I can honestly say we have always had the best customer service at any cookie plug!! FOOD: 0/5 Before crumbl came about, my parter and I were Cookie Plug's #1 supporter. The peanut butter cookie, the keto cookies, the surprise favors etc. all were 10/10. . Fast forward to 3 years later, the three locations we would go to on the weekends have now closed down. I wondered why, now I know. My cookies that were bought yesterday, honest to god were awful. The keto cookie texture was so......I don't even know how to describe it-It was mushy, bitter taste, slimey? Just horrible. They were also smaller than any cookie I've ever boughten in my life. lol. They're 1/3 of the size. I also got a chocolate / peanut butter cookie, and regular chocolate chip. They were HARD and possibly old? I'm not sure if they were on the rack a while (literally not a soul was in there although a very busy shopping center) Price: 1/5 It is $5.00 a cookie, which I feel is very standard for CA. Expensive? Yes. But, very normal. However, the cookie is usually big; well not in these parts aka at Cookie plug. The keto cookie was...... I kid you not, the size of a ball that you get in one of those vending machines. I even asked "They're still the same price even though it would take 4 to make a cookie?" She said "I KNOW, right? Yes. I'm sorry- it's due to the better ingredients." I GUESS. All around: 2/5. Although I had the most terrible experience yesterday- I have a soft spot for Cookie Plug. This place advertises that they sell "Keto" cookies. In the 4-5 times I have walked in and tried ordering Keto cookies, they NEVER have them. They always say that management has not sent the keto dough. I'm done trying. Don't advertise a product you rarely have. read more

The chocolate one is good. The others are way too sweet. You can get it warmed & it'll make ooey gooey. Pricey for a cookie but if you think about it, the amount of calorie is like a meal. These cookies are next-level delicious! They have the most creative names, and I especially loved the "Firecracker" (s'mores for the win!). While I was expecting a bit more of a granola cracker base for the Firecracker to give it that extra "oomph," it was still a fantastic chocolate chip cookie with gooey marshmallows. Maybe I'm just a s'mores snob! But the true star of the show here is the vibe. This place is pure chill! They have these amazing graphic designs and graffiti that create a super cool aesthetic. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious treat. The staff is amazing too! Super friendly and helpful, they were happy to explain the ingredients in each cookie so we could make the perfect choice. Overall, a fantastic experience! Part cookie/brownie/cake. All the flavors are good. My favorite is the purple one. Only issue was with the snakey cashier. I call in and ask if they are doing the 1-4:30 deal 4 cookies for $10 (the only time worth buying IMO) and she says yes. I walk in 5 minutes later and she's rambling off the deals and says "4 cookies for $20." I said I thought it was 4 cookies for $10 and she's says "oh yea you just have to ask." Bruh. Had an afternoon cookie craving during the week and found this place on yelp while driving from work. Parking was not difficult and the storefront is located in a small plaza. Maybe it was because it was a weekday, but I was able to park up front and there was only a couple being rung up when I entered. The cashier asked if this was my first time coming into Cookie Plug and I told her yes. She gave me the 101, mentioned some really good deals that had going on and told me about the customer favs and her personal favorites. I ended up getting 5 cookies (2 Nutty OGs, 1 Mac Daddy, 1 Pink Elephant, and 1 Firecracker) and 2 drinks (1 purple drank lemonade and 1 purple drank milk) for the price of $20. By far, my favorite was the Firecracker. Surprisingly, I thought this would've been the most sweet, but it was just right and the marshmallow gave the cookie a fluffy texture. Also, I think this cookie had the best bake as the cookie portion itself was a little bit slimmer than the other cookies I picked. The other cookies were pretty tasty, but I felt were a little underbaked / too soft for my preference. This place has such a well-thought of concept. This was their smash out Saturday hook up. These hit the spot just right. So many types of cookies to choose from. You catch yourself day dreaming of your next bite. The supplier was great. She was very helpful in describing the supply in question and gave recommendations. That's always a plus to get you hooked. All cookies are about 1/2 inch thick stuffed with the good stuff. Crispy on the outside moist and chewy on the inside. If you warm up your stash for 10-15 seconds in the microwave you are sure to get hooked at first bite. Came here Saturday night after work with my girlfriend for the first time. I noticed that there are a number of these in the LA/OC area but I went to the one in Whittier because it was 15 minutes away from where I live. We went in and there was nobody inside except for the workers. I don't know why but I was under the impression a place like this would have a line out the door or something lol. The workers were really nice though! They were super helpful and explained everything about ordering to us, and they also told us the daily specials and gave us pointers on which ones are the best tasting or most popular. We got the Purple Haze, OG, and the Pink Elephant. They were all honestly really good and defied my expectations but I gotta say that the BEST one was the OG. It was just perfect Also, I have to comment on how creative this business is lol. It's literally a bakery in the style of a dispensary. It does not get much cooler, unique and original than that . Had a huge craving for a cookie, but since it was a Sunday, all my usual places were closed. However, after a quick search on yelp, I am so glad to have found this new favorite!! The seasonal pumpkin cookie had a cake like texture, but it was a cookie!! SO DELICIOUS. Also, you can't beat their $10 cookie poppers where you can try all 12 of their flavors. Such a cute idea to gift someone. Of course, the OG cookie (chocolate chip) was my favorite and my husband liked the cereal one. LOVE their packaging as well, super unique! I decided to get 4 to try them out since it was my first time and didn't want to commit to a dozen. I ended up getting a red velvet, a purple haze (I think), cookies and cream and strawberry cheesecake. By far, the top winners were strawberry cheesecake and the purple one. I originally thought the purple was some kind of ube considering the color but it was vanilla. Paid $20 for all 4 and yes it may seem like a lot but these are BIG cookies! And they are incredibly moist and soft in the center. My boyfriend and I had to split each one because of their size. Next time I'll plan to buy a dozen because the girl mentioned you can freeze them if you don't intend on eating them right away.
