Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nail technician was very pushy about what she thought would look best on me instead of listening to what I requested. I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place.
