this was a good burger. Good customer service, the guy was very nice. He offered us a military discount, which was super. We sat in there and ate our burgers. The fries were very good. We just got a basic island burger and a CI6 burger I think. The burgers were messy though, but but very juicy. I'm not gonna hit them for a four just because it was messy. The service in my overall experience five star.

We stopped in at Cookie Dough Monster to try some desserts and overall had a decent experience. The sweet treats we tried were very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, they were out of quite a few things--including chocolate ice cream, napkins, spoons, and even ice. What took the cake for us was they are called the cookie dough monster but were out of cookie dough ?!?! The inside of the restaurant was also pretty dirty, which took away from the overall vibe. As a local, I'd say there are definitely better places to eat in the area, but if you're craving a quick dessert on a budget, it's worth a stop--just know it might be hit or miss.

This place was SOOOOOO GOOOOOD. Not going to lie it was kinda expensive but it was worth every penny. Really good flavoring on their burgers and fries with unique twists. I'm not from this area but I ever come back this will for sure be a spot I hit.

This place is AMAZING. We arrived about an hour before closing on a Friday night. They were PACKED. They told us to grab a menu, find a seat, and head up to order when we were ready. The person taking orders was FAB! They were hilarious, answered all the questions I asked, and let me know how this place worked. The burgers were AMAZING. I'm not a burger person, but the mac daddy I dream of. My partner said he'd eat all his meals here. The cookie dough was also delicious--try the scooby snack! Try this place out. They're busy, they're short staffed, but the food is worth it all.

Even though they were short staffed! Very welcoming and nice! Food was amazing and big portions. Food and shakes came out fast. Love the different cookie dough options up front. My grilled cheese and fries were awesome. Greatest grilled cheese with chicken and jalapeño poppers on it.

We saw this on TT and wanted to try it out. We were so impressed by the food. The burgers were top notch, the fries were full of flavor and the Mac and cheese was the best we've ever had. We got there right before the crowds started coming in. Food was fresh and cooked to order. Cool vibes and we will definitely go back. Highly recommend!!

Multiple visits here during the last few years and Cookie Dough Monster has consistently provided excellent food, service and a clean place to eat! Their burgers/sandwiches, etc., are always freshly made to order and so delicious. They may be overlooked because they're not on the main drag, but they're a hidden gem definitely a top 10 of Sevier County!

Let me start off by saying the food was DELICIOUS!!!! The burger was great, the Mac and cheese was great, unfortunately we didn't get dessert but I'm sure it's also great! Aside from that, the restaurant could use some help. It was a bit chaotic in there, there were no napkins, no silverware, and the soda was The starry was literally just carbonated water and the Dr Pepper was watered down for some reason. I totally understand restaurants can have bad days so I'm hoping that's what it was! But the food is 10/10!!!

Food was yummy.... Place is small but busy.... Pigeon forge is pretty crazy with people everywhere.... Most of the larger restaurants had a line wrapped around the buildings.... We really wanted to try the new 'The Goat' not even a parking spot.... Driving down parkway on a Friday Or Saturday night is like the Las Vegas ... stripe ... crazy....

A very welcoming place and easily accessible. Great lighting and good music was playing throughout meal, but not overly loud to where you can't talk to one another. The burger was delicious. I think we walked out of there spending around $40. I got the Betty White Burger which is pretty basic. I think it was around $13. My girlfriend got a burger with fries around $15. We then got six of the cookie dough bites to go after our meal and they were delicious. For the cookie dough bites, I'm positive we got the Oreo, Sugar Cookie, and Chocolate Chip. I'm not sure what other flavors we got, but we ate them all and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were a little pricey but it's an experience!

Such a great experience eating here! The service is really welcoming and friendly. Paired with a fun ambiance with random words captured on the walls of the building playing on words. The food is amazing and i would highly recommend the Barbie with Buffalo Bleu fries. You won't be disappointed by the meal at all. Just be prepared to wait a bit as the make the food to order.

During a recent visit to family in the area, I decided to check out this burger joint based on a recommendation that it serves the best burgers around. Tucked away in an unassuming strip mall off the main drag, I initially mistook the name for that of a dessert place. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was so much more than that. When I arrived, it was still relatively early for dinner. While there were a few other diners, I had my pick of tables. The seating area is straightforward and casual, adorned with some decorations that add a touch of charm without being over the top. After perusing the menu, I decided to try the Bacon Bomber burger, accompanied by a Caesar salad and an order of their Animal Fries special, which are topped with a generous mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sautéed onions, bacon, and 1,000 Island dressing. My companions opted for the Blue Bae burger, a Betty White burger, and a mini corn dog plate. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, and I was excited to dig in. The Bacon Bomber was a delicious fusion of spicy and savory flavors that hit the spot, but the real star of the meal for me was the Animal Fries. The combination of toppings created an explosion of flavor that was exactly what I was craving. Even the plain fries were enhanced by a delightful spice blend that made them irresistible. I took a bite of the Blue Bae burger and found it quite enjoyable. While I'm typically not a fan of blue cheese, the flavor was surprisingly mild and didn't overpower the other components of the burger. To top off our meal, we couldn't resist taking some cookie dough bites to go. Among the flavors I tried, the S'mores and Caramel Heath were absolute standouts--rich, indulgent, and the perfect sweet treat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though it's worth noting that the restaurant operates on a counter-service model, meaning diners are responsible for busing their own tables after eating. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return whenever I'm in the mood for a good burger. This hidden gem not only lives up to its reputation but also offers a laid-back atmosphere and mouthwatering food to keeps you coming back.

My friend & I left Dollywood wanting a burger so we checked this place out for the first time. It was pretty busy when we went but there was 1 little table available for us to sit down (they might have been short-staffed for the rush as there were some tables that could've been available for other guests if they had been cleared off & cleaned). The food was good & hot. They had tons of options & we struggled to pick what we wanted to try first. We loved seeing Squidward on the wall as well as all their plays on words & names. One regret we definitely have was not getting dessert. Overall, we really enjoyed this place.

The restaurant was very messy. The tables were not clean and the floor had trash all over it. The burger was not worth the price.

After joining the waitlist online before driving to the restaurant, we were seated immediately upon arrival at a high top in the bar area. I enjoyed the chill vibe. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye. Our server said it was his favorite thing on the menu and I could see why. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was marinated in pineapple ginger sauce and then basted with teriyaki. It was absolutely juicy and delicious. I highly recommend this steak, which rivals the steaks at any of those over-priced steakhouses. The steak came with a salad and I chose the house lemon dressing. I continue to dream about this creamy, slightly salty dressing. They should definitely bottle it and sell it! I chose a baked sweet potato for a side and it was huge and unfortunately not cooked through, but I enjoyed the fully cooked parts. My husband ordered the Killin Me Burger, a full pound of meat with onion straws and thousand Island dressing on a brioche bun. He said it was the best burger he's ever had and my man knows his burgers! The bun was struggling, so my only suggestion is a sturdier bun. A really magnificent meal at a fun place! I've put it on my favorites list.
