We are all entitled to our own opinions right? Well... here is mines: Parking: 4 Location: 5 Customer Service: 10 Facility décor/cleanliness: 4 Hands down... the BEST service we received in TN! There was two young ladies churning the fudge. One of them had an amazing voice. She sing for us while she worked. She also put on an incredible show! Gotta love the Tanger Outlets of TN! The outlets are so convenient in the middle of everything attractive in Sevierville. The parking stinks at the outlets as this is peak season plus there are tons of stores to choose from. 5 Stars for the Fudgery! The Fudge is AMAZING but the service is 'award winning'.

Stumbled upon this place while grabbing lunch at Tanger Outlets and it was a welcome surprise. You can sample fudge, which can help significantly in narrowing down your purchase. I tried to Oreo fudge and I'm glad I did because I did not like it. However the Rocky Road fudge is delicious! We also got the peanut butter fudge which is alright. Not that great. They have lots of deals going on such as buy two pieces of fudge get the creamy vanilla for free, and their buy 5 get 3 free. However it is 9$ per half pound slice of fudge which adds up fast! The creamy vanilla isn't my favorite but it's not bad. However, when we pulled it out to eat some the thing was at the bottom of the bag and completely mashed and destroyed. I don't know if the fudge just didn't set or what happen, but definitely a let down when we pulled it out. The staff was friendly but my biggest issue was with the gentleman helping use. He was nice but he didn't even offer the cut up the fudge until after everything was already packed up. Then he cut and rewrapped the fudge poorly so pieces were falling out everywhere. It's not enough of a reason to not purchase or visit this place, it's just inconvenient and disappointing. Overall would recommend the Rocky Road Fudge it was the best part of the whole experience!

Fun Fudge Factory The Fudgery Fun Factory has the best made from scratch fudge each day. It is a lot of fun, watching the staff at the Fudgery Factory make fresh fudge in front of us. My two son's and I love, visiting the fudgery factory every week for a sweet treat to take home. Haley W is super sweet she always let my youngest son try two free samples of her newest fudge each week. Thanks Haley W, for always going the extra mile each week every time we stop by during our family fun adventures. My two sons' always purchase the double chocolate peanut butter fudge, New Orleans pralines. And I always get the free fudge, when I purchase two fudges for my two sons'. I love the creamy vanilla fudge or the white chocolate fudge from the fudgery.

Didn't get any fudge but it seemed like they have good deals (buy 4 get 2 free). Got ice cream and it was good.

My husband and I visited this location twice while in the Pigeon Forge area: once just to check it…read moreout and the second time to purchase some saltwater taffy for my in-laws. The temperatures were in the high 90's and we were driving. We didn't want to purchase them too early and have them melt in the car during our trip back home. The store is bright, colorful and very inviting. I love the layout and how you can see into the candy kitchen and watch them making taffy onsite. On both visits, we were greeted warmly and offered assistance with anything that we had questions on. I'd seen a video online that showed them offering a moonshine-flavored taffy, but I was unable to find it once in-store. My husband called his mom and walked through every flavored offered, while compiling a bag for purchase. I explored the rest of the store. There was a huge machine full of flavored powder candy (similar to Pixie Stix) and very large tubes that you could fill to your liking. They also offered a wide range of fudge flavors and lots of nostalgic/classic candies. I was drawn to the English toffee (very thick and rich) and I knew that my husband would like the chocolate-dipped twinkies, so we got ourselves those treats as well. They were running a special where if you bought a pound of taffy, you got another pound for free, but we didn't want or need that much taffy. The purchase wasn't as expensive as I expected, because of course everything is billed by weight, and we didn't purchase a lot of candy. I'd return again just for the English toffee. It was like a Heath bar on steroids!

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Well beside by an ice cream souvenir dish $12 and get a mini sundae. It was well lighted, and okay on candy choices, it was like $19.98 a pound of candy (self serve) , the staff was not friendly. I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.
