I was immediately wowed, but decided not to buy any at that time because I was moving to Indiana soon! I thought I'd be able to find some in Bloomington, but alas it's not easy... But as fortune had it, I ended up at a farmers' market up in Indy one day, at which they had a stand. And it lived up to expectations. The Queen Anne's Lace (which they had samples of on offer) was up to the standards of the best French bries, and much better than any of the big-name bries. Tiger Lily is a nice washed rind with the expected pungency. My complaint would be that I wish they used some non-cow milks too. I also found the rinds to be less edible than with some European cheese, but that's fine, just cut them off.

Our team had an absolute blast completing this challenge and we were rewarded at the end with an amazing chef cooked meal that was mouth watering delicious. I feel like I learned tips and techniques that I could take home and use day to day but also ended up making a very unique and impresssive meal. This class was Thai inspired so we made a salad, coconut curry soup, and moo shu wrapped in a pancake of sorts. Their cooking classes offer a cash bar and walk in appetizer. Then we get to the cooking, all of the ingredients were portioned and passed out. We had the opportunity to taste along the way. After cooking everything, we got to sit down and enjoy our meal. The class is well taught with everything you need conveniently set out for you, and the instructor goes through each step along the way. They really make accomplishing things easy. What I thought would be difficult was really quite simple. We stuffed the snowflake wreath with cream cheese and raspberry jam, and we made homemade Nutella for the Babka. It was all very tasty and both were accomplished in three hours.
