Denser in the middle but still moist and nice crisp all around the edges. You can easily pop them in one bite if you're like me but being so bite sized makes me feel a little less guilty even though they're probably the size of a standard cookie. haha. He also gave us two free cookies to try the Giddy S'mores and Tula! So nice of him! My favorites had to be the classic capuletti since I'm a choco chip cookie lover and the Giddy S'mores with the extra gooeyness of the marshmallow.
