BEWARE these people are scammers. They tell you one price to get you to sign the paperwork but then call you back in later to change the whole contract. (pretty sure thats illegal.) Threatened to take them to court and all of a sudden they give the monthly price stated before but higher APR ( super sneaky) . Haven't even had the car long and its already having problems i.e. ( breaks squeaking, and low air in tires quickly,) If it was different circumstances and the car wasn't needed immediately, would of went elsewhere. I went with my cousin, who needed a car, to try to support a local business but I was greeted with impatient, rude attitudes. We eventually had to ask to speak to someone from management and she was equally as bitter for some reason. There was flooding in the city that it was sold in back in 2019. I took that into consideration when looking at the vehicle. I looked under the vehicle and the undercarriage was rusted. I had high hopes for this place because they do have some really nice trucks in their fleet. However, they over promise and can't deliver. We have nearky perfect credit and were even putting 6-8k down and they still couldn't find a payment that works for us. They tell you they will make it work and crunch all these numbers which in the end are way more than the truck is worth. They claim they never advertise prices so i showed them the ad and they said they would honor that price. In the end i got the same truck lifted with about 30k miles for about 9k less. read more

bought a truck with a lift kit that these idiots did themselves...didnt bother to make sure the tires weren't rubbing and didnt do an alignment...these two issues were brought up to the sales person at the time we were buying the truck and of course he said they would take care of it, all I had to do was drop it off at there mechanic. well when I went to call and schedule a appointment I was told that these issues were not covered under the bs 3k warranty I purchased. they refuse to stand behind there products and will lie to your face just to make a sale. If I could give a zero star I would. Never go to this dealer. I purchased a truck from them in the last 30 days. When I showed up to the dealer the battery was dead in the truck. They jump started the truck for the test drive. They then proceeded that since I was buying the truck they would replace it. After being told it was replace I drove home only to get stranded at work the next day with a dead battery. I called and have multiple text from the dealer for proof. They told me they would give me $60 for a new battery which I told them was unacceptable. The cheapest battery for a full size truck was $185 which I paid for. They told they would make it right and now after 30 days and they stopped contact me I am still out the cost for the battery. That is like selling someone a car with a flat tire. I have given them all the time in the worl to make this right and it is ridiculous that they would let such a small amount of money ruin their reputation. At this point I am going to take them to small claims not only to get my money but to make sure I waste there time just like they did mine. We started talking and getting prices ( because there is no prices on the car windows) but we ended up going home because he stated we were not allowed to test drive the car unless we were approved for a loan threw him first? I am forced to give 1 star since I have to! I spoke with a lady named Alexandra over the phone regarding a car and she confirmed the price, mileage and year of the vehicle. I drove about 2 hours to see the vehicle and was very Rudly received by the sales person, JUAN! He didn't even show me the car and started asking for my credit score! I was pre approved through my credit union and for him for start off my experience with my credit score was very disappointing. Horrible horrible horrible place!!! They are very rude and committed fraud on me! I purchased a Honda CR-V from them, later found out they lied to the banks about what amenities were in the car. So they told me and my bf to just agree if anyone would call but that they would deduct the money from our contact. That meant that the contract would change every time they had to fix the issue, which was three times, so my first payment would be three months later than when we originally purchased. BUT for some reason they repoed my vehicle because they said we failed to make the first payment of the original date. When they repoed my vehicle they made me drive to TOYOTA Cerritos square, keep in mind I purchased a Honda, pretended to be an employee there and left me and my three month old baby there for an hour without any phone cal after the repo. I eventually went to Alexander auto sales to pick up my stuff from the vehicle and they pretty much denied what they did and didn't care about leaving me and my baby stranded. So I started shopping around for a new car. This place was probably the sixth dealer I visited. It was by far the most awful experience. So unprofessional and rude! My husband and I walk in to find the salesmen, instead of them coming to us as usual. So we flag down one of the sales reps and he tells us that their busy in broken English. So I tried to communicate that we need help, but continues to say that their busy. So we walk away to try and find someone else to help us. As we're walking away, he starts to give my husband dirty looks. He made it so obvious, I eventually took notice. He then picks up some kind of pipe and started pacing back and forth by my husband. He continued to give him dirty looks, and tried to intimidate him for some unknown reason. I felt so uncomfortable that I convinced my husband to leave before words were exchanged. It was bad enough that I couldn't communicate with him, but for him to act in the manner in which he did was completely unacceptable.
