WARNING!!! Run screaming from this company. If you are an artist that expects a baseline quality deliverable, DO NOT use Pixel 2 Editions. I worked with both Donna and Mark several times, but once something went south, they showed ZERO ownership over obvious mistakes. Ultimately it's very sad for the company, as it reveals a lack of professionalism and character. This was the first time I have ever made prints of my art and I cannot recommend this business enough. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind when explaining the different types of papers and the process. She also gave me a discount on better quality paper and on the professional scan provided. The turn around was extremely quick and the color matching was absolutely stellar. I had the option to pick up my 20 prints almost a day after I had initially went in, on top of receiving a proof. They also gave me 3 extra prints with no added charge. I had a delightful, 30" x 48" original landscape by Kevin Anderson enlarged to 80" x 128" by Pixel 2 Additions. We couldn't be happier with the results. Everything, from the initial consultation to the spot perfect installation was handled promptly, and with a unique level of expertise. I had concerns, with such a large enlargement, there would be pixelation and a degraded quality to Kevin's original brush strokes, but the finished product was amazingly clear. The large panels looked as if they were original pieces, brush strokes, details and all. Their giclee technique looks really nice. I was fortunate to have their team hang them for me, and they did so perfectly. They took my overall dimensions, and hashed out a perfect plan with REALLY tight spaces between each of three panels. It's positioned perfectly. I have a hard time walking past our 9' high niche housing these panels without stopping and admiring them. Perhaps the most surprising part of all for me was the price, it was less than I would have thought for such high quality work. read more

The giclee prints this shop produces are so beautiful! I keep finding myself surprised by how reasonable their prices are and how quick the turnaround is. Since I don't have a scanner at home, they do flatbead scans of my work for 5 dollars flat which saves me a lot of time and effort. If you're an artist who cares a lot the quality of your reproductions but don't want to pay bank this is the place! The only reason I've deducted a star is in my two separate experiences printing with this shop, I was advised by the people who work there to talk to Mark (who I assume is the owner) before leaving my work with them. Yet, somehow he's just never there when I show up, even when I leave for a bit and come back when they say he'll return. I keep 'just missing' him. I'm starting to halfheartedly wonder if he's a real person or if my timing is really that poor every time. They don't seem to answer their phone here either so make sure you work out all the details via email instead of dropping in like I did. Otherwise they're nice people and do great work! read more
