I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with William. My nails were absolutely beautiful. I wish I could wear nails all the time, but I can not. I was so happy to have found William through social media. I stalked him for almost 6 months. I still look at his posted pictures and admire all of them. His attention to detail surpasses expectations. I do hope to go back before my next vacation.

I have not had an appointment since July 13 or 14 I tried to text william on aug 6 because I realized I haven't had a fill in almost 4 weeks so, I thought I will try to see if I can get a new set because have a appointment coming up. I've set up my appointments in advance with William knowing he gets booked fast so I set my appointments for about every 2 weeks. I know I did set up about 3-4 appointments in advance. What bothers me is that he must of canceled the appointments I booked in advance with him if he did that is rude and uncalled for as a business owner. I was always on time to my appointments and never late or cancelled. I thought I would reach out again this past Monday with no reply back.

He did a great job on my nails! I loved it and I highly recommended him. Another thing, he was easy to talk to. He has a great range of colors to choose from and he does lots of nail art. He's very particular, and pays attention to detail, and I appreciated it very much! It was worth it to have to wait a few days to get an appt with him. My only complaint is that I won't have him in the town I live in after this trip. He's EXCELLENT!

I do not often write bad reviews, it makes me sad to write them and I hate putting hard working people down who work hard to create their own business. But I do have to let people know that this business might not be up and running anymore. I was drawn in by the BEAUTIFUL photos of the talented nail art and the even better prices, so I decided before vacation I should try and support a local nail artist! I tried to contact the business every way I could. 2 different cell numbers: 1 just rings and goes to voicemail (several days in a row) and the second one rings and goes to silence. I left 2 voicemails trying to reach the business and no one ever called me back. What a shame, the photos show such awesome work! read more

William offers gems, air brush, regular polish, mood polish, metallic polish, stencil, etc. He will push himself to try the newest nails out their. Absolute 5* for William! Just moved back to the concord area and was looking for a tech I can stick to and I definitely found him! Walked in (to my appointment) lol and simply said I wanted them with glitter jewels short .. something cute! Didn't have an appointment, but Le was able to accommodate me with a quick pedicure. literally and figuratively.. Although it was a split second pedicure, my feet were happy, they were long overdue for some loving! I like the fact that they use individual feet bath wraps for sanitary purposes as well as individual bags for the feet waxing. My overall experience was good and look forward to making an appointment and seeing how much better they do! Review 2016 #27 out of 100 read more

I have been a client of William for many years. I have always supported him with my business. Every time he leaves for long extended stays back to his country I always come back to him to do my nails. I'm extremely disappointed in him because he does not return my texts in a timely matter. I will text him to see if he would like me to come in earlier since I normally book his last appt-he never responds I sincerely believe that he should at least text me back either way. But he sure expects people to confirm/put a deposit and etc....it works both ways William!!! read more

He was fast, nails were good but he didn't talk until the last few minutes. Prices are very reasonable. I brought my daughter and she's 5, and just noticed his Instagram page says NOOOOOO KIDS. Lol maybe he was annoyed she was there because she kept trying to talk to me lol, he told her to sit down . My daughter said " Mommy I like you're nails but can we go back to the nice lady." Lol ( I take her to all my nail appointments bc she's very well behaved) but he's gone for 3 months now ‍ so back to square 1. PS I WAS 2 min early! read more

Best experience I've had getting my nails done. I went in to get fake nails that I wasn't a fan of and could no longer deal with them at work, taken off and William did an amazing job with the mess that it was. While he had me soaking the nails in acetone, he put on a funny gag/prank video on his tablet for me to sit back and relax while I waited. One the fake ones were off, he did an even more amazing job with my shellac manicure following. He is funny and talks to you while getting your nails done. I highly recommend him and will be coming back for sure! read more

I had such high hopes for William, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I called Thursday afternoon to request a nail appointment, I was able to reach William by phone and he instructed me to text him my name and when I'd be available, and he would get back to me. Well, I did and then waited 4 days completely unanswered, true professional business owners contact the client within 48 hours with at least an "I've received your request, I"ll contact you when I am able" This guy leaves me in silence for nearly a week (in business days) I don't know why I've run into and keep running into so many business owners like this out in Concord, but it's common and it's frustrating. Unorganized and incapable businesses hurt the customer, not help them. Sad to leave this but I shouldn't be treated like that and wouldn't be treated like that if there was responsible and reliable staff instead of one whom doesn't respond to clients. Also, fake accounts are being created to act as damage control for Williams nails, if you dare leave less than 5 Star he has the trolls do the damage control. I'm done with this business and it's harassment, I have Pictures of All the fake accounts and also steals photos from other pages to slander other businesses. Careful people, there are even Trolls on Yelp! I feel a city complaint is necessary at this point, he's very aggressive with fake profiles on Yelp claiming he's amazing and my review is because I'm mad lol I have reason to be, this business owner doesn't operate his business well. read more

