I absolutely love this place and all the amazing staff. As with any other business there may be delays, communication is key. If you work with them they will work with you. The ladies here are thorough, honest and do amazing work. I'm a faithful every 2-week customer. If my nails are still looking good, which they usually are, they let me know a fill or new set isn't needed yet but will do a mini manicure, reapply the top gel with some cuticle oil. They never overcharge, consistently take their time to provide outstanding service and it's by far the CLEANEST in town!! I'd give 10 stars if that was an option.

My niece was trying to explain what she wanted for her nails, and the owner completely ignored her and would not even look up to acknowledge that she was speaking. I finally had to step in and say, "Excuse me, she is trying to tell you what she wants." Even when I spoke directly to her, she still did not look up or acknowledge me. Regardless of someone's age, if they are sitting in your chair and paying for a service, they deserve to be listened to and treated respectfully. My niece should not have needed me to step in just to get the owner to listen to what she wanted done to her own nails. To make matters worse, she was charged $75 for a child's manicure with French tips and a pedicure. Only about a month earlier, I had a manicure and pedicure at the same salon and was charged $45. If there were additional charges for the French tips or another service, that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. The price difference was frustrating, but what bothered me most was the complete lack of basic customer service and respect. A simple greeting, eye contact, and acknowledgment when someone is speaking to you goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience.
