I made an appt. for a Saturday mid-day pickup... she confirmed with me the day before, texted me when she was 15 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. Love that I didn't need to follow up with her beforehand to confirm things. All in all, things went great and I'll def. use her again if need be.
