Great spot to come for lunch. It's a pretty standard corporate restaurant. But the service here is great. I stood in line which took a little, but they were very busy so they worked through it the best they could! I was surprised with how fast I got my food from the time I ordered and sat down I probably only waited for 5 mins if that. I was pretty impressed with that considering how busy they were. It was a great meal too, I got the club panini and it was pretty stacked with bacon, they did not skimp out like most fast food joints. Over all it was a great lunch and the service was good. I called for a 7am delivery and when I called at 7:15am for a status update I was told "We only opened 15 minutes ago" My question for this business is why would you put that delivery window as available if thats the answer paying customers will receive? In addition to the unprofessional response when I later called and asked to speak with a manager, Shelly put me on a non stop hold, for a total of 35 minutes, before hanging up on me. I was really teetering between a two and three star review. If you do not have a food allergy, I think this place is a good option for a quick casual meal or catering event. That said this place was very difficult to navigate if you have a food allergy. There is a large notebook with five or six pages of spreadsheets to go through to figure out every ingredient and what allergens are present. It took me twenty minutes to pick a lunch and it came out with bread shoved on the salad which is cross contamination and had to be sent back. The staff is young and not able to handle food allergies and I can see myself going there when I have far better options. I worry about handling here, cross contamination and the inexperienced staff, and the difficulty in reading the food allergy matrix. Avoid this place if you have celiac or peanut allergies and I guess enjoy it if you don't ultimately need to worry about any of that. I'll be at Rubios or In-N-Out instead! read more

This review is for the cleanliness of the restaurant. I arrived 5 minutes after they opened and the place was pretty empty yet almost all the tables were dirty and had crumbs on the table tops and the chairs and the floors were dirty. Obviously the night crew didn't do their jobs and the morning crew didn't bother to check the dining room before opening. If the dining room is this dirty; imagine what the kitchen is like? Order time on receipt was 12:17pm, food arrived 12:39p. When my meal finally came it was decent. They have a choose two option with I went with a got the chopped salad and a rustic Italian Panini. Both were tasty but we're very light on calories. Nearly everything on their menu is 500+ calories and everything comes with chips, which is an additional 150 calories. I'm a fan but given that I've been here 3 times since my initial visit, each visit has been hit and miss. The first time we went in, we had an amazing experience. We went in to get a latte and to taste their signature Cinnamon Creme Cake which is a cake with swirls of cinnamon throughout and topped with sugar and cinnamon. We sampled it and my husband and I both agreed that we'd purchase a half a dozen of the cakes and give them to our wonderful neighbors as holiday gifts. They packaged it up nicely for us and we were super impressed. After the holidays, we went in for lunch and dined in the restaurant. This time, the cashier wasn't as friendly and was a little impatient while we stood aside and looked at the menu. When we placed our order, she looked bored and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. It also took 16 minutes for us to get our food. Trust me, I looked at the time noted on our receipt and the time it was when the server delivered our food. Thankfully the food was great. Lentil soup is fantastic and the Turkey Panini is a safe bet. I'd recommend. The last time we went there, we picked up a cinnamon roll, service was ok and so was the roll. So, we ended up here! Cornery Bakery Cafe has an amazing breakfast menu. We actually came in two days in a row it was so good. The Baked French Toast is a must have! It's more like bread pudding. The roasted potatoes were so juicy. We didn't help ourselves to the baked goods, the calories posted next to them kind of killed it for us. Coffee was great. Tables were clean. Good vibe overall. I received a recommendation from a local about this bakery as a place that sells breakfast food that I could buy and bring back to the hotel to have the next morning. We went in but we saw the fresh food menu and a few items on display including cookies, squares, and bagels. In the back, I saw a tray of white frosted cinnamon buns. We ordered 2 cinnamon buns for $2.79 each, and bagels for 99 cents each. We were only charged for one bagel so that was a deal! The cashier put the buns in a take out container and the bagels in a paper bag. We ended up having the buns the next morning and they were delicious warmed up. There was a little too much icing and sweetness for my liking. I wasn't sure how the bagels would taste as we had them the next day. But surprisingly they were not hard as rocks as bagels can get if you wait more than a day to eat them. The everything bagel was good and they had jellies/jams available so I enjoyed it with grape jelly. Nice casual food that is relatively healthy. But the menu seems a bit inconsistent in pricing and portion size. I ordered the sweet and crispy spinach salad- was very fresh with a variety of fruits, rosemary cracker bits, and of course baby spinach with a tangy dressing. My husband had a craving for tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. What we got was a small cup of soup with a single slice of grilled white bread with a single slice of cheese between it. All for $9.49. This was a child size portion at an adult price. I also ordered two kids meals for $4.79 ea which is a bargain. One was a turkey sandwich (two slices of white bread with a slice of turkey between it) with a bag of chips, a cookie, and a bottle of orange juice. The other kids meal was pretty much the same but with ham. The sandwich was disappointing-- not very nutritious, without any greenery or condiment. I learned later that I could have gotten whole wheat bread and carrots instead of potato chips, but I wasn't offered these choices when ordering. And frankly the kid's meal is too much for a kid to eat- unless they are a growing boy or girl over 9 yrs old... So I would like to see more consistency so that we're not overpaying for a tiny serving that leaves my husband going home hungry and my kids need a more nutritious meal without leftovers. read more

I've coming here after the Road Runner runs on Thursdays for dinner. It's on par with Panera Bread, with a slightly different menu. I like the soups and the sandwiches. I'm a fan of the mozzarella and tomato sandwich. I just add chicken to that bad boy and there's my meal. I had a bad experience once, but the manager graciously took care of it as best he could and gave us gift cards.
