Overall I have been very pleased with Dutch Bros - their drinks, the service is always friendly and professional, and they are insistent on making sure you're happy with your drink or else they will remake it for you. For my birthday I got a free drink, and it's good for a month which is nice. I headed there the day before my birthday drink expired and the guy said you can get whatever drink your heart desires. Cool beans!! So went with the large Golden Eagle coffee drink, oatmilk, but needed sugar free, light ice, why not add in boba for free. Sugar free drizzle and why not add in the sweet cream foam? I am lactose intolerant but I will take the risk. I said what about a shot of expresso? He said you already got 4 in there, you sure you want more? Um - no you gotta point there - 4 is enough. Drink was ready in 2 minutes- wow! And he stood there to make sure I liked it and was ready for a remake just in case. Well it was superb. Maybe next time no boba since it added a lot of sweetness to it but I can deal with it. Always fast and friendly service. My favorite is the Cocomo with Oatmilk and sugar free. Love the flavor. At times they will do happy hour deals and it's busy but lines seem to move quickly. I personally like to walk up to the window and talk to someone to help me pick the right order and also just in case there are specials or new products. They are a refreshing alternative to the usual coffee places and prices here are reasonable as well.

Every time, I swear the workers are having individual conversations with customers for like 5 minutes each. I get up there, order, and it's 30 seconds max and I go, it's not complicated. Somehow I am always here for 5-10 minutes longer than I care to be just for coffee. The only thing this place gets points for is having better coffee than most other places in the area.

There's a large shared parking lot, though there's a steep incline going up to and down from the lot from the street. Walking in, we were immediately greeted and self-identified as first-time visitors. We were given a quick tour of the place, where they made their chocolate by hand and their current selections of chocolate bars, toffee barks, and truffles. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to try the different intensities of chocolate bits they had available as samples. Ranging from 50% to 100%, my personal favorite was the 90%. We ended up getting 2 mint truffles, 2 coffee truffles, and a small bag of toffee bark for $16 + tax. They don't taste too bad with a glass of wine we had later that day, though they weren't our favorite chocolates. Overall, this chocolate factory is still worth a stop in to check out the chocolate making process, by which they still use direct-sourced cocao beans from Ecuador. They are under new ownership, yet they plan to begin offering wine pairings and couples nights in Summer 2026.

However, when you step into Cinful Sweets, it feels like you have walked into a Parisian chocolate shop. There's a beautiful paper collage on the wall that is quite striking and immediately grabs your attention. In addition, two walls are covered with magazine articles regarding Cinful Sweets. Apparently, they are a pretty big deal with articles in several prominent magazines. The chocolates are displayed in a way that makes you want to select one of each. You are allowed one chocolate sample per visit. Once I tasted the chocolate, I was an instant Cinful convert. The chocolate is rich, smooth and melts in your mouth. I was looking for chocolate for the hubs for our anniversary, and Cinful Sweets was the welcomed choice. My purchases included a red heart, chocolate bear and some sugar treats (ok...I confess, the sugar treats were for me). Smile. I got the opportunity to meet the owner and certified chocolatier Cinthya Romriell. She was super sweet with a genteel demeanor. Cinthya said she trained under some of the world's most renowned chocolatiers. The quality of the chocolate is outstanding. She said most of her clientele are corporate businesses and folks looking for gift giving. In addition, I like the play on words with the chocolate shop...Cinthya minus the "thya" Cinful Sweets.

They carry the very good Brown Gold single-serving cups, the surprising Guy Fieri line and several others which are worth a try. Gaining a foothold into the void created by Keurig's newfound contempt for what had been an uber-loyal brand name won't be easy for CW-USA. While their variety is very impressive, they seem to be unable to keep much of it in stock. Further, they don't seem to have the type of vendor relations which allows them to restock quickly. This makes the goal of ordering enough to qualify for free shipping all but impossible. In spite of the fact that each item of my last order was shown as "in-stock," one item actually wasn't. My order was quickly confirmed by email as ready-to-ship, but two weeks later I had to call to learn of its status-- a shipping delay or back-order email would have been an expected customer service response. Curiously, the entire order shipped the day after my call, and was received 4 days later. How long would I have waited if I didn't call? Where Keurig and CW-USA product lines overlap, Keuring will usually be a little bit cheaper. I'm not displeased with my CW-USA user experience, but they have an opportunity now to do so much more. My hope is that they make intelligent use of this business opportunity. Right now, the CW-USA experience was highlighted only by a very good selection.
