And maybe I'd find a local spot that I would like so I wouldn't have to drive a distance. The pedicure itself was great. Massage was not rushed and it was very thorough. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is when I went to pay they wanted me to pay cash or credit card which was fine as I had my card on me (I don't like to carry cash on me and never do because I don't like having to go to the bank to withdraw it or having to go into a store for Cashback if I don't need to purchase anything. That's inconvenient for me plus I feel better not having cash on me.) so I paid with my card and when I asked to add tip she said they can't do tip on the card. She said it had to be in cash which again I didn't have. I asked if they take Venmo or Zelle because EVERY other nail salon I've gone to always prefers those over credit card anyways, and she had to go ask. The other lady come up and tells me that next time I need to bring cash but this one time I can Zelle her the $10 tip. It literally felt like I was being scolded and I at that point didn't even care to leave a tip after they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them for wanting to tip. Crazy. So no worries, there will not be a "next time" and I would rather travel to PH to not be scolded.

They try to make it a very special and relaxing time while you're in. Make sure to come 10 minutes early to pick color. There are so many colors and hard to pick from. They are a bit pricey but a basic nail set will stay on at least a month. For designs on nails the skill is a bit above moderate. They are not full on artist nail techs but they deff are pro nail sets. Very nice and kind people I wouldn't mind giving my money to though:) It's best to call before the appointment and ask to text the design before coming in. That way they can grab material so you're out quicker or tell you if it's a possibility. Anything simple they can most definitely do above & beyond quality.

I explained several times that I prefer short nails and a very thin application, and asked that the acrylic be kept minimal. Instead, the technician built the acrylic thick and longer than my natural nail, and it was partially applied onto my skin rather than properly bonded to the nail. As a result, when I put my sandals on after leaving the salon, the entire acrylic piece popped off immediately. Additionally, the gel polish on my pinky toe was applied past the nail onto the surrounding skin, and that entire gel piece lifted off shortly after leaving. The acrylic color also ended up looking milky and different from the gel polish on the rest of my toes, so the big toe didn't match the others. For a service that cost about $70, I expected better attention to detail and proper application. Nails lifting or falling off right after leaving the salon shouldn't happen. Unfortunately this felt rushed and poorly executed. I would appreciate someone from the salon reaching out regarding a possible correction or refund.

Gel Pedicare went fine at $70/person than my mom gel full set was fine as well at $55. For my full set to gel manicure because it was incomplete due to them ripping off my pinky nail was charged $20 for it. They are all apologetic and want to take the $20 off. I told them no, charge everything I came here was not looking for free service and by taking off that $20 dollar will not compensate my nail being ripped off causing trauma and bleeding. It is not ok.
