From our very first appointment, Daniel was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed. What was originally supposed to be about a 90-minute meeting ended up taking closer to two and a half hours because I had a lot of questions and a lot of options to work through. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I actually understood what I was choosing before moving on. A lot of the technology and low-voltage options were completely over my head, but Daniel has a great way of breaking things down into normal, understandable language. He made excellent recommendations without ever making me feel pressured, and I always felt like he was helping me make the best decisions for my home rather than just trying to sell me more. He has also been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I have his cell number, and whenever I have texted him with a question, he has gotten back to me very quickly. That level of communication is rare these days and has been greatly appreciated. The installation team was also fantastic. Everyone who came to the house was friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home, got the work completed, and took the time to explain things along the way. Overall, my experience with SST has been excellent. There were a lot of moving pieces with a new home, and Daniel made the entire process much easier. There rates/fees are straightforward. You pay a one time flat fee for the truck and then an hourly fee for two drivers. There is no fuel charge or mileage charge which is nice. My two Movers, Ed and Josh were so polite, respectful and efficient. The move was completed in slightly less than 3 hours. I was able to pay through Zelle which was really convenient. I would really recommend this company.

No one came close to service or price of Riley and his team. We have had our windows for almost a year and wow what a difference they have made. The home is cooler and they look and operate amazing. The one thing we also like was the fast turn around with the windows. Now every renovation or installation has its ups and downs. Ours was no exception. We were supposed to have them installed one day and a situation occurred where Riley and his team needed to come another day. They called and apologized for this and quickly set up a new time to get out and do it. Very professional and friendly. These windows are the best. They are beautiful. From the movers loosing or breaking items that they didn't replaced, overcharging for unnecessary boxes, to holding our electronics hostage until we settled the bill in cash or else. Resigned to another nightmare, this time around we reached out to Donations because we at least thought we could get rid of some items as we downsized and boy were we in for a big surprised. Paul and his team were careful with all our items, respectful, funny, and meticulous. They communicated effectively, coordinated and adjusted their workflow as unexpected situations developed. He was responsive and professional. He quoted me $445-ish to move, and told me there would be three movers (including him) who would come out and help me move. I was given a time frame of 7am-8am for the movers to show up, and that morning, Paul texted me to let me know they were running behind due to an accident on the freeway. I didn't mind, as it gave me a bit more time to finish things up at my previous place. Paul and two other movers showed up and they were READY. They took all of my boxes and furniture out and had it packed up within about an hour. Here is where things get less impressive. Paul's attitude was great. Like I mentioned, he was courteous and professional the entire time. However, the two other movers... Not so much. I never got their names, but one of the guys had a really poor attitude the entire time, and the other guy was okay at first but as the move went on, he became less and less pleasant to interact with. All in all, it took just over 2 hours to move from my old place to my new place, which was pretty awesome. However, when it came time to pay, I suddenly owed $605 (before tip) because the move "took longer than expected". I was not expecting to pay that much, nor had I budgeted to pay that much - I was quoted $445. None of my things were broken, and all of my items got transferred from one place to the other. I just don't feel that they were honest regarding the pricing. Between the poor attitude of the one guy and the higher cost than quoted, I'm not sure I'll be using Donation Movers in the future.

Daniel worked me into their schedule and made sure they were able to meet all of our needs in regards to the service and charged us a very fair rate for their service.
