The pastries were clearly well made and thoughtfully prepared. The kids had chicken tenders, which they enjoyed, even though the tomato sauce was a bit different from what they expected. The Challenges The biggest drawback was the price. The meal felt expensive for what we ordered, coming in at €154 for a fairly simple lunch. The staff told me that normally they require the person booking the room to be there in person with their credit card. However, they were able to generate a link where I was able to pay for the entire stay + safety deposit ahead of time. I gladly did so, and they were happy to let my girlfriend into the room a good 6 hours before I got there. Once I pulled up to the hotel, I checked in at the front desk. The attendant helped me with my bag, and the front desk worker showed me to my room. My girlfriend had already enjoyed the bath tub and some drinks. We had some hours to relax, before we headed out to dinner and to sight see. While the restaurant that we reserved (outside the hotel) let us down, the restaurant in house (The Lobby) took care of us well. The hotel surprised us by driving us to the Eiffel Tower in their Rolls Royce, a complementary service. We took some great photos around the tower, and in other locations, before being driver back to the hotel. The room was very nice, had a comfy bed, plenty of space, a nice bathtub, and a clean and modern look. There was a small balcony area with two seats and a small table overlooking the beautiful architecture of the surrounding buildings. The only downside is that the A/C was not up to par, but that is the only complaint I have about this place. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. The experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, if you're looking for a great time!
