Tristan has been grooming our husky for months and he is AMAZING with her! And she always looks and smells sooo good! He has had trouble trimming her pads as she was a bit squeamish. This is the only place we take our rescue dog. We been coming here for about 5 years since we moved to Anthem. Olí had another groomer and since we were too far from Scottsdale we had to find him a new one. One of my main concerns is he is older so I stress that if he is tired and needs a break they have my permission to stop the grooming. They really do an amazing job! The most important thing to me is his well being. I do communicate properly with every groomer about olí and they have notes from previous groomers about him. We originally started with Anna but because she is now training sometimes olí goes to different gals. I never had an issue any groomer after her. After the groom they will point out if his feet are not perfectly cut as he hates having his feet and toes done. They have to does his feet and toes last! From the photos he looks pretty much identical as every groom. Summer cuts are different than winter or spring cuts so there will be different lengths or no skirt cuts for him depending on the weather. I always get asked what I want before and after the groom I get walked through the completed process. It's important to properly communicate with your groomer what is important to you and your baby. As you can tell we have gone here multiple times and I should write more reviews but I do honestly recommend this place olí is our family and would not leave him in hands I don't trust! Unfortunately we did have a bad experience at a Pet club location about 7 years ago but it was the management and the groomer if they can't listen to your instructions for the safety and wellbeing of your pup then you definitely have to do what's right and find somewhere else! We, myself and several family members have been long time patrons, and until recently were satisfied customers. Several months ago I took my fur baby to get groomed. When I received the bill it was more than the previous groom. When I questioned the amount I was told they raised their prices. I told the receptionist that I wasn't informed of the price increase. She apologized and said that I should have been notified when I booked the appointment. We all make mistakes... my dog looked great so I chalked it up to an oversight. I took my dog in again last week and again received a bill that was more than the previous groom. They raised their prices again and again I wasn't informed. Not only did they raise their prices (twice) they started charging a surcharge to use credit cards; I wasn't informed of that either. I received a text message and a phone call reminding me of the appointment, but nothing about the price increase. In today's economy, we all expect to pay a little more, but companies should inform their customers when they increase their prices. We, my extended family and I will not be taking our fur babies back. read more

after having good experiences since my 6 yer of coming to the desert and being positive about our grooming here we have now reached a negative with another new business owner who could care less about high turnover and disaster outcomes of a single visit. We took our almost 1 yr old beautiful well behaved shih tzu puppy and ended up with a injured dog who was taking 3 steps and then falling down on his right side even when playing with his best friend 5 days later. Between 2 dog mom's decided it was time to go to our wonderful vet for help with Benson. After and 482.50$ with multiple X-rays and consults with other vets the exam determined it was due to improper expression of his anal glands. Also the vet stated there was no reason to express anal glands on a very small year old puppy and she wants me to e clear and have it discussed to never do this again in a grooming appt. I then reached out to the groomer for an explanation and wants the business owners number to discuss this very large bill. I was completely given the run around and was never able to reach this owner who obviously could have cared less about his business. Neither our family or any of my many dog friends will ever use this business again. This outcome will also be discussed with our wonderful vet and throughout the veterinary community !!!!! read more

I requested a quote on Yelp and the owner responded within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and helped to schedule our first visit with our 6 month old German Shepard. When we arrived, we were a little late as it took us a while to get her into the he car and settled, she was pretty scared of everything. When we got to the location the staff was understanding and friendly. We were greeted right away and they took her back to get started. We returned after about 30 min or so and they explained that because it was her first time, she was pretty scared of the drier. They told me they could only dry her most of the way to not scare her too much and gave us a discount because of this. Our pup was so soft after her visit. The grooming session was also reasonably priced and we will be returning. read more
