food came, it didn't have the shrimp. So he had to wait longer for that. Then as he was standing outside for like 5 mins the chef came to give him the salad dressing to my salad (which is essential for an arugula salad). . Hubby said his food was great. The arugula watermelon salad was ‍ just so good. Like. melon was fresh and sweet. The citrus dressing was so good! The cheese and balsamic drizzle just great salad. And the shrimp, even though they might've made me sick, were bussinnnnnn. They were so good. Like. I was really enjoying my food. . Second time eating here we got the gumbo & avocado mango salad. Omggggg. The saladdd. It's just too good, almost. And actually very filling. The avocado is soooo green and fresh and the mango was a great sweetness. The citrus dressing again, added perfectly to the fruit. Just . I would've given it 5 stars but I got sick and don't know if it's without a doubt connected. So ‍ But yes. It's so good. Highly recommend. read more

This place is my go to for Saturday/Sunday brunch. Forget Snooze or First Watch. This place is the truth. They make my hands down favorite shrimp and grits. I love coming here because its close to the medical center. There is a lot of street parking available usually when I come. The restaurant itself is so cute too. They have tons of options from salads to pizzas and burgers. 1. The chicken alfredo is really good. 2. My favorite item are the beef sliders. SO GOOD. It comes with crispy fries and the sauce it comes with is the perfect combo 3. The pepperoni pizza is good but does take a little while to come out. 4. The smoothies are good and refreshing! Would highly recommend coming for small bites and to try different items for whatever you're in the mood for! read more

I love that their Halal. We've had the breakfast sampler, chocolate cake, pizza, burgers, rice bowls, and chicken wings. The chicken wings need to be marinated to develop a depth of flavor.. but everything else is amazing! I order here often, their very affordable if you order through grubhub; ubereats and DD are more expensive. Haven't been inside yet, but will definitely visit soon. The staff is also great, they call if something's wrong or their out of something you ordered, and they address you by your first name. read more
