Any regular coffee drinker knows a cortado doesn't taste the same in a paper cup versus a proper Gibraltar glass--the ratio and experience are completely off. On top of that, serving everything in paper cups lined with plastic isn't exactly a healthy or environmentally conscious choice. Came here before a dinner for a lil energy pick me up and it was such a great location! The area is pretty big with a lot of open seating all around. I was able to work a bit from my laptop and it wasn't too crowded plus had some couch/relaxed seating or tables to work from. This visit, I got the matcha palmer which is a matcha with lemonade. I was nervous about it being too sweet but it was pretty good. I usually don't love drinks like this but it was actually really light and refreshing with the lil boost I needed for an evening pick-me-up. Great spot!
