These cookies are next-level delicious! They have the most creative names, and I especially loved the "Firecracker" (s'mores for the win!). While I was expecting a bit more of a granola cracker base for the Firecracker to give it that extra "oomph," it was still a fantastic chocolate chip cookie with gooey marshmallows. Maybe I'm just a s'mores snob! But the true star of the show here is the vibe. This place is pure chill! They have these amazing graphic designs and graffiti that create a super cool aesthetic. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious treat. The staff is amazing too! Super friendly and helpful, they were happy to explain the ingredients in each cookie so we could make the perfect choice. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend checking it out!
Part cookie/brownie/cake. All the flavors are good. My favorite is the purple one. Only issue was with the snakey cashier. I call in and ask if they are doing the 1-4:30 deal 4 cookies for $10 (the only time worth buying IMO) and she says yes. I walk in 5 minutes later and she's rambling off the deals and says "4 cookies for $20." I said I thought it was 4 cookies for $10 and she's says "oh yea you just have to ask." Bruh. Anyway, go on the weekday and ask for that deal. Overall 8/10
Had an afternoon cookie craving during the week and found this place on yelp while driving from work. Parking was not difficult and the storefront is located in a small plaza. Maybe it was because it was a weekday, but I was able to park up front and there was only a couple being rung up when I entered. The cashier asked if this was my first time coming into Cookie Plug and I told her yes. She gave me the 101, mentioned some really good deals that had going on and told me about the customer favs and her personal favorites. I ended up getting 5 cookies (2 Nutty OGs, 1 Mac Daddy, 1 Pink Elephant, and 1 Firecracker) and 2 drinks (1 purple drank lemonade and 1 purple drank milk) for the price of $20. By far, my favorite was the Firecracker. Surprisingly, I thought this would've been the most sweet, but it was just right and the marshmallow gave the cookie a fluffy texture. Also, I think this cookie had the best bake as the cookie portion itself was a little bit slimmer than the other cookies I picked. The other cookies were pretty tasty, but I felt were a little underbaked / too soft for my preference. This place has such a well-thought of concept. And I would definitely visit again and try more cookies.
Door and google say a different hours of operation time. Came out of my way for nothing. Highly disappointed since I could've gone to the Lakewood location and made it had I known
This place is a true gem to stop by at least once to grab some cookies and ice cream! They have Keto flavors as well. Each cookie was baked to perfection.. crispy bite on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. I enjoyed all 4 flavors that I bought but my most favorite would have to be the purple haze! And dude.. they're hugeee.. that's what she said 1: Pink Elephant (Strawberry Cheesecake) 2: Triple XTC (Triple Chocolate) 3: Purple Haze (Purple Velvet) 4: Smorez Caution: NOT EDIBLES lol. Just sweet, regular normal cookies :)))
Count your days Mrs. Fields! I loveeee this place. The workers are always nice and they have such a variety of cookie flavors. And on Wednesday, it's 7 cookies for $20. The cookies are huge. I also love the decor, it's like a weed shop but for cookies.
You have that urge, craving and in need of that sugar dragon you've been chasing all night. So you page your cookie supplier but he don't call you back and can't be reached. You need to head on over to the cookie plug. They will definitely have what you need and supply you with your fix. I went with the two half sacks for $35 which is 14 cookies, 7 cookies per sack. This was their smash out Saturday hook up. These hit the spot just right. So many types of cookies to choose from. You catch yourself day dreaming of your next bite. The supplier was great. She was very helpful in describing the supply in question and gave recommendations. That's always a plus to get you hooked. All cookies are about 1/2 inch thick stuffed with the good stuff. Crispy on the outside moist and chewy on the inside. If you warm up your stash for 10-15 seconds in the microwave you are sure to get hooked at first bite. The trip you will go on with different flavors like chocolate, butter, nuts and hints of salt is amazing. Below is the stash we were supplied. Firecracker - S'More Cookie Pixie Junkie - Sugar Cookie O.G - Chocolate Chip Nutty O.G - Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie Purple Haze - Purple Velvet Snooperdoodle - Snickerdoodle Dealers Choice - Red Velvet, this cookie is for a limited time and changes every time. Red velvet cookie with white chocolate. If you're ever in need of a fix and can't kick the habit stop by the cookie plug. They will be sure to give you a bump. Stay hungry my friends.
It was my first time here, and I went with my girl and sister. Love the variety of flavors. Bri and Sophia were both very friendly and attentive. They asked us if it was our first time there and let us know the daily deal.
Had a huge craving for a cookie, but since it was a Sunday, all my usual places were closed. However, after a quick search on yelp, I am so glad to have found this new favorite!! The seasonal pumpkin cookie had a cake like texture, but it was a cookie!! SO DELICIOUS. Also, you can't beat their $10 cookie poppers where you can try all 12 of their flavors. Such a cute idea to gift someone. Of course, the OG cookie (chocolate chip) was my favorite and my husband liked the cereal one. LOVE their packaging as well, super unique! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend giving this place a try to satisfy your sweet tooth!
I feel like no matter when we come there are always raw cookies. It's just a hit or miss depending which ones you get. I bought 3 boxes for about $100 and all 3 boxes have raw cookies...really unfortunate.

