I was drawn in by the BEAUTIFUL photos of the talented nail art and the even better prices, so I decided before vacation I should try and support a local nail artist! I tried to contact the business every way I could. 2 different cell numbers: 1 just rings and goes to voicemail (several days in a row) and the second one rings and goes to silence. When my aunt shared how rough he was being he doubled down and didn't listen to her concerns. Here's the worst part . For painting of her natural nails no acrylic no gel the cost was $80 which is almost triple what I've paid for just color on past visits this time he said because her natural nails were long the cost was justified. I don't agree and the nail broke shortly after the service. Really dissatisfied because this salon has been a family tradition for years. My daughter was getting bangs trimmed and her ends trimmed. Alan went the extra mile and cleaned up the lousy job that another stylist (from a really bad shop) did and textured her bangs and ends a lot more that she ever got before.
