I called copy to copy, and Kathleen answered the phone. I inquired about EDDM and she told me they do not provide that service. Then why is it advertised on your website? Carlos gave me such great service! I went in to have my self-made planner bound and he helped me figure out which kind of coil would work best for the way I would be using it. He was very detail-oriented, and called me to clarify on a couple of things. Copy2copy was able to complete my binding while I walked to a nearby deli for lunch. They also have a nice selection of colors. I had previously gone to a big office supply store to have this annual project done, but the service at Copy2copy is much faster and the selection of coil types and colors is much better. Result: EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING via COMPLEX DESIGN. Too many segments to go through, as the categories of segments are not narrowed enough for what has to do with pricing. "Black and White Digital Prints" are supposed to be equal to paper-sheets of black-and-white photocopies? This is rather confusing; time-confusing, when self-deciding whether to procede with that website option, if that website option being the correct 1 to click on for pricing to b/w paper-sheeted photocopies. So I click; what results are the showing of format sizes, as I choose "8 1/2 x 11." But that took me nowhere. I attempt a 2nd try; same negative result, concerning the following 2 options that must be completed, that have nothing to do with getting a price estimate for a photocopy. VERY TIME CONSUMING.
