I have tried many salons in south tampa and this one is hands down the best. It's always very clean and quiet. I've never had to wait. My nails last much longer than at other salons and the staff are all very friendly. I cannot recommend My and her sister Tracy more highly. Both very sweet and professional and my gives excellent facial waxing. If you like an added shoulder, foot or leg massage, ask for Kim. The owner is super sweet and very helpful with color. She doesn't do the services herself as she's managing the facility but still you feel she pays attention to all of the clients. The pedicure chairs are really nice and you can either watch HGTV or an Asian cooking channel which is quite interesting. All in all it's a very relaxing experience and I always look forward to going there so that I can decompress. After all, relaxation, good nails and friendly service are why I keep going back. read more

When you check in on yelp there is 5 dollar off however they told me they were not aware of it and that old owner's must have left it there. The 5 off also said after 4pm so unsure if they would have honored it. I did manicure, it was a dip manicure. It was my first time doing dip, it took around 45 minutes. I visited Noire Nails & Spa for the first time on a Sunday around 1:30 for a pedicure. I did not have to wait at all, I was seated almost immediately. The nail salon is very clean and everything looks pretty new which is a huge positive. The reason for three stars was due to the price of the express pedicure which was $28 and was supposed to last 25-30 minutes and the actual time put into the pedicure. Literally the quickest pedicure I've ever had. She wanted me in and out and at the end she was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs. I get it there is a balance but they were not busy and this is a service industry where the technicians work off tips. I still tipped 20% but I won't be going back. I like to relax a bit and enjoy a pedicure, not feel like the entire experience was rushed. Too many other competitors to treat customers with subpar service. read more

If I could somehow give -5 stars for this nail salon, I would. I first went here to get acrylic and I was there for two hours getting them done. Seriously, if I could have just drop my hands off and pick them up when they're done, I would have in a heartbeat, paid an extra 50 bucks. I spent over $80 around 100 with tip and within two days one nail broke off within less than two weeks two others broke off. So within two weeks I had three nails that had broken off. Let me know when you have acrylics that just break within a week. Fortunately I haven't had this type of experience before, until now. However, the story doesn't end here,.. I just left today after asking for the acrylics to be taken off and to do just do regular polish. I was so done with the acrylic I didn't want to sit there for another two hours and I didn't want the same thing to happen all over again. So when I got there the woman I spoke to utterly looked disappointed when I told her what I wanted as if I wasn't getting something that was more costly. (Just removal and regular polish). But then she directed me where to sit down, and then told me you wait a while. The nail technician comes over asked me if I want to cut the nails so I proceed to say yes. Now, not once, not twice ... but three times she nicked me with the drill to take the acrylic off. I swear, when I tell you my patience was tested, it was tested. The first time I pulled back I let her know. The second time I pulled back I let her know that it hurt. She proceeded to tell me to let her know if it hurt and then, she did it then a third time. My hands were sweating so bad in fear. I literally got up and walked out. I will never go here again. I would rather dip my hands in battery acid. read more

Went here after having tried a few other S. Tampa nail salons because of the glowing reviews. I guess it must be a "your mileage may vary" (YMMV) situation. The place is clean, and I was taken back immediately as a walk-in. My nail tech just wasn't good at all. She barely pushed back my cuticles on my feet or hands (let alone trimming them properly), scraped so much of my heel with the cheese grater I had slivers of skin just hanging there after she was done which I had to point out to her to remove. They had the most relaxing music which set the perfect place for relaxation in the middle of the busy city. We had the deluxe pedicure for $38 which include an extended massage with mint scrubs and hot stones. Had been coming for a while, some of the techs are good while others are subpar and slow so I'd advise finding your favorite tech and staying with them. Otherwise you end up with lumpy and chipping nails. Didn't like that they hover over you when picking a color even though your nails are wrapped to remove the acrylic so they can't work on them anyways. My last appt I got into a back and forth with a rude about whether my nails were fake - why would I lie when you're about to remove my old dip and find out SMH. The final straw was that I had stamps to earn $10 off after 10 appts on two different cards, the same rude tech refused to honor the discount b/c the stamps weren't all on the same cards. REALLY? Oh and If you want to go somewhere with questionable sanitation practices (Covid or not) and mediocre quality- this is your place! read more

