Need to replace an evaporator coil. Definitely need to refill refrigerant. Patriot is impossible to schedule for the annual "routine VIP maintenance", as they schedule the routine maintenance (that has been paid for) behind other customers, so because we didn't get that done in time, we're going to be out big bucks. Patriot is a slimy company. They care about padding their bottom line, not about their customers. ----- Purchased AC in June 2021. Patriot replaced an evaporator coil already in 2024. What kind of crap did they install?!?!? Now, one month after 5 year warranty expires, need a new evaporator coil. Patriot DID NOT REGISTER THE Rheem A/C when installed or the replacement evaporator coil, which would have extended to a 10-year warranty.
