We tried the trio chips and salsa and couple of their beers. We ordered the house made corn chips served with a side house made spicy salsa, guacamole and beer cheese. The chips were nice and hot and generous portions. However, I think they could have been priced cheaper instead of $18. The drink variety was pretty solid and consisted of beers, cocktails, and seltzers. We tried their Lazy Lotus Hazy IPA that had Big notes of lemon rind up front that melded into soft orange sweetness. The finish was a dry herbal bitterness. Bellevue Brewing company is a solid choice for after work drinks and snacks.