Normally I don't write reviews for places I have a bad experience but I feel like this needs to be done. I went on the 1st ( which is not even a week later I'm writing this review) to get my nails and feet done. I had a problem with my last place a went to. Now I made it fairly easy to do what I wanted done. I still had my previous nails on and another broke so I asked for a repair, fill in and pedi. I wanted EVERYTHING white, nothing special. I don't know the lady name because they didn't say. At first she didn't understand what I wanted. I told her she didn't have to take everything off just put regular acrylic over everything and just paint them white. BUT I wanted them a little thicker so they wouldn't break because my last ones was way to thin. Finally she said ok and got started. Everything looked and seemed ok until we got to the paint part. My shape began to look ugly and everything looked bubbly. But I had been there so long at that point I was like whatever. I can pull it off. The thumb paint messed up while drying (the paint and the uv light was not getting along and it shriveled). At first she wasn't going to fix it so I said something because I wasn't about to leave it like that. She tired to fix it and honestly it really just got worst. I was not happy get how my nails looked with finished. Then got the pedi. They had a older lady do them. She was very ruff with my feet ( digging in my toe nails and all) I have never and I mean never had a painful pedi and I mean it was painful. And on top of that she cut my toe trying to cut the cuticle. Of course did not acknowledge it, just left it like that and I had to say something about it. She told me she didn't cut it and I told her that my toes are white, that red blood is right there. She didn't say anything just sprayed peroxide on it smiled and said ok, and put my shoes on my feet. Just to go outside look at my feet and they were sooooo ashy. They didn't even look like I have even gotten a pedi other than my toes being painted. After all on this, I still paid 95 dollars . And trust I don't mind paying for good work but bubbly nails that was not shapes how I had them before, a cut on my toe, ruff handled pedi, and ashy feet was not worth it. Fast forward to today 6 days later..... with a broken nail just by scratching my back it snapped. Honestly don't go and waste you money because I will never go back here EVER!!!!! read more

This place is excellent in every way. It is a really lovely space that has been well designed, nicely decorated and is conveniently centrally located. Its location in a new, bustling retail center along South Dale Mabry has visibility, accessibility and lots of surface parking surrounding it. But the center does draw a crowd so parking at the front entrance to the salon may not always be an option. This recently opened business feels and looks like a luxury salon but, fortunately, its prices are quite reasonable. There are lots of manicure tables and two rows of pedicure chairs that line the walls. Plenty of space and plenty of stations! And the staff members are pleasant, professional and polished in what they do and how they do it. Indulging in a manicure, pedicure or whatever service is being sought is something I look forward to doing. Getting those types of treatments done in a relaxing atmosphere where everything is new and nice, and everyone is just as nice, makes the experience one that I can not wait to repeat. read more

I went and got a pedicure here a few weeks back and it was great . I attempted to try a new place due to ratings and designs on the Yelp page for my full set and that was a horrible mistake ... luckily I contacted noire nails and the next day I went in and got them fixed !! I believe my technician was van . He was a man of little words but man did he do an amazing job and great attention to detail !! My nails were to thick , to long , not even and just a mess and he literally fixed them to look amazing / I am so happy with the outcome and now I know Noire will be my go to for all things nails ! Oh also when I walked in .. I had the mind set of just remove these nails and start fresh the lady in the front was upfront and honest with me and told me I would save nearly $40 if I keep them on and they work with what I had . Which I appreciated that they didn't try and take my money and told me the best possible outcome . Highly recommend Noire nails for the honesty and the work they provide !!
