We bought a 2012 truck some months ago. Still have not received the license plates. I called to ask about the plates and they insist it's in the car. It's not. We were told they would ship it to us. Now they don't know what I am talking about. Poor service read more

Alexander Auto is the best!!! Fernando, Nancy and Gris at Alexander auto made this the easiest and happiest transaction I have ever had buying a car. I came in looking for a truck to fit my budget and Fernando went out of his way to find me the best one that I could afford . They have an amazing selection of low mileage vehicles and every car on the lot is super clean!!! Nancy was super helpful also, even had a brand new battery put in the truck I bought because it sounded a little low. These guys are the best. If you need or want a super nice used car then come see Alexander Auto, they will treat you right!! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Great people to deal with! They took the time to explain everything to us, didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and listen to what we wanted. We are so grateful for their patience and generosity. I highly recommend this dealership!! read more

BEWARE these people are scammers. They tell you one price to get you to sign the paperwork but then call you back in later to change the whole contract. (pretty sure thats illegal.) Threatened to take them to court and all of a sudden they give the monthly price stated before but higher APR ( super sneaky) . Haven't even had the car long and its already having problems i.e. ( breaks squeaking, and low air in tires quickly,) If it was different circumstances and the car wasn't needed immediately, would of went elsewhere. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else for a better deal, better car AND better customer service. Would not recommend. read more

Thank you Tony, Larry and the rest of the crew, you guys really helped me out and went above and beyond to satisfy me. We have had nothing but great things to say about Alexander Auto Sales. Great cars and awesome customer service. They definitely went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. I am very pleased with the vehicle I have now! I would highly recommend Alexander for desirable, super-clean autos. read more

I went with my cousin, who needed a car, to try to support a local business but I was greeted with impatient, rude attitudes. We eventually had to ask to speak to someone from management and she was equally as bitter for some reason. However, there was one representative, Cynthia, who was extremely helpful and kind which is the reason why I'm giving this place one star; everybody working there should learn a thing or two from her, she's truly a diamond in the rough. Anywhere but here, take your business up the street to Honda - Whittier or something. read more

Absolutely unprofessional and discriminatory. Asked me my age as I was getting out of my car before even saying hello. They didn't have the car ready that I had set an appointment for, and started questioning my credit before we even saw the car. I walked away the second he started getting hostile. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a dealership. Way to lose business. read more

I stopped here looking for an affordable and reliable car and I left super satisfied! We noticed the large variety of cars the place had so we decided to stop and take a look. All the cars are in great condition and super clean! The service was also fantastic. Alex himself helped us and showed us what he had. He also explained pricing and financing. Alex is a super friendly guy and he does not pressure you to buy on the spot he is very understanding and also knowledgable on cars! I would highly recommend him to all friends and family! Thank you Alex! read more

I was there yesterday with sales guy, Tony. This guy has the nerve to talk bad about my relationship with my wife and how I supposed to tell her what to do. Tony also told me if I didn't have a job that he works with a woman that owns a business and she could add me to the payroll so I can buy a car. What a joke! Be aware of scammers artist, don't waste your time as this place is not legit. read more

I brought in my friend and they were able to get him in a car in a couple of hours at a reasonable monthly payment thanks for your time

Called in for a 2015 accord V6 EX-L salesman said " yes, yes, it's available! TOP OF THE LINE " asking 18995 I mentioned to him it seems to be over priced since a Touring with similar miles runs at that price he responded with " HAHAHA AND I DONT CARE " WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT!? If you want to be treated with no respect, THIS is your dealership. Just know when you buy a car I know they will not care once it leaves there driveway. read more

Buyer beware!!! Do your research on the vehicle that you looking at. The vehicle that I was looking at was originally sold in the state of Oklahoma. There was flooding in the city that it was sold in back in 2019. I took that into consideration when looking at the vehicle. I looked under the vehicle and the undercarriage was rusted. Can't prove that it was in a flood. But a 2 1/2 year old vehicle should not have that issue. read more

I had high hopes for this place because they do have some really nice trucks in their fleet. However, they over promise and can't deliver. We have nearky perfect credit and were even putting 6-8k down and they still couldn't find a payment that works for us. They tell you they will make it work and crunch all these numbers which in the end are way more than the truck is worth. They claim they never advertise prices so i showed them the ad and they said they would honor that price. In the end i got the same truck lifted with about 30k miles for about 9k less. read more

bought a truck with a lift kit that these idiots did themselves...didnt bother to make sure the tires weren't rubbing and didnt do an alignment...these two issues were brought up to the sales person at the time we were buying the truck and of course he said they would take care of it, all I had to do was drop it off at there mechanic. well when I went to call and schedule a appointment I was told that these issues were not covered under the bs 3k warranty I purchased. they refuse to stand behind there products and will lie to your face just to make a sale. I've now contacted a lawyer and reported them to the BBB, which they are not accredited by!! total waste of time and now I'm stuck paying for repairs that they promised to have fixed read more

