Absolutely amazing experience !…read more My 10 year attended a baking class at the sprouts cooking school. This was her first time ever doing such a thing. She loved it. The class allowed the students to be independent "chefs" and work mostly independently under supervision. My daughter felt a since of accomplishment and developed more confidence in the kitchen after class. The best part (for me) was the food. Oh my gosh~ the food was AMAZING. They made a chocolate chip cookie cake with icing and a mini fruit pizza. Chocolate chip is not my favorite, however I had several bites. The cookie could not had been any more perfect. It was moist, soft and just delicious. At the end, the kids took the recipes home. The class started and ended on time. It was a great experience.

This class was for ages 3-13 and the kids learned to bake three recipes. The best part was that parents could drop off their children and head out for 2 hours of errands or a nice brunch! I was impressed right away by how bright and clean yet playful the space is. There is a wall along the back with 4 microwaves and 4 ovens which is perfect for some of the larger camp classes or the older kid's cooking classes. There is plenty of counter space with their large islands that hold a sink at one end and a convection stove top at the other. This class had little tables and chairs set up for the preschoolers while the older girls sat on stools around the island. Perhaps my favorite part of the kids cooking class was watching the teachers interact with the kids. They did a great job keeping the kids listening, learning, being safe and having fun all while baking! I know that can be a feat with just a couple kids at home! The way they interacted with the girls gave them confidence in continuing to bake at home.

From start to finish the event was well planned, organized, and most importantly, FUN!!! Our team had an absolute blast completing this challenge and we were rewarded at the end with an amazing chef cooked meal that was mouth watering delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this event to any corporate teams or friend groups looking for something extremely fun and 'outside of the normal team building box' to do. We laughed for hours, engaged, and most importantly, got to truly build on the relationships we share amongst our group. Thank you Chef Amy!!! Would I go back again? Yes Chef!!!!

I feel like I learned tips and techniques that I could take home and use day to day but also ended up making a very unique and impresssive meal. This class was Thai inspired so we made a salad, coconut curry soup, and moo shu wrapped in a pancake of sorts. Their cooking classes offer a cash bar and walk in appetizer. Then we get to the cooking, all of the ingredients were portioned and passed out. We had the opportunity to taste along the way. After cooking everything, we got to sit down and enjoy our meal. This was such a fun experience. Highly recommend as a date night activity!

I remember hearing from another Elite Yelper friend how much they enjoyed her class, so I booked a Saturday morning "Intro to Sushi Making" class for my son and I. This is not a cooking class where you watch the teacher and then never make the super-complicated recipes again. Mori had my son do most of the food preparation from slicing veggies and mixing the matcha-glazed cake. Mori taught us about dining etiquette, different grades of rice and nori, and where to find the ingredients used. We also got to eat everything we made - we were very full by the end of class! We have since bought our own Zojirushi rice cooker and have made our own rolls at home. Highly recommend her classes for just a couple, family (kids 6+) or a whole group!

She was smiley, funny and full of energy. There were no issues with the reservations and she fully understood this was a retirement party so she only booked who was in the party. We opted to do Japanese street food which afterwards we all got to taste. It was delicious. She encouraged us to bring Japanese wine and beer and of course that made the girls giggle a lot. She went over food preparation, and how to cook each meal in great detail all while explaining the history of the food we were cooking. Her kitchen was spread out and had plenty of room for all of us. It was a tremendously fun time. Everyone of the girls had a great time with lots of smiles. I think we will book it again for my daughter and her friends. It was well worth the money and definitely coming back.

Five stars isn't enough for Chefski; they deserve a full standing ovation!…read more The food is next-level phenomenal, but the team's energy is what makes them legendary. They are kind, hilarious, and effortlessly engaging- the kind of people you want to hang out with and wish were your best friends, especially if they could cook like that! They recently catered an event I attended at ClubWorks, and while the gathering itself was fantastic, the food completely stole the show. Everyone was obsessing over it and just kept talking about it. Chef Ethan took the spotlight for the night, weaving humor into the story behind every single bite. The man has magic in the kitchen, and I am actively campaigning for him to start a YouTube channel so the rest of the world can catch his mojo! Bottom line: Don't second-guess it. If you need catering that leaves a lasting impression, book Chefski immediately. You will be so glad you did!

We had 5 courses beginning with an abundant charcuterie board of gourmet cheeses, crackers, nuts and fruit, From there we moved to an outstanding corn bisque, salmon perfectly seared, salad with a light balsamic dressing and morning picked cherry tomatoes grillrd to he perfect level of smokiness. Our main course was perfectly prepared filet mignon with Yukon gold mashed potatoes with butternut squash and raspberry sauce. Our final course was cheese cake with Chef's touch of apples sautéed in butter cinnamon along with chopped pistachios. Chef made this an evening that we'll never Forget. He played just the right music to tug at our 1976 heartstrings, We had such a wonderful evening and we just loved having the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the foods that were being served. We would welcome the opportunity to call on Chefski in the future as well as recommend him to others.
