The large garage makes pick up easy/organized and had a wow! factor seeing all the cars lined up. The process was quick and straightforward - Roberto helped up with the documents, keys and app setup. Fredy helped us in the buying process - he seemed new but he answered all our questions. A week later we spoke to him, we picked up our car. We love Tesla's no-hassle buying experience - no haggling, no sales tactics, and no pressure to upgrade to a more expensive model.

We placed a deposit for a Cybertruck back in February after Fredy from Tesla assured us the process would be straightforward and that he would personally walk us through everything step by step. We made it very clear from the beginning that we were unfamiliar with Tesla's ordering and registration process and were relying on him as the sales advisor to properly guide us through it. What is especially frustrating is that before we placed the deposit, Fredy was constantly following up with us, responding quickly, and actively trying to secure the sale. The moment the deposit was collected, his level of service completely changed. Communication became inconsistent, follow through disappeared, and the entire experience suddenly felt careless and neglected. It honestly became one of the worst sales experiences we have dealt with. Fredy specifically told us that once we placed the deposit, everything was essentially set and that my dad would only need to be present at pickup. Based on those representations, we had absolutely no reason to believe there were still additional requirements or outstanding steps on our end. Now it is almost June, and after almost no meaningful communication or follow up, we suddenly found out there were supposedly still financing and profile steps that needed to be completed, something that was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. The only reason this was even brought up was because we escalated the issue and repeatedly demanded answers after being left completely in the dark. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of communication and professionalism after the deposit was collected. Calls were ignored repeatedly. Messages were left unanswered for days while clearly showing as "read." We constantly had to chase Fredy down just to get the most basic updates regarding a vehicle we already placed money down for months ago. At one point, Fredy even admitted that he made a mistake regarding the process and communication, but after acknowledging it, he disappeared again. Later, we were told he was on PTO, and even after that there was still no proper follow up or resolution provided to us. A customer should not have to beg for communication after placing a deposit on a vehicle. Delays are one thing. Being ghosted, ignored, and given constantly changing information after money has already been collected is another. At this point, it genuinely feels like once the deposit was secured, customer service and follow through completely disappeared. The salesman at Tesla simply took our deposit, and at this point we still do not even know if we are getting the car or not. Even now, calls continue to go unanswered while messages are clearly being read and ignored. That level of disregard toward paying customers is completely unacceptable. Montebello Tesla does not even have a direct phone number publicly listed, so Fredy is essentially our only point of contact, yet he continues ignoring calls and messages instead of properly communicating with us. Fredy, are we getting the car or not? We have been waiting since February and still cannot get a straightforward answer.

Drive Your Dream!…read more After spending some time shopping around for our car my boyfriend and I came across Supreme Motors. The price of the car was in our range and what really caught my eye is how immaculate condition the car was in. (All the cars looked amazing) Seriously guys-- compared to all the other dealers we went to, this car was sparkling and ready to come home. The process to purchase the car was so smooth and we had two pups to play with while we were waiting for all the paper work to go through. Was truly an experience of ease and enjoyment. Thank you so much Ehren! (And his partner! I didn't get his name but he was great too.) We appreciate you selling this car to us and wishing you good luck and many sales! We are thinking of getting the car detailed here in the future too :) - Alexis and Shane

AVOID AVOID AVOID…read more Even by used car standards, these guys are easily the biggest liars and scumbags I've ever dealt with. And they are so stupid it's all in writing. First they lied and told me they could sell the extended warranty for $2,900. Then they tried to sell me the same warranty for *$9,000* on a car where they were offering the identical warranty on their own website (same car) for $5,700. They just inflate the prices and try to screw their customers hoping they don't notice. See screenshots below. Then the finance manager claimed it was a "GM manufacturer's warranty" even though that was a blatant lie. It was for a Corvette and he later admitted it was done by Toyota Financial Services. Then they claimed a third party warranty would offer Used fake Chinese parts. Yet another lie. All in writing. Then they promised to reserve the car with a credit card. I told them to send me the info so I could give them credit card for the deposit and book travel. They didn't send it and I followed up three times today. They kept blaming their email system not working and other excuses. He finally sent it as I was walking into a 4PM meeting, and I told him I would sign it when I walked out and call him. I called him as I walked out and he told me that he had someone else coming to see the car and that "they had been trying to get a hold of me all day" - another COMPLETE LIE . I had literally called them FIVE times that day, and had spoken to him less than 90 minutes before. I have the call history to prove it. He also told me they had "30 salespeople competing to sell that car". When's the last time you saw a small town car dealer with *30* salespeople? These idiots wasted hours of my time, and lied repeatedly at every step. (and in case you're wondering, see attached photos where they claimed they were offering a factory GM warranty as a Toyota dealership, as well as the warranty discrepancy) Trust me... Take your business elsewhere.

