Very aesthetic inside and clean. When we arrived, we used the check in kiosk and were seated. The chairs for pedicures are massage chairs and very comfortable. My nail tech was very funny and entertaining, I enjoyed every bit and got the Luxe nail package. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the website, it states 70 minutes but ours was only 45 minutes so we felt our experience fell a bit short of the time but nonetheless, I would return as it was a very great experience. I went in for the first time today. I made an appointment and Mari contacted me shortly after to talk about what I needed. I found that customer service amazing! Taking the time to consult with a new client before the appointment A++. Mari's private suite is perfect. Clean. Mari herself was so sweet and easy to talk to. With what I brought her to fix, I am surprised she didn't just send me on my way. I had ugly chunky globs of acrylic topped with endless amounts of dip powder. All encased in a gel top coat. It was horrific. It took her 45 minutes to just file off what bordered on a war crime that had been committed against my nails. Mari took her time and did the job the right way. Filed it all down enough to soak off in a reasonable amount of time. Mari took care in selecting new (correctly sized) tips. She expertly trimmed, shaped and applied my choice of dip powder. My nails look so natural and feminine. I am so grateful to have found Mari. I can't imagine going anywhere else ever again.

I paid $110 for a manicure and pedicure. The lady used the machine to clean my cuticles. I prefer to use the cuticle tool to clean my cuticles. Two stars & thats because the place was clean and people were nice enough…read more This was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had (i can really only think of one other). I had hope bc on a Tuesday, there were seven other ladies around 5pm in pedi chairs, so I figured something must be good! I digress. I chose the NY Spa pedicure and was placed with Jack. From start to finish, it was about 25 mins. The features of a foot soak, scrub, lotion, hot rocks etx were insanely short (like 30 seconds each for each foot), meanwhile the whole visit I was gradually sliding down the chair due to the disposable plastic coverings that are over the seat from top to bottom. There are no dryers, so i sat in said pedi chair for an additional 10-15 mins for drying time. The entire experience was a disappointment, but in the end I thought, "well, at least my toes look nice and professionally painted!" color me so extra unhappy when I found the next day (I didn't run into anything, wear socks or shoes, zilch!), the polish was already chipping on the ends of the nails, particularly my big toe. By day 3, 1/2 of the polish came off of my second toe in a nice split. So overall, my feet were doubly sad at the price tag of $42.00 (35.00, plus tip).
