Jasmine the young lady at the counter and another lady were baking cookies. We were watching them meticulously use the spatula to scrape out the margarines and place them into the huge mixers. It was so nicr to witness them baking the cookies. You can tell they are all baked fresh with such care and consideration. Jasmine helped us with our purchase as we had questions regarding food allergies and cross contamination. Jasmine was great in explaining everything and the flavors they have as well as the ingredient on each flavored cookies. Thank you Jasmine. Excellent customer service along with delicious Crumbl cookies. We purchased the 4 pack. 2 Oreo Mallos and 2 of their classic Chocolate Chip Cookies. It was so good. It wasn't too sweet.

Cupcakes are frosted ON THE SPOT for the ultimate fresh cupcake. We got a 4 pack for $18 and for the quality it felt too cheap! Best cupcakes we have ever had. The scotch mallow was the perfect chocolate cupcake stuffed with caramel, topped with marshmallow frosting with a drizzle of caramel on top. The triple chocolate was chocolate with chocolate frosting and then chocolate jimmies. Everything from the cake to the frosting was perfect and I wish they weren't closed today bc I want another dozen to take home.

The perfect end to the night!…read more It was a perfectly hot night in Palm Desert, and this place was heaven sent. The variety of ice creams (both dairy and non-dairy for those who are lactose intolerant like me) and the ability to sample them without pressure was great. The server took care of us, and the outdoor seating was the perfect place to enjoy our cones on a hot summer night. The massive crowds of people there also enjoyed their night as well, as the place was poppin'. The portion size of the scoops, their patience, and the quality of the cones, all together made for a quality night.

We ordered my son the Chocolate Brownie ice cream, but unfortunately, he did not like the flavor. Had he been able to sample it beforehand, we could have avoided purchasing an entire scoop that he ultimately would not eat. Because of this, we had to purchase a second ice cream in regular chocolate, resulting in an unnecessary additional expense. For a business where customers are choosing from so many different flavors, I find it very surprising and disappointing that samples are not offered. Allowing customers--especially children--to try a flavor before committing to a full serving would provide a much better customer experience and help prevent situations like this.

They have seating outside, but there no seating inside at this location. When I was in line, Christopher is the one that took my order, I told him this is my first time here. Even though I ordered outside, I felt this Dutch Bros Coffee place was very friendly, warm and welcoming. I ordered a Golden Eagle: Oat milk with Vanilla & Caramel with Caramel drizzle Large & 2 Chocolate Chip Muffin tops. After I paid I went to the window, Amber was there and gave me my drink and Chocolate Chip muffins tops she was so sweet! Their price points are spot on & everything was delicious! I also notice it was really busy when I drove up, Christopher was on it zig zagging to different cars to get their order while in the mist of this heat! He was on it! Christopher "Bubba" was so very polite, sweet, kind, caring, thoughtful, very genuine, super down to earth! Christopher has this very positive upbeat energy about himself that really radiates! We came in for lunch on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty busy, though we only had to wait a few minutes for a table. I got the sandwich #5 with both pastrami and corned beef. I think I like pastrami here better but they were both great and I was very full after just half a sandwich. The pickles were just as great as I remember. My partner enjoyed his turkey Reuben and we got some delicious prune and sesame hamantaschen to go. Their cakes are also really good. I usually don't like coconut cake but theirs kept me going back for more when our family took home a whole cake. I always look forward to Sherman's when in Palm Springs.
