I visited for the February Open House. The group that was there got a cheese plate to sample. The…read morecheese plate consisted of Snapdragon, Nettle, Fromage Frais, Trillium, and one other cheese which I think was Dutch Tulip. They were all fantastic. There was a short presentation and then a tour given by Co-Owner Laura Davenport. It was interesting to hear about how the different cheeses are processed and how Tulip Tree Creamery came to be. After the tour I made a purchase of two cheeses: Nightshade and Fromage Frais. If you enjoy cheese then you need to check them out. Their website is https://www.tuliptreecreamery.com/ On there you can find out about all the cheeses and where to purchase them. They also have classes you can take to make your own cheese. Patty greeted us and enthusiastically told us all about their award winning cheeses. All the cheeses are made on site from locally sourced milk. We purchased a variety of wedges and they are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Trillium which is a soft creamy Brie-like cheese. We also picked up the HOPS and Nightshade cheeses which were wonderful. These were some of the best cheeses I've ever had. They offer three levels of cheese making classes on Thursdays and Saturdays. They also sell cheese related products such as cutting boards in their shop. The shop is just off Lafayette Road and 62nd Street. Parking is out front. Well worth a visit.

My colleagues and I attended Chef Amy's 'A Cut Above' challenge for a corporate team building event…read moreand I cannot say enough positive things about it. From start to finish the event was well planned, organized, and most importantly, FUN!!! Our team had an absolute blast completing this challenge and we were rewarded at the end with an amazing chef cooked meal that was mouth watering delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this event to any corporate teams or friend groups looking for something extremely fun and 'outside of the normal team building box' to do. We laughed for hours, engaged, and most importantly, got to truly build on the relationships we share amongst our group. Thank you Chef Amy!!! Would I go back again? Yes Chef!!!!

I feel like I learned tips and techniques that I could take home and use day to day but also ended up making a very unique and impresssive meal. This class was Thai inspired so we made a salad, coconut curry soup, and moo shu wrapped in a pancake of sorts. Their cooking classes offer a cash bar and walk in appetizer. Then we get to the cooking, all of the ingredients were portioned and passed out. We had the opportunity to taste along the way. After cooking everything, we got to sit down and enjoy our meal. This was such a fun experience. Highly recommend as a date night activity!

Five stars isn't enough for Chefski; they deserve a full standing ovation!…read more The food is next-level phenomenal, but the team's energy is what makes them legendary. They are kind, hilarious, and effortlessly engaging- the kind of people you want to hang out with and wish were your best friends, especially if they could cook like that! They recently catered an event I attended at ClubWorks, and while the gathering itself was fantastic, the food completely stole the show. Everyone was obsessing over it and just kept talking about it. Chef Ethan took the spotlight for the night, weaving humor into the story behind every single bite. The man has magic in the kitchen, and I am actively campaigning for him to start a YouTube channel so the rest of the world can catch his mojo! Bottom line: Don't second-guess it. If you need catering that leaves a lasting impression, book Chefski immediately. You will be so glad you did!

He went above and beyond to make the experience special, and his generosity truly stood out -- especially when he surprised us with seared fillet, which was outstanding.