AH. LIKE THE OTHER RECENT REVIEWS STATED, THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. customer service: 5/5 The customer service here was great, the woman who was working on 6/13 was so kind. I can honestly say we have always had the best customer service at any cookie plug!! FOOD: 0/5 Before crumbl came about, my parter and I were Cookie Plug's #1 supporter. The peanut butter cookie, the keto cookies, the surprise favors etc. all were 10/10. . Fast forward to 3 years later, the three locations we would go to on the weekends have now closed down. I wondered why, now I know. My cookies that were bought yesterday, honest to god were awful. The keto cookie texture was so......I don't even know how to describe it-It was mushy, bitter taste, slimey? Just horrible. They were also smaller than any cookie I've ever boughten in my life. lol. They're 1/3 of the size. I also got a chocolate / peanut butter cookie, and regular chocolate chip. They were HARD and possibly old? I'm not sure if they were on the rack a while (literally not a soul was in there although a very busy shopping center) Price: 1/5 It is $5.00 a cookie, which I feel is very standard for CA. Expensive? Yes. But, very normal. However, the cookie is usually big; well not in these parts aka at Cookie plug. The keto cookie was...... I kid you not, the size of a ball that you get in one of those vending machines. I even asked "They're still the same price even though it would take 4 to make a cookie?" She said "I KNOW, right? Yes. I'm sorry- it's due to the better ingredients." I GUESS. All around: 2/5. Although I had the most terrible experience yesterday- I have a soft spot for Cookie Plug. It is so sad to say that this is the end of my cookie plug era- but I have high hopes that one day they make it back to being good again. read more
The chocolate one is good. The others are way too sweet. You can get it warmed & it'll make ooey gooey. Pricey for a cookie but if you think about it, the amount of calorie is like a meal. Purple drink is lemonade. They serve in actual baby bottle. Kinda weird. Plus it's slow. We just open the cap and glug glug glug. Staff is nice & helpful with recommendation. read more

Let me just start by saying I am not much of a cookie kind of gal but I had a sudden craving for one and I always see this place when driving by. Finally decided to stop by and see what they're about and I'm so glad I did. The store itself is giving weed dispensary vibes but smelling of cookies! The girl on register was really helpful and gave me price breakdowns and said what their most popular and latest flavors are. I decided to get 4 to try them out since it was my first time and didn't want to commit to a dozen. I ended up getting a red velvet, a purple haze (I think), cookies and cream and strawberry cheesecake. By far, the top winners were strawberry cheesecake and the purple one. I originally thought the purple was some kind of ube considering the color but it was vanilla. Paid $20 for all 4 and yes it may seem like a lot but these are BIG cookies! And they are incredibly moist and soft in the center. My boyfriend and I had to split each one because of their size. Next time I'll plan to buy a dozen because the girl mentioned you can freeze them if you don't intend on eating them right away. Would definitely come again and pick up more strawberry cheesecake! read more

My friend ordered cookies from here and omg these are by far the best cookies I've ever tested in my life, no lie! They are so soft, and delicious. My friend even warmed it up and it made it even better! I tried the pink one, not sure which flavor but it was incredible! The prices are pretty steep, but why can't you treat yourself every once in awhile? These cookies are monstrous and thick it's crazy! If you haven't tried, what are you waiting for?! You will not regret and trust me you'll be back for more! No other cookies can compare. read more

Just stopped by to try out the place . Lovely customer service from the girl who was working Night Shift on 6-25-22 . She explained the delas they had going on , but I just wanted to try out a single cookie . The cookies are cheaper with the deals / drinks , they are 5.00 a pop if you just want one or two . That being said , in my opinion , it was worth the 5 bucks . The cookie was fresh / warm . The center could stand to be a little more cooked through... but it wasn't raw or anything like other reviewers mentioned . They take Apple Pay and had a pretty large selection of cookies to choose from for the later hours of the evening . I came in around 9:30 pm . The inside is super funky fresh as far as color choice and decor . The cookies look like they are baked in some sort of poozookie type pan . Anyways - good cookies , good service , a little over priced ? Maybe .... But just for a bomb cookie every now and then I'm down . Minus a star for the plastic bag packaging , it would be cute to have Individual boxes that are recyclable . Maybe if their business continues to do well they can consider this for the future :) read more
