He helped me figure out the type of vehicle I was looking for and gave me a few suggestions to help me out. After looking at all the specs over the weekend, I decided on a car by Monday morning. Henry immediately started the search for the vehicle and color I wanted. Wednesday morning Henry contacted me that he had found a car. He sent me a quote and the MSRP by email, for my convenience. By late afternoon, I had decided. It was a good deal that he worked out on the price and it was exactly as I pictured. He had scheduled the dealer to deliver the car to the lot Thursday morning, but due to my pending settlement, I had to hold off. He rescheduled for Friday to allow me extra time. Friday morning, settlement was available and my car was on its way. My work schedule would not allow me to make it down in time so Henry came back in just for me to do the paperwork.
