Yelp 100 Challenge 2025 #68 A variety of made to order funnel cakes. Options include original, Oreo, strawberries, and fruity pebbles. Toppings can be on the side or customized to your liking. Limited parking out front but you don't need much time as you are in an out in no time. Will visit again for a delicious treat.

Strawberry pie,brownie sundae

Really good food and service the strawberry pie was the best. Prices are little steap.

Hot fudge sundae cake

As seen on Tik Tok, we had to come by to try their "hot fudge cake sundae". It reminded me of a dessert my grandma would make in our childhood: homemade chocolate cake, with fresh scooped vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and lots of hot fudge. My husband and I split this decadent dessert, and next time we are in pigeon forge, we will be by to visit again! We also enjoyed their homemade cheddar popcorn!

Want a sweet treat? This is a must stop!! We stop here every time we visit. This was our first time getting the chocolate cake and WOW!! It was warm, moist, amazing fudge and ice cream on top. We always enjoy a traditional funnel cake too!! Highly recommend!!

We grabbed a red velvet funnel cake the other day,it was pretty tasty, although the toppings were super sweet! It's definitely one of those things you need to eat right away before it gets all soggy. The place itself was a small ice cream shop too. There were a couple of young girls working there, and honestly, it could have used a bit of a clean up. The corner near the fryer was especially messy and the floor was black. It a tiny spot so you might not fit inside if there is another family inside.

While vacationing in Pigeon Forge and driving on the main drag the Funnel Cake Factory caught our eye. Who doesn't like a funnel cake and an actual place dedicated to funnel cake, why not? They were frying funnel cakes as you walked in and smelled just like a carnival. They also have ice cream available if you're not into funnel cakes. The staff were welcoming and took our order right away, the place was packed. We ordered an Apple Pie Funnel Cake to share with our family of 4, as well as a strawberry cone and a Superman cone of ice cream. Everything was delicious!!!! The funnel cake was still warm and was a good size too, definitely worth the price. We got one scoop of ice cream for each cone but they were big scoops my kids couldn't finish it. You get good sized portions for the price, I will make it a point to come back next time I'm in Pigeon Forge.

This is usually a must stop when we drive over from NC. Today we got a traditional and red velvet funnel cakes and split. The traditional is great while the red velvet was good too but whooo that frosting makes it sugar overload. We came about 1pm on a Sat. and man we hit it just before a rush. The guy who made our cakes was friendly and efficient. The shop has some i door and outdoor seating so you can partake of your delicious sweet while fresh and hot. Small but clean shop.

Who doesn't love a funnel cake? And better yet that you don't have to go to an amusement park or fair to get one. The man behind the counter was treating everyone who walked in like he'd known them his whole life - including me. He was charming and personable. The funnel cake was delicious. I had planned to share it with my husband when I got back to the house, but it didn't make it all the way home. Oops.

The aroma of the funnel cakes instantly warms you up as soon as you walk in! Then, to be greeted with a warm-hearted gentleman letting you know, "we got the best funnel cakes in town," helps carry on the feeling. The funnel cakes are made upon request, so they're fresh and pretty good. Toppings can be added as you see fit. The atmosphere is a bit cramped as they sell ice cream as well and there are a few sitting areas. But you're in and out before you know it because the service is pretty quick!

Good food, great service. Kind of small inside but food was great. No complaints. Would love to go back again

Someone needs to get a clue, and its not Shantel. My suggestion have the girl with glasses repeat the order to you.. you'll see.. it will be wrong unless she changes something. Overall 3/5 great product, mediocrity in customer service from Miss Glasses..

This place is a must-try when in the area! We were in town for the Bronco Super Celebration event…read moreand stayed next door at the Marriott hotel for 4 days. The first night we ate at the tavern next door, and wanted a sweet treat for the walk back to the hotel, so we popped in for a couple waffle cones. First, the shop is very cute and clean, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. I tried several samples before making my decision (there's SO many amazing flavors to choose from!) and decided on the toasted coconut chunk for me, and brownie batter for my boyfriend, both in a waffle cone. The waffle cones are made fresh after you order, and then filled with their amazing (all homemade!) ice cream. We both agreed it was the best ice cream we've probably ever had (cone included!) Serving size was perfect and prices super reasonable. We proceeded to stop by every single day of our trip - that's how good! During our visits, we also had the Twix, Reese's, cookie dough, and samples of Tennessee turtle, caramel bear tracks, and coffee brownie. All were amazing and so hard to decide! On our last visit, the owner came out to chat with us & meet our pup (we had taken it to go each time and sat outside to eat since we had our dog with us). She was so sweet and clearly passionate about creating not only an amazing product, but a great experience overall. We are already excited for our next visit to the area so we can visit for ice cream every day again!! Don't miss this amazing family owned local spot!

I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.
