Unreal, they took off my daughter's nails and used a new nail to RIP OFF to remove the acrylic nails off of my daughter. Oh "I won't charge you", the nail tech said. Are you freaking kidding me? This place is all about fast, not about doing a great job. I am SO disappointed they ripped off two of my daughter's nails and now they are bleeding, what a shit show mess - thanks for a nice Friday night. I went in to talk to the guy at the computer, he didn't really care. What was. He gonna do, he said "we have 75 techs here". Um, she should lose her job. Slow the frig down, do a great job. I have been here a few times but will not return again. This is a busy, dirty place on the weekends. While I waited 20 min for my "appointment" that I was on time for, I was watching the chaos. There are 3 large rooms , the employees are pushing their nail carts around in and out confused about where they are to be working. No customer service- its just a factory trying to make as much money they can as quickly as they can. Tampa is saturated with nail salons-will take my business somewhere else. read more

I have been to both locations and I found a great tech (Anna) at the Henderson local, but this past weekend she was booked so I scheduled with the Publix location because I only had a limited time and needed them done. The tech did a great job on both my fill and pedicure. Beautiful shape, did a great job on my toes. However, I had a design in mind, which was not a difficult design. Had a photo. She didn't want to do it and didn't.Even though the design she showed me I said, I really wanted something with more color. She kept saying "it cute right". Even though I said many times I wanted more color, she ignored me. I feel like if I am paying $122 for a fill and pedicure with a design, I should get what I want. I also tipped $20, because I know they work hard. But the more I looked at my nails, the more disappointed I am. My nails don't look bad, Just not what I wanted for almost $145. Will make sure to book early with Anna next time. The tech was named Trudy. read more

I visited Heavenly Nails on the recommendation of my fiancée and opted for the Luxurious Heavenly Spa package. It was one of the best pedicures I've had, featuring exfoliation, hot stones, and a relaxing foot massage--definitely worth it. The service was excellent. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was seen promptly and felt welcomed. The staff took the time to explain each step of the process, which I appreciated as someone not very familiar with pedicures. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning. Please note: during the weekend, parking can be limited so I recommend coming during the week or early day during the weekend. read more

The prices are reasonable, and it's a massive place with a ton of staff so typically you can get in pretty quickly even if you don't schedule an appointment ahead of time. Beware of hidden costs though and be mindful that some nail techs are definitely way more experienced than others if you don't book a specific person -- had a bit of a language barrier with my most recent nail tech -- she was very nice, but ended up volun-telling me to add in a buffer cream service that I just assumed was included, since she didn't ask or share price before doing it. read more

I love this place so much. Sydney is the greatest. Designs always on point UPDATE: this past time I couldn't make an appointment with Sydney so I made an appointment with Melinda instead. I've heard amazing things about her and seen great work/designs from her. BUT when I went to her I asked for gold flakes. My right hand looked very different from my left hand cause she was literally falling asleep and piled gold on my left hand. When I asked if she can grind them down to smooth them out she said she couldn't cause that's how the gold flakes work and that if they came off to come back to her. I still tipped and felt bad that she was so tired to be falling asleep at the desk but I'm sad my nails got the short end of the stick. My wife got the same nails A WEEK before mine and hers were grinded down to be smooth by Hayden. We asked for the same exact picture so I knew she could make the gold smooth. Hers have lasted 3 week & mine were turning black within the week. Here's a side by side picture. & hers were done a whole week before mine. The gold still looks good and in tact and mine is flaking and black. Disappointed but I have learned to always go to someone I trust with design. I've never ever had an issue with Sydney. Heavenly has always been a good option before this experience. read more

I received a $50.00 gift card to this salon for my birthday. I looked online and saw that they offered a $42.00 pedicure that would be approximately 30 to 45 minutes long. Perfect. I would give the technician the $8.00 left on the card plus $2.00 for an even $10.00 tip. I stated that I wanted the $42.00 pedicure but she said it was $49.00. I agreed to this. I was still going to give her a $10.00 tip. I stated no gel and It took an hour and fifteen minutes long. When I went to pay it was $64.00. She had given me the deluxe treatment. So unfortunately I ended up with $25.00 out of pocket and 45 minutes of my time that I'll never get back. I'm sorry, I won't be back. read more

The salon was built on a 1000 square feet unit, 18 years ago. now expanded out to 5 units totaled more than 5400 square footage. Ten years ago, the salon always closed on Sundays. As Tampa grows, heavenly Nails grows with it. Sundays become one of our busiest days. With 72 Full Specialist Nail Artistic from par-time to full-time all independent contractor, please talk to front dest and make an appointment with one of our best Nail Artist in town. Day three following the wax I woke up to severe marks with severe pain. Researching it myself it seemed to be a burn. At this point I was not upset with Amber or the company, things happen and I was very understanding. I simply want to make sure I was not going to scar and was also wanting advice on how to treat it because I was in pain. I called the store with the intentions of asking the professional for advice and guidance on how to handle this. I am not an aesthetician and have zero knowledge on this process. First the receptionist, was kind letting me know Amber had left for the day but she will call me first thing in the morning. I was shocked when the receptionist told me to "treat it like any other burn" feeling as if she blew me off and did not show any compassion I told her I was upset with how she spoke to me. She quickly apologized saying she was not educated on this and that she did not mean to come across that way. The next day I got a call from Amber, she immediately was defensive telling me that "my wax was not even hot that day" and "this has never happened to me, so I'm don't know how this happened" I told her I was simply looking for guidance because this was very painful and I was concerned about scaring. Amber responded with "I guess put neosporin on it and avoid tight clothing." She not one time asked to see photos or even to see me. I then began to get emotional, and told her I was very disappointed because all I wanted was her help through this. She responded with "I told you to put neosporin on it, I'm not sure what else you want me to say" I let her know as the professional I wish she could assist me in helping the injury she caused me. I paid for a service and got hurt, I think any company or licensed professional would show compassion and want to help the client they injured. I was very upset so I said ok thank you and ended the call. Still in pain and visually very unhappy with how my body looked I contacted another licensed aesthetician, simply for advice. The first thing this professional asked me was to see a picture so she could help figure out what was going on. She then informed me it does not look like a burn but instead something called "lifting" as well as bad bruising. She talked me through how this can happen to someone and let me know how to treat it and that it should only go on for another 6 days or so. I am so disappointed in "Brazilian beekini wax" as a company. I am not upset about the injury because things happen, but I am upset with how I was spoken too and how there was zero compassion and zero care for my body or safety. Instead they gaslit me making me feel stupid and as if it was my fault that my skin reacted this way. I never once asked for a refund, I was even going to return I simply was looking for help and care from the person responsible and the licensed professional that I trusted with my body. I tried to reach out to owner/manager privately and not run to help, however I have been ignored. I truly hope they don't make anyone else feel this way. These are photos of my body 3 days after the wax. It is currently 7 days and the redness is down but skin is peeling and severe itch. I'm hoping there is now scaring, and I'm left very disappointed and let down.

I had my eyebrows threaded by Melanie and she did an amazing job. She is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing. She took her time and didn't rush the process. My appointment started a late, but I didn't mind at all after my experience with Melanie.
