Great place. We've been for Mexican groceries (I don't know anywhere else around you can get a lot…read moreof the peppers etc) and for another time for takeout tacos. We brought the tacos over to The Other One brewery next door (which they allow) and had a fantastic date night. The al pastor was delicious, we both found the barbacoa a little boring and I'd skip the guacamole entirely next time. However the house made tortillas and other bread goods are so soft and flavorful. We'll be back.

We all really enjoyed our meals. Most of us ordered the three taco combo (any three tacos on the menu) and a side of rice and beans! While the tacos are very simple, they are quite tasty. The carnitas pork taco is really tasty, especially with the pickled onions! Yum!! The steak tacos had good flavor, but there was definitely grizzle to be found in them! The chicken was great! All of their tacos are served in a double soft corn taco, which helps them stay together through every bite! Overall, the tacos here are truly authentic, full of Mexican flavors, and perfect to cure any taco craving! Now, the only thing they need is a liquor license to serve some delicious margaritas to wash down the tacos!! . Service was okay. They forgot silverware, so we sat for a bit unable to eat our rice and beans (or add them to the tacos, which is what I do). They also forgot two side of rice and beans, brought one after a reminder, but the final one was never received! We all left full and happy, so that's great! We will definitely go back again! PS. They have a full menu, much more than just tacos!! **We were so hungry that I forgot to take pictures!

We have been numerous times but sadly this was likely our last…read more La Fiesta isn't a restaurant we would go to on our own. There are other Mexican restaurants closer to Albany with some great vegan options and I would even say they are owned by the same parent company. Typically the reason we go to La Fiesta in Clifton Park is because we are meeting someone who isn't vegan and we're finding a place we can all find something on the menu. La Fiesta boasts several vegan options on the menu, they even have vegan cheese and seitan (meat substitute). Many places will just give you a bean and vegetable option and omit the cheese and sour cream but charge you the same price and call it vegan. The service is great, the waiter was very attentive. The one thing that caught me off guard was when I asked for hot sauce, he asked me bottled or house-made? I thought, house-made sounds like something I need to try and ordered it. He could have warned us it would be $2 extra, I still would have said yes but we were surprised to see it on the bill. I enjoyed my potato and spinach enchilada dish and my wife had a good amount of guacamole and chips before her Vegan Fajita Quesadilla arrived. The quesadilla was one large tortilla folded over in half and stuffed with peppers, onions, and mushrooms and what should be vegan cheese. She only ate a quarter wedge and a few bites of rice before she was full. As we felt fine driving home but I started to experience heartburn which since being on a plant-based diet for nearly 10 years only happens when I eat something non-vegan. My wife was sick during the night and throughout the entire following day. We are convinced there was some cross contamination in the food or worse, her quesadilla was made with real dairy cheese. This isn't the first time we haven't felt well leaving La Fiesta's Clifton Park location. Maybe it wasn't a fluke and there is room for improvement in kitchen practices to prevent cross contamination, maybe we just have bad luck. We can't keep going there if we're going to get sick everytime. If you don't have food allergies or sensitivities I'm sure you'll be fine. Otherwise La Fiesta really lives up to the name. Friday evening, the restaurant was packed, there were people waiting at the door, drinks were flowing, and the music fun.

The Rusty Nail is probably best known as one of the places to go on your birthday to receive free…read morechicken wings equaling your age on that birthday. This was the second occasion of my being invited by someone who was celebrating their birthday there. I'm not a big fan of chicken wings so I also don't consider myself a connoisseur. On this visit there were nine of us celebrating the birthday boy's 65th. I figured I was entitled to seven wings from the six different flavors that were ordered. I was satisfied after tasting just one from each flavor. All the wings were very crispy and the flats were a bit moister than the drums. In fact, my least favorite was a parmesan garlic drumstick. It came with no sauce, so it seemed extra dry. Treating the wings as my appetizer, I ordered The Heater from their Specialty Sandwiches and substituted sweet potato fries for regular fries. Served in a toasted hoagie were shaved Italian steak, sauteed peppers, onions, jalapeños, queso cheese, and melted pepper jack. My first thought was that the hoagie was going to be too massive and too much bread. But to my surprise, the bread was so fresh and soft that it easily compressed around the filling allowing the filling to be the star of each bite. The steak was tender and flavorful, there was not too much spiciness from the various peppers, and there was plenty of moisture. The sandwich was served while still very hot as were the sweet potato fries. Wings and sandwich, all went well with my pint of Guinness. They do not take reservations and will not seat your party until all members of your party are present. They will add you to the waiting list before all of your party is present. Once we were added to the waitlist it was thirty minutes before the rest of our party arrived due to traffic delays. It was then another thirty minutes before we were seated. This was a Tuesday starting about 5:30 p.m. I'd suggest aiming for a weekday after lunch if you have more than four people in a birthday celebration. Staff are well experienced with these situations and are friendly and helpful.

It's dismal inside, a combination of dark, dreary, colors and low lighting, almost as lackluster as the greeting I got (at least I got one). There's a few things here I still like. I got good service as I moved from employee to employee, down the line as my burrito was built. I still enjoy their salsas and the pico and guacamole I got on my burrito. That was about it though. At checkout, they put my burrito in a bag, and I mentioned that I was eating in. My reply was, "But you get a complimentary bag of chips!" Wouldn't I get the chips anyway? Why didn't they want me to have a tray, I saw others carrying their orders to tables on them. I'm sure they don't make their chips in-house, and they were pretty dismal as well. More than half of them were broken (maybe from having a burrito dropped on them?), and a lot of them were dark/burnt and/or greasy. You know what rhymes with "dismal?" That would be "abysmal," which is how I'd describe the Coke-products machine... or rather, today, the lack-of-Coke-products machine. Probably 2/3 of the product lights were dark, and if you tapped them, "unavailable" flashed over them. Your only options today were Coke, Sprite, Fanta, and Minute Maid. On a more humorous note, the paper towel dispenser in the men's room would dispense a 3 foot long sheet of towel followed by bright flashing lights. The company really needs to spend a bit more time and money on places like these... if they actually have the money to do so.

Nothing is ever placed on the pickup counter. Even when ordering online it is NEVER ready anywhere close to the pickup time. Walked in tonight to pickup, and there were 3 people in line and only one person sitting down in the restaurant eating. So... not busy at all. 2 other people walked in and ordered and got their food in the 15 mins before any employee even asked if I was here for a pickup. Said they didn't even start it yet. Asked for a refund and the rude little s**t employee condescending said I had to do it on my end. Left without my food because I wasn't waiting any longer because by that time I was already there for almost 20 minutes after my meal was supposed to be ready. This franchise should honestly be shut down. Management does not know what they are doing. Constantly hires moronic employees who look bored, burn food, and touch food with their bare hands. I want to say that I'll never be back, but I'm curious if I can have an even worse experience there.

Really love their French fries! The proper thickness, crispy, perfectly seasoned and hot! For the triple dipper, we paired the fried mozzarella with the honey chipotle mozzarella and the Nashville hot chicken tenders. It was a TON of appetizer. Where their appetizers could have improved was the tortilla chips were a bit oily. Our table ordered two Chipotle chicken bowls, one quesadilla salad, a chicken quesadilla meal, two kids meals and a fajitas trio. For 7 people dining, having a bill of $185.00 seemed pretty reasonable for our visit with what we ordered. Food was super delicious and we had so much left overs we had two meals per entree through the day. Our 6 year old loved the kiosks games and asked to come back to that restaurant again.
