Went in looking for a candy shop to call our favorite thinking these had ice cream,candy and other things thought it be a good place for all. Well beside by an ice cream souvenir dish $12 and get a mini sundae. It was well lighted, and okay on candy choices, it was like $19.98 a pound of candy (self serve) , the staff was not friendly. This place isn't what it used to be. No homemade ice cream. No chocolate covered strawberries. Jelly Bellies (primary reason we went) were $19.99 per pound! I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Great location and well put together store. Many different varieties of anything sweet you could want. That's where the good ends. The taffy is not fresh. If you can get it open and the paper not completely stick to it, it's hard and brittle. The candy that is made onsite is mid at best. The worst part, way overpriced. $20 per lb for taffy that's not very good. Everything else ridiculous also. Went to another store very close by. Much better quality and less expensive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of better candy stores on Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge than this one. read more

Definitely a let down. We loooooove homemade ice cream and loooooove to try out all the homemade ice cream places when we travel. This is very much false advertisement A huge sign out front that reads HOMEMADE ICE CREAM. We stop, we enter, we look at the counter and notice they only serve Blue Bell. I ask about the homemade and she says they don't have it right now. (Decided to look at the reviews after leaving and see that they haven't had homemade in a while.) My family and I have seen the homemade icecream advertised from the road and decided that we would stop by in hopes of getting some delicious homemade ice-cream. Upon entering we were disappointed to see that it was just regular ole blue bell. What a scam. False advertising is very disappointing and don't go here if you want homemade ice-cream. This use to be one of my favorites places for sweets in the area, but I've now removed it from the list altogether as you should. The only Reason I stopped was only 2 places are open past 9pm. A big reason is the blatant false advertisement of "homemade" ice cream which is a flat out lie. It's bluebell ice cream which can be bought in any store. I bought some yesterday for $5 and 6 at ingles/ Kroger for a 1/2 gallon. Which cost me less then $7 they charged. The taffy and things they have around are also from other places (taffy town). I bought some chocolate bacon which was good, However very small and like idk $3-4 for it. I bought a rice crispy team and I'm surprised I didn't break a tooth it was so hard. I was able to warm it up in the microwave to soften it up to make eatable. The workers were also not friendly and from another country and was blasting some kind of rap type music. What a cute little place! I was a little disappointed that it said "homemade ice cream" but it wasn't, it was blue bell or something of the sort. This place was amazing in the amount and variety of delicious choices! I love chocolate and there were 7 cases of just chocolate choices, plus 2 carousels of chocolate plus several many ice creams with chocolate. There was a wall of gourmet jelly beans and many other non chocolate candy to consider. I will be back! Friendly people let us pick some of this and that and weighed all our little bags. We came in and spent over $50 on everything. Everything was pretty expensive, I know it's Pigeon Forge but still. We got multiple truffles of different flavors, peanut butter cups of different chocolate varieties, and finished off with ice cream. Everything tastes like 2 month old Palmer chocolate that you forgot from Easter. We were very disappointed. The peanut butter cups were edible, but honestly a King Size Reese's tastes better and cheaper. The truffles got a bite taken out of them and spat back out. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but definitely not rude by any means. What made me give the place a 2 star rating instead of 1, was the ice cream. The ice cream was good. I wouldn't recommend the place unless you'd like to have a bag full of inedible goodies with a bite taken out of them in the trash can. read more

Really disappointed that this place doesn't follow best practices for health in the COVID-19 era. The manager, Desiree, who was training a new employee had her mask just barely over her mouth and not anywhere near her nose. When she was telling the trainee how to make my milkshake, she removed the mask completely, with her mouth spray aimed directly at the blender with my shake ingredients. I asked her politely to wear her mask, and she said OK and didn't change a thing. So I walked out -- I don't need her mouth-breather germs added to my shake. Too be honest, it's pretty typical to everything I encountered while in the Pigeon Forge area, but I'm sick of the blatant self--centeredness, ignorance, disrespect of others and selfishness. read more

The man who scooped our ice cream was so friendly and funny! The butter pecan was excellent. Lots of pecans and very creamy. Also not too sweet, which is awesome. My 4 year old loved the cotton candy flavor, peach was loved, and cookies & cream was loved. We wanted to try more but didn't make it back this time around. We also got some fruit slices(orange was the best in my opinion, my son loved the blue raspberry and watermelon flavors) and pralines(not the greatest..crumbly, kind of gritty, and not very fresh-tasting). There is a HUGE selection of homemade chocolates, fudge, apples, and prepackaged candies. Old fashioned bottled sodas, too. The store is very roomy and the bathrooms were clean. read more

Widest selection of candy and sweets I've seen in a long time. They even had a candy (cherry bomb) that nobody's ever heard of from California! Very impressive - yummy. We went here because it was close to our hotel and our 5 year old wanted ice cream. The girls told up it was 3.50 a scoop cause they didn't have their prices on the board for cones. Two cones with one scoop each cake to over $14. My son went to take his first bite and it fell on the floor because they just lyes the scoop on top of the cone. While in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, my husband stopped at a number of candy stores trying to find some Honeycomb/Seafoam (either milk or dark chocolate covered) He was told that it didn't exist in the area. His last stop was Farmhouse Sweets. The Manager said she didn't have any, but one of her Master Candy Makers knew how and if he came back the next evening, she would have some. He did and she did! This place has the worst customer service, after waiting 20 minutes to get ice the lady opens the door to let us in, she's not wearing a mask because according to her she just ate lunch and is making anyone that wants to buy ice cream wear one. I asked her who she thought she was not wearing but making everyone else wear one.....she then makes threats and i had simply stated the face mask law doesn't start til Friday, at which point she runs her yappy mouth and instate I can get my attorney on the phone and she states her lawyer works inside the ice cream shop, better hire another lawyer then. I leave the line to go get in the car and she keeps making threats about calling the cops, please do hun I'd be glad to give my statement to them about how ignorant you about your very own state laws. Stick with the sweets. The ice cream did not taste homemade but not even very good for non-homemade. Strawberry didn't have real strawberries in it, had a lot of flavoring in it. Pralines and cream tasted freezer burnt. Vanilla was ok. Strawberry smoothy wasn't that great. Caramel Apple was well dipped in caramel and chocolates were very good. read more

Also yelp says they close at 11 pm and they were turning off the open sign at 9pm even though people kept coming in the door. Most certainly the best ice cream and candy shop in either pigon forge or Gatlinburg and there are lots of good ones. The candies are all made from scratch as is the ice cream and they are all great quality. I just so happen to own three Hersheys Ice Cream Parlors in the Perdido Key, florida and Foley Alabama area so I know my ice cream. Let the kids go in and pick whatever they want thinking they would pick ice cream but they didn't. They chose watermelon, gummy worms, a swirly pop, and pez dispenser. They like all the candy and I tried a piece of each and it's good. The place inside is clean, the staff was extremely nice. Candy was displayed very well. The ice cream here was good-- I enjoyed the peanut butter cup flavor. However, the service was horrible. When my party first arrived, there was only one lady serving ice cream, and NO ONE helping with the fudge and other assorted candies. Later, another guy came out and started working the ice cream, but he look disinterested and grumpy with helping. After everyone in the party has already received ice cream, we still had to wait at the cashier to pay because the establishment was so understaffed. Also, the line when we got there was three people long but it took us a solid half hour to get in, get ice cream, and then pay. read more
