Ordering was easy- just told the gentleman standing at the side of the counter what I wanted and he wrote it down on a slip of paper I took to the front checkout. Paid and they called our names once the sandwiches were done. The wait the first day (busy) was about 15-20 minutes after ordering. The second time (less busy) about 10 minutes. The sandwiches were worth every minute! Cibatta bread was delicious, and my BLT was packed with fresh veggies and crispy bacon. Absolutely delicious! My friend's California Panini was equally delicious- soft fresh bread toasted to perfection around fresh, generous fillings. Overall 5*s for friendliness and flavor!!

Absolutely stay away! They are a sandwich shop that does not want to make sandwiches. I was there 15minutes before opening (first in line). I had an order for 10 sandwiches (for a construction crew) and was informed they could not make 10 sandwiches. What?! You have no customers in front of me and you don't want to make sandwiches - do they know they are a sandwich shop?! If we all stop going then they will get their wish and never make any more sandwiches. In addition, the staff has a horrible attitude.