William is unquestionably the best nail tech I've ever had!!! I first saw his work on Instagram and loved everything I saw! I confess that before my first appointment with him I took pics from his ig to my old nail tech (sorry William lol) hoping he could replicate but oh goodness.. it was never even close. Lol I really like that I can text him to schedule and although I have to keep in mind that I might not get in right away (he's so good that he's always booked out a few weeks) he does a great job at communicating and at getting me scheduled asap!! He does amazing managing his buisness considering he's just one person AND his work is flawless! I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS for his PHENOMENAL work. I'm constantly recommending family, friends and strangers lol. Williams cares. My experience with him has never felt like an average nail salon experience, he goes the extra mile. After 5 years into acrylic nails,I finally found the perfect place in William's Salon.He can do magic with your nails Give him any design he will do it.He normally sets aside an hr and a half for each customer which gives him ample time to focus on your nails only.Its not a typical salon where you walk in and wait.You make an appt. and he will be right with you.Thank you William.You are the best!!! read more

So a basic pedi was $53 without tip. So with tip you're looking at close to $60. For polish. Honestly, for that price you can get gel and probably a tip included at other salons. Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. The prices are still higher than other salons.*

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I'm allergic to a chemical found in gel polish as well as the solution used to build acrylic and gel nails. The reaction causes my skin to burn, blister, itch, and swell all at once. Now that I'm fully aware of this allergy, I only get dip nails. On 5/24/26, I called and made an appointment at Crystal's. I couldn't remember the original tech's (James)name because it had been years since I'd been back after previously experiencing an allergic reaction from gel polish used on my toes by another staff member. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they took me right on time. Initially, everyone was friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. However, when the male tech,not James, started my nails, I became concerned because he began filing my nails down instead of soaking them off, which is how every other salon I've visited handles dip removal. When I asked about it, he told me, "Oh, we don't do that anymore." The tech then started applying a thick paste-like overlay to my nails. I immediately said, "Wait, I want dip nails." He responded, "Yes, I know," and continued applying the product. Although the nails looked nice cosmetically, I knew something was wrong. By the time I got home, I started experiencing the same burning sensation that I had before during allergic reactions. I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she was not working that day. I explained what was happening and was instructed to come back in. Upon my return, the friendly atmosphere was completely gone. The staff repeatedly insisted that all of their powders were dip powders and explained that they simply do dip "a different way." They removed my nails while speaking loudly in another language, and the tech removing them was rough and visibly irritated. I was refunded my money and left, but there was still residue left on my nails. At that point, I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything further because I was made to feel like I was the problem. Needless to say, my fingers are now swollen because the dip was done "a different way", not the way James originally did them, and not the way any other salon has done my dip nails successfully without causing a reaction. My only recommendation is this: If a customer specifically asks for dip nails, please make sure there is a clear understanding of the process being used and the products involved, especially when allergies are communicated. Also... where is James?

I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. He has been my nail tech for years and he ensures you are satisfied prior to leaving him! YES, I can agree he is a VERY BUSY nail technician ONLY BECAUSE HIS WORK IS OUSTANDING and has a waiting list of clients and if you are a new client it may be some work getting into him, however if you choose to take your business elsewhere...you will be disappointed I GUARANTEE!!! William is hands down the absolute best nail tech around!! He loves what he does and it definitely shows in his work. He will NEVER rush, he takes his time on each and every step of the process. If you have a specific nail design or shape in mind bring him a picture and I can GUARANTEE it will turn out better then the picture!! His appointments do book up quickly ( because he is amazing lol) but well worth the wait. He will always fit you in if there is a repair needed.I have had my nails covered in rhinestones and never had 1 fall off. I can easily go 6 weeks between fills and they will still looking amazing. The pricing is definitely reasonable. You can text him or give him a call for an appointment, he is really good about replying as well read more