It was previously a leased vehicle and was in very good condition. Other than the regular maintenance, I never had to visit a mechanic for any issues. If it weren't for the accident I had on a Tuesday afternoon, I'd still be driving it today. Once my insurance told me my vehicle was a total loss on Thursday, I got in contact with Henry. He helped me figure out the type of vehicle I was looking for and gave me a few suggestions to help me out. After looking at all the specs over the weekend, I decided on a car by Monday morning. Henry immediately started the search for the vehicle and color I wanted. Wednesday morning Henry contacted me that he had found a car. He sent me a quote and the MSRP by email, for my convenience. By late afternoon, I had decided. It was a good deal that he worked out on the price and it was exactly as I pictured. He had scheduled the dealer to deliver the car to the lot Thursday morning, but due to my pending settlement, I had to hold off. He rescheduled for Friday to allow me extra time. Friday morning, settlement was available and my car was on its way. My work schedule would not allow me to make it down in time so Henry came back in just for me to do the paperwork. I drove home in my new car that night. Henry made my entire process very easy and convenient. I got a beautiful, new car at a very good price without the hassle and haggle at a dealership. He is very quick and efficient in the entire process. I definitely recommend this business and personally recommend Henry to work with on your purchases. I will be going back for any future vehicles. Thank you Henry!

When we received a grant to purchase a new cargo van to transport the supplies for our large-scale custom corporate volunteer events I was thrilled. But then I was filled with dread. I have always found purchasing a vehicle to be a stressful experience in my personal life so having to do so for the organization that I work at made me doubly anxious. Thank goodness for Fred at Central Sales & Leasing! He helped us figure out exactly which vehicle we should purchase, found it for us at the right price, drove out to my controller's office to pick up the check and then dropped the new van off at our office doorstep! He went above and beyond to make sure purchasing a vehicle was stress free. It was so quick and easy; Fred really took all of the hassle out of car shopping. When the van arrived, we realized that we also wanted to get a liner to protect the interior. Fred connected us with a great company that provided this service at a reasonable price and informed us about Ford's rebate program for this enhancement. When we got the check from Ford, Fred called me to ensure that it was all taken care of in a timely fashion. I highly recommend working with Central Sales & Leasing!

I've waited a long time to write this review just to be sure that I actually know what I'm talking…read moreabout. My car had a check engine light for a bad sensor. I replaced it and it persisted so I bring it here. They took a look at it and let me know my car needed a valve cover replacement, new spark plugs, and to replace the sensor I had just replaced. There might have been more but this was almost a year ago so I don't exactly remember everything we did. Fine, I trust them because this place has been highly reviewed and it seemed very professional. So I spent about $1500 on repairs. Maybe a week later the same code comes on so I'm confused. I take it back to them and it takes days for them to get to the car because their "diagnostic tech" is really busy. Fine. So they call me and tell me that the code I'm getting is because my timing chain is fucked and it's going to cost $4500 to fix it... Which I don't have. So I sit on it for a few days while I see if I can come up with the money or what I'm going to do, before they threaten to charge me a storage fee for having my car with them. Fine, I understand they don't have all the space in the world. So I get to the shop pay their $150 diagnostic fee and try to take the car. The battery is dead. They gave me a jump and I drove home but there was no check engine light. I found it weird and thought it was a fluke. Long story short I replaced the battery, battery cable, oil, alternator and the car is just fine. I've been driving it for almost 8 months. I put in maybe $500 in parts. While I am trying to figure out what the problem is I message them and ask if they charged the battery, or if the battery died on them at all. No answer despite multiple messages. And this is what bothers me you have no problem messaging me multiple times to threaten me with fees but can't respond to one simple message. My point is this shop is shady. They wanted to upsell me on expensive repairs I didn't need. Now I'm not even sure if I truly needed those $1500 in repairs the first time. How do I know it was an upsell? The guy who gave me my car back said, "we just go based on what the scanner says." And that's when I knew this shop sucked. Why would I be charged a ridiculous $150 fee for you to scan my car? Personally that doesn't seem like diagnostic work (at least a proper one). I feel like some of the things I discovered on my own an experienced mechanic would have found. The car had an electrical problem. In between those two visits I took another car to them to see if they could do a transmission drain and fill. I put that in the appointment request and I made the appointment days in advance. When I get there they say they can't work on the car because it has a lot of miles on it, which again is fine but why are you making me waste my time and bring my car to you if you aren't going to work on it. Do you not have someone who checks the following days' appointments? Why does your website allow me to make the appointment if it doesn't meet your shops criteria. All in all I say stay away and find a place with honest mechanics.
