The ladies were all very friendly but oh so slow. I had a 2:30 appointment and walked out just before 5. My nails looked good after both services but neither fingers or toes lasted. Pedicure started chipping 3 days later which should not happen with gel. 3 broken nails shortly after my initial fill which leads me to believe that they use inferior product as I had them put on a new set. Prices here are about average for the area but I really feel like the service should last 2-3 weeks. I don't have time to continually repair broken nails and it's no fun to go around looking like a mess. I will be going elsewhere next time.

They had two technicians working on her at the same time and the entire service was finished in about 20 minutes. It felt extremely rushed, and there was very little attention to detail. A manicure and pedicure should be a relaxing experience, especially when someone is preparing for a special trip. What's most frustrating is that her nail polish is already chipping, and she's only on the second day of her cruise. She was really looking forward to having her nails look nice for the trip, and now they're already ruined. I understand salons can get busy, but rushing through a service this quickly affects the quality. I hope the salon takes more time with clients in the future so the results actually last.

When I politely asked him to fix them, he became visibly upset and started complaining and cussing instead of correcting the work professionally. Instead of fixing the French tips properly, he angrily added white all over my nails, making them worse, and then proceeded to remove product out of frustration. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I expect basic professionalism, especially when paying for a service. If you can't take feedback or perform a standard French tip without getting upset, you shouldn't be working on clients. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I texted her and she replied fast and able to get an appointment soon. I've been getting gel-x for couple of years now and unfortunately this was the worst gel-x set i got ever. 1. i asked for hologram and hologram started peeling after 2 days 2. my natural nails were really short but Penny definitely put way too much gel-x gel/glue. it definitely didn't look natural and i was able to take off my gel-x nails with my hand... which never happened before. 3. in my opinion, Penny/nail salon needs to invest more in gel-x products such as different lengths and shapes of gel-x nails and gel-x LED lamp because she only had one shape/length of gel-x and her gel-x lamp was going in and out. seems like she would be good for natural or acrylics (from her instagram)? but i wouldn't go for gel-x service.
