I don't know what I would do without Jeff. Recently I purchased a new lap top. One phone…read morecall/Text away and Jeff was there. He transferred all my data and buz software to it. It's comforting that he takes care of all my business and home computers. He catches the problems before they become a nightmare. Thanks Jeff. Jere Tudor

As a long time PC user and breaker, (My first had Win 3.1 and a whopping 250mb hard drive) I've had…read moremy PC's serviced, repaired, and officially D.O.A.'d buy some of the best and worst repair services. I took my (self built) 2K gaming PC to Alpha Omega Technical with what I thought was a MB issue. Several weeks later; (Due entirely to Amazon, parts orders during troubleshooting, and my own un attentiveness) I was given back a PC that while was essentially a wiped machine due to catastrophic data loss, but runs like it did when I built it, if not better, and after 37 hours of RE downloads is awesome to operate. (ALTHOUGH.... having to "upgrade" to Win 10 from Win 7 was an unmitigated horror, I believe to be perpetrated by MicroSoft just to mess with us Old People) And the most amazing thing: I looked at some of my old receipts from what I once thought was a great company, and found a list of their ancillary fee's such as storage while waiting on parts. If I had taken this machine/issue to them; my charges/fees would had been in the thousands, rather than the (less than $400.00) final cost I was charged by Alpha Omega Technical Services. Always go back.

    $$$$

Steer clear unless you want to be charged for someone else's subscription…read more I used this data doctors to have my pc built and had in general a great experience with the staff but a couple days ago I called to update some banking info and found out I'd been getting charged 50 extra dollars for my subscription every month for the last year and a half. I explained what was happening over the phone to the manager at this location and he laughed at me, said there was no way it was actually happening, and then said it was stupid to cancel my subscription. I then called the corporate number where a woman agent said about the same thing and then hung up on me. I charged back the charges with my bank and 3 days later I get a call from a corporate Data doctor employee apologizing and they tell me my card was somehow linked to another customers account and I've been paying his subscription for TWO YEARS. What's even better is now they wont even wipe my information so it's just a gamble on who's account they're gonna throw my payment info on next. Don't make the mistake I did and give this company your info or money

Went to have my laptop fixed, it needed the hard drive replaced…read more They charged me to replace a hard drive ($139) and some membership that I did not ask for or agree to. The bill they gave me differs from what my credit card account states. Sneaky!!!! The total cost was $438 to replace a hard drive. That is ridiculous. I called the next business day to ask for help (that is part of my membership) and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. I am self-employed, I cannot leave my laptop somewhere for a day or two. I called a friend and he logged into my computer and fixed what I needed in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this Data Doctor; the cost is crazy!
