They take the time to soak the dip off versus just trying to snap it off, which I love. The girl who did my dip was super sweet, asked exactly what I wanted and worked fast. So many color options for dip for the price range. The salon is a little awkward to me, multiple people talking on the phone and a TV really loud (and on Election Day). No music either. Went off the reviews on yelp and decided to give them a try as they were close to work. I walked in was instantly greeted and taken right to the pedi chair, I had come in for a dip and polish change. But.......WORST NAILS EVER!!! Asked for powder dip and she did a terrible job. Left all my nails uneven and a bunch of gunk under them. Pictures do no justice. Also be careful with parking, tiny parking lot and you just might have to park across the street and walk across busy Kennedy. I will never step foot in here again: worst experience thus far. I have been coming to this location for the past 2 years now and safe to say they have always made me so happy as a client. Their artists are beyond talented and friendly to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you're after. They ensure that they take the care needed to make sure your sets will last you 2+ weeks. I am notorious for breaking nails as I lift in a gym and dance: I have not broken or chipped a nail since coming here! I am so confident in their work that I make my friends come to this location, even first timers. Please avoid this salon if you can. The reviews were amazing, so I visited while I was in town. I was on a tight schedule so I booked ahead, only to have to wait 40 mins to have my services start. The polish is all cut with polish thinner. It is pure liquid and I'm assuming will be chipping by tomorrow. It is the thinnest polish I have seen in any salon. The tech attempted to use a metal shaver on my feet which looked pretty well used by the state of the plastic handle. The tools do not come from a sanitized, sealed bag and the plastic type tools look very used. The towels used in the pedicure are well worn and have holes in them. The tech did have good massage technique and apply the polish well, but I could not enjoy it with everything else going on. Another tech attempted to do my "manicure" while I was at the pedicure station. What the manicure ended up being was a file, cuticle cut, and polish application. I did not have any creams or lotions applied to my nail bed nor did they do a massage. My cuticles are still a mess except now three of my nail beds are bleeding. The tech did not have or apply any antiseptic. Based on the cleanliness of the salon, I'm hoping I don't get an infection. Health and safety needs to visit this salon ASAP. read more

Never have I paid $35 for a color change!!! I had 3 colors, no nail art! This is unreasonabale. I find it hard to believe that because you used 3 colors there should be an upcharge such as this. I have never paid extra for using different colors on nails. Art, I understand, but just polish? I was angry once before when they added $5 to my bill for trimming my nails. What a pleasant surprise!!! Chose to visit this place mainly because it was close to where I go to watch football. I get a pedicure maybe twice per year and I have never been a loyal customer to any nail salon. That being said, I never know what to expect. Stopped by Infinity Nail Bar around 11:30am today (Saturday) and they immediately greeted me and sat me in a pedicure chair. The gentleman who worked on my feet was wonderful. Very kind, friendly and took his time transforming my feet from grungy to glamorous! I went with the $30 deluxe pedicure (which was $5 more than the basic pedi and worth it) and my toes turned out fantastic! The callous treatment and cuticle clipping was pretty gentle for the most part and I have sensitive tootsies! They have a wide variety of polish colors and the salon is extremely clean. Everyone who was working was very friendly. This was the best pedicure I have probably ever had. The only problem you may run into is the parking lot which is tiny and shared with a couple of other businesses including Dosunco. The ramp to enter/exit is rough and narrow so if you have a cool car, take it easy. Other than that, no complaints! I will definitely be returning next time my toes need attention! read more

I stumbled upon this salon after searching and reading reviews as I'm not from Tampa (only here for work). Thought the prices and reviews were worth giving this one a go! Overall, I'm pleased with the results! I asked for her to paint down to the cuticle (because sometimes I feel like nail technicians don't paint the whole nail) and she did with no problem. After I pointed it out, Helen made sure my whole nail had color on it. My pedicure was relaxing and she did a great job on it as well! Main reason I give it a 4/5 is because of COVID measures. The gel manicure was great as well. Again, Raymond was super thorough and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. They have tons of color options regardless of whether you're getting SNS, gel, or regular. The prices are also really great - $25 for a basic pedicure and $25 for a gel manicure. The massage chairs are AMAZING and the atmosphere is fun - they play music, but not too loud to drown out a conversation. There is parking right in front of the store, but the parking lot is kind of small and it serves a few different places - you may need to plan ahead if you're going at a busy time.
