I would highly recommend Andy and The Paw Wash! I just moved to Scottsdale and my boyfriend gifted my yorkie with a spa day. It was the best cut she's had and she smelled wonderful for a week. I will definitely go back! Great Service! Great Price! Great People... and local. Thank you, Andy! read more

We've been bringing my grandfather's dog here for years, but unfortunately, the service and communication have really declined. I specifically requested the earliest appointment available, 7:30 AM, because I live in Avondale, only to arrive and be told there were four dogs ahead of us. After waiting 2 1/2 hours with no update, I called and was simply told, "We'll call you when your dog is ready." When I asked for an update, I was then told, "If you want your dog done all at once without us working on other dogs in between, you should tell us." That response was incredibly frustrating, especially after booking the first appointment of the day. The lack of communication, poor organization, and dismissive attitude are unacceptable. They've worked with her for years and know she can be touchy, which is why we stayed with them. Unfortunately, we will no longer be supporting this business. read more

Love small loving groomers! That's what you'll get here. No fancy retail store, just great grooming services at a good price. Try them!

This was the first time I took my dog to this salon. I needed a last minute grooming and they took him in right away! Andy answered the phone and was so friendly. Normally I don't take my dog to another groomer but I don't think I can go anywhere else or back to my previous groomer. The price is very fair and Keon did an amazing job. Can't express how happy I am with their service. read more

Took my dog here for the first time. Basically paid $40 for a nail trim. I expected a bath and deshedding. My dog doesn't smell like he got a bath like when I normally take him to the groomer and he is still Shedding like crazy. Went back to get it fixed and they still didn't do anything. Never going back read more

Love this grooming place! My dogs always look great and are very happy after they get groomed. They are also very affordable!

They did a great job here of trimming and bathing my 50lb dog. It only took 2.5 hours, and they were reasonably priced. Thanks!

Great staff and extremely affordable. They are very respectful of my wishes on how much to cut and what I'd like done (which is very important to me!) My pup always comes home happy and clean. read more

Awesome grooming, basic wash service included shampooing, blow drying, brushing, hair cutting from nose to toes, ear cleaning and nail trimming. Service was great, Andy used to be located at Barks n' Bows over by 32nd Street and Thunderbird. This is the new spot and name the business is under. My dogs were happily pampered after their visit here, they cheerfully walked out and were no longer shy and quiet as they first were when coming in to this new business spot!! I do also suggest to make a reservation. I highly recommend this place and it's incredible prices for the service they provide. read more

They did an awesome job! My puppy had a bath and a sanitary hair cut. The staff was friendly and they gave her a cute cut. They clipped her nails too. They got us in within 48 hours of calling. I had to leave her there for several hours post cut and there was no issue and they were super nice about it. I wish she would have had water in her cage when I picked her up. I was also surprised they didn't ask for her vaccination records. Overall, we were very happy and we will definitely be going back again!!! read more

I love this place! It seems as though we have been searching and searching for a great groomer and they are so hard to come by. This is by far the best place I have ever found in this area. They are so sweet and gentle, especially with my tiniest pup. I think it's also important to know that I have been sending all three of my dogs here for almost a year now with absolutely zero complaint whatsoever. Highly recommend. The staff here did an amazing job with my nervous Boston Terrier, Ozzy. He's the sweetest baby ever- until you try to trim his toenails. When I returned to pick him up, he was calmly waiting, smelling fresh, and had some well cut nails! Thank you!! read more

Love this place! Andie is one of the good guys in this world! My Shih Tzus always ran in the door excited to go in for their visit! They always came out looking like rock stars!! read more

I took my dog here for the first time this week. I was eager because the pricing seemed very reasonable and fair, and the owner seemed very kind and gracious over the phone. Even when dropping off my dog I was excited and confident they would do a good job. Unfortunately not. The did a total hack job on my poor doodle. There were several uneven spots, and even spots where it looked like they went too deep and hurt my poor dog. I would not reccomend this place unless you want your dog to have sores and patchy spots. read more

Paw Wash Scottsdale, AZ. I typed out with bullet points specific instructions for the cut of my dog. The instructions were short and clear. The groomer did not follow the instructions and cut the top of my poodle's coat flat on the top of his head instead of letting it be longer, which is custom cut for poodles. My dog's head looks ridicuulous. Even though she coudl not trim his paws because she said he did not like it, she still charged me the full amount. Make sure you use a groomer at this location who actually listens, is agreeable and friendly. read more

Total excitement! I used Alex at Paw Wash today for the first time and could not be happier. She was recommended by someone at my veterinarian's office. Yes, they are kind of far from my house, but the wonderful job Alex did on my dog and her charming personality, coupled with a very fair price, will keep me going back. I highly recommend Paw Wash and Alex! read more

I have taken my dogs to Alex since they were puppies, they are going on 11 and 12, now. Alex always does a great job and goes above and beyond in caring for them. She found a growth on one of the dogs I hadn't noticed, so I was able to get it treated early. The dogs always look great, when I go to pick them up! I've stayed with Alex all of these years, because she does a great job! It makes me feel good, knowing the dogs are in such good hands, when I leave. read more

They always do a phenomenal job. Andie has been our groomer for our dogs for years. She is amazing.

I took my recently adopted puppy to Andy for grooming and will never take my little guy anywhere else. She treats every dog at the Paw Wash like it's her own and the prices are incredibly reasonable compared to 99.9% of the other places I considered. I've also had Andy babysit my guy many times and would recommend anyone looking for a dog sitter to call her before spending more money on other places which won't provide the same care she does! read more

Followed Alex here 5 months ago. The extra drive time is worth it. Her work is the best and she and my boy Bailey really hit it off. After meeting the owner, Andy, I was even more impressed. Andy performs the best Lion's Cut on my little kitten, Sophie, plus she appeared to dedicate a great deal if not all of her spare time fostering & treating I'll & physically challenged animals. I have a great deal of fondness & respect for both Alex & Andy. read more

I called on a Saturday morning for my best buddy Barkley. He needed a day of dog pampering. Spoke to Andy on the phone. She was super nice and told me she could fit him right in. She was done a bit early and called. The best part was when I picked him up he was not in a cage waiting. He was out and about with them. That made me feel as if they loved him and not just a client. I will be back for sure!! Oh and the Spider-Man bandana was super cool too!!!! Thanks Andy!! read more

We've been taking our two sable collies to the Paw Wash for about 7 years now. The place is impeccably clean, and they do a great job. Our two Brittanys whom we love dearly came back from the tender hands of Alex who made them shine. A perfect grooming can I say more oh yes. I have had my cat groomed here at least five times over the past 8 months. Typically the owner (I don't know her name) does the best work. They are somewhat flexible on last minute calls to drops off my cat for a hair cuy. They try to be as accommodating as possible. I've always had a good experience and the cat can't wait to go back to visit with all the dogs (jk). Simple fee on the services for debit/credit, for instance $1 for a $60 bill, which is fine for a small business. read more
