My girlfriend and I visited Paris in early December of last year, and I am still thinking about the meal we had at Copenhague; it remains the best meal I've ever had in my life.
We were told that the restaurant has changed significantly recently. A young Danish chef by the name of Andreas Møller has taken over and moved away from the traditional Danish cuisine that used to define the restaurant.
I can only describe the entire experience as exceptional. The service was prompt, kind, discreet, and extremely well briefed. The food was just spectacular. I had the Menu Copenhague while my girlfriend had the Menu Vege. We were absolutely enthralled by the delicious, inventive courses, not a single one of which disappointed. Textures and flavours were blended expertly in incredibly well crafted dishes. As a chronic meat eater I would gladly pay for a Menu Vege on my next visit, it is by no means an afterthought or side menu.
I can guarantee this place will receive a Michelin Star very soon, possibly 2. Get a table while you can! read more