This is one of the worst used car dealership, when you talking about slimy sales guy , go see Juan , this sales guy is nasty and rude liar , worst experience dealing with this guy, he lies through his teeth , don't let this guy to run your credit until he puts the numbers on the paper and signed next to it. He will promise you whatever you want to hear. If I could give -0 rating I would of . His a con artist, beware and go to reputable dealer , stay away and you will save yourself a lot of headache. If I could give a zero star I would. Never go to this dealer. I purchased a truck from them in the last 30 days. When I showed up to the dealer the battery was dead in the truck. They jump started the truck for the test drive. They then proceeded that since I was buying the truck they would replace it. After being told it was replace I drove home only to get stranded at work the next day with a dead battery. I called and have multiple text from the dealer for proof. They told me they would give me $60 for a new battery which I told them was unacceptable. The cheapest battery for a full size truck was $185 which I paid for. They told they would make it right and now after 30 days and they stopped contact me I am still out the cost for the battery. That is like selling someone a car with a flat tire. I have given them all the time in the worl to make this right and it is ridiculous that they would let such a small amount of money ruin their reputation. At this point I am going to take them to small claims not only to get my money but to make sure I waste there time just like they did mine. I would recommend you stay away from this dealer. read more

Me and my boyfriend went into this location and started talking to Alexander about some SUV's we were interested in. We started talking and getting prices ( because there is no prices on the car windows) but we ended up going home because he stated we were not allowed to test drive the car unless we were approved for a loan threw him first? Who would buy a car or start a loan before they test drive it??? Thank god we did because we looked online to see he quoted us in person 4,000 more then what he advertised online. This guy who seemed pleasant, became very rude after we confronted him about is online prices and what he quoted us. Alexander is untrustworthy and not a person you should do business with. I wish I could rate "no stars!!" read more

This place is aweful. Not only was I trying to buy a car there cash but he Alexander was extremely rude. Like seriously who does that. I have $15,000 in my hand and didn't start acting professional until I showed him and walk out. Plus I read that he is ripping people off so be careful. This lance should be closed. I don't need to drop off my money to a guy that is so unprofessional rude and that u have to go inside his office to ask for his help. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS. HE DOES NOT DESERVE BUSINESS OR EVEN TO HAVE THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

do not come here!!! we had the worst experience ever!! the car needed new tire sensors and other parts were missing and they took over three days to try to fix it, car was also very dirty!! they never called and gave us a update on the car, so unprofessional!! never doing business with them again! read more

I am forced to give 1 star since I have to! I spoke with a lady named Alexandra over the phone regarding a car and she confirmed the price, mileage and year of the vehicle. I drove about 2 hours to see the vehicle and was very Rudly received by the sales person, JUAN! He didn't even show me the car and started asking for my credit score! I was pre approved through my credit union and for him for start off my experience with my credit score was very disappointing. Needless to say, the owner of the place was just as horrible and ended up just luring us in to see the car when it was the incorrect price and about $15k more than what I was told over the phone. Worst experience and if you value good service and honesty than you will avoid this place at all cost!!! read more

Where do I begin...This place is by far the most unprofessional place I have every been to. The people that work here are such HYPOCRITICAL LIARS!!!! Everybody from the horrible idiot sale guy Juan to the so called Manager Tony. I went and traded my truck with them, it's been a month and they still have not paid off the truck I traded so I got stuck with 2 payments. I talked to Tony and he said he sent out the payment but the bank told me he called just called (5 days after he claims he made the payment). They just lost business with me and a few people I referred to them. read more

Horrible horrible horrible place!!! They are very rude and committed fraud on me! I purchased a Honda CR-V from them, later found out they lied to the banks about what amenities were in the car. So they told me and my bf to just agree if anyone would call but that they would deduct the money from our contact. That meant that the contract would change every time they had to fix the issue, which was three times, so my first payment would be three months later than when we originally purchased. BUT for some reason they repoed my vehicle because they said we failed to make the first payment of the original date. When they repoed my vehicle they made me drive to TOYOTA Cerritos square, keep in mind I purchased a Honda, pretended to be an employee there and left me and my three month old baby there for an hour without any phone cal after the repo. I eventually went to Alexander auto sales to pick up my stuff from the vehicle and they pretty much denied what they did and didn't care about leaving me and my baby stranded. All they care about is making money in a dirty sneaky way. Do not purchase from here! ZERO STARS. Yelp please make a zero star option read more

So I started shopping around for a new car. This place was probably the sixth dealer I visited. It was by far the most awful experience. So unprofessional and rude! My husband and I walk in to find the salesmen, instead of them coming to us as usual. So we flag down one of the sales reps and he tells us that their busy in broken English. So I tried to communicate that we need help, but continues to say that their busy. So we walk away to try and find someone else to help us. As we're walking away, he starts to give my husband dirty looks. He made it so obvious, I eventually took notice. He then picks up some kind of pipe and started pacing back and forth by my husband. He continued to give him dirty looks, and tried to intimidate him for some unknown reason. I felt so uncomfortable that I convinced my husband to leave before words were exchanged. It was bad enough that I couldn't communicate with him, but for him to act in the manner in which he did was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know, even strangers. Their business and service it pathetic and full of incompetent workers. If I could rate them without any stars I would! read more
