Stopped by Cookie Co. Yucaipa and had a really great experience. The service was friendly and welcoming right from the start, and the shop itself was super clean and organized. It also wasn't crowded, which made for an easy, relaxed visit. The soda machine happened to be out of order, but honestly the staff handled everything so well it didn't take away from the experience at all. When the employee found out I was bringing cookies back to work at the PD, they kindly added an extra cookie on the house -- such a thoughtful gesture that definitely didn't go unnoticed. Made a special trip to the Yucaipa store because they closed our frequented Riverside store. The cookies of the week were sold out before the business day was over. Employee could have been more polite about it especially since we were super disappointed. Very bad business especially for a special trip. We will not return here. read more

The Sea Salt Caramel is the best cookie I have ever had, no exaggeration at all. I am a fan of anything with caramel usually but was shocked at how good that cookie is, even the base dough itself is 10/10. The staff at this location is also very friendly. The cookies continue to get smaller and lack freshness. Cookie purchased at 6:30p on Tuesday tasted like it was a day or two old. I have been An avid supporter of cookie co since before they opened their first store front. Not only has the quality and size declined- the head lines about dishonesty and lawsuits being waged against them- makes a consumer wary of supporting them. For years I didn't miss a single week of getting their cookies. Ordered six mini cookies on too good to go. When I arrived the girl working said they don't have any mini cookies left and offered three of the larger ones. I said I'd prefer the smaller ones and there are some on the rack. She said the ones on the rack are fresh and she can only give me "old trash cookies. That's the point of the app to give you stuff we have to throw away cause they are messed up or bad" I said oh I didn't realize I was buying trash. I said it's fine I guess I'll take the three large trash cookies then. She told me to leave with my attitude and she wouldn't be giving me anything. They literally close in less than an hour and not a single other customer in the store so I doubt they were going to sell the racks of mini cookies she called fresh. Thing is, she could have offered me "fresh" cookies and not called what I ordered trash and maybe I would have loved them and come back. Now I will never try again and I will never recommend them to anyone. I should have just believed the other reviews. I just went next door to Panera and got the tried and true kitchen sink cookie. read more

MEH! Not worth the money. Not worth the hassle of dealing with a parking lot that is difficult to get in and out of and it's a very strange environment. Delightful staff. However... The cookies were too sweet for us. We got one of each kind, and I took one tiny piece of each, but didn't crave more. Also, the dough is too bready (soft) for me. I didn't like the texture. If the dough was less sweet, I could maybe appreciate the frostings. We got a choc chip, a maple with bacon, one with pecans, and a sugar cookie. Overall, some very good cookies! I've visited twice now, and both times received friendly service and the store is very clean. The cookies are huge! I can usually split it into 4's and have dessert for the next few nights. But in general, the cookies are very sweet. The only one that I could eat more than just a bite of is the chocolate chip. The chocolate chip is definitely my favorite! My family has also tried: Chocolate turtle (a chocolate cookie with caramel and pecan topping) Raspberry cheesecake (Graham cracker flavored cookie with cream cheese frosting and raspberry glaze) Captain crunch (a snickerdoodle cookie with vanilla frosting and cereal pieces on top) Oatmeal cream pie (this was my husband's favorite, but again, very sweet for him, too). Butterfinger cookie (Peanut butter cookie with butterfinger pieces on top) Again, all were super tasty but just very sweet for my liking. I could only take a bite or two before it was too much. This place is legit! So good! My family and I were going to eat next door and stumbled upon the grand opening of Cookie Co.! What we found were delicious home-style baked cookies with fresh ingredients! We ordered a 4 pack for our family of 6, and it took us 2 days to finish because the cookies are so big! We all shared by taking little pieces of each cookie. We got a classic Chocolate Chip Cookie (which was in point), German Chocolate Cookie (T'was a coconutty chocolatey masterpiece), Peanut Butter Overload Cookie (my wife's favorite), and a Guava Pop Tart (which I was skeptical about, but actually ended up being my favorite)! All the cookies were incredible... I'll definitely be popping in again for a scrumptious treat! It sounds like they change the flavors every week so I can't wait to see what they have next time I visit! Thanks Cookie Co. I can't wait to see what other surprises you've got! Giving 2 stars because I love the cookies. The employee needs to work on their attitude towards paying customers. I placed a 40 mini cookie order at 10am Monday for the next morning. When I placed the order I asked what the earliest time I could pick up the cookies. They said they opened at 10 and I could pick up then. This gave them the 24 hrs they ask when placing a catered order. I got there right at 10 and they said they were still waiting for the frosting to dry and I just asked how much longer I had to wait. I have my 2 young kids with me and the lady then gave me attitude and said I'll just bag them. I was trying to explain to her where the cookies were going and she just ignored me trying to have a conversation. I gave a tip anyways but wished I didn't. The attitude didn't need to happen in the first place. Don't let customers pick up orders when you open if they aren't gonna be ready on time. Don't give attitude because I'm questioning how much longer. She gave me the boxes and didn't even say thank you for the tip or you're welcome after I said thanks. She just kept her head down. Super rude employee! I spent over $100 on cookies and definitely don't need that kind of treatment. I'll go to Redlands for now on. read more

Our family have been Cookie Co. fans since they opened in Redlands. We've loved watching them grow! We didn't realize it was the grand opening and happened to be eating nearby. My kids were dressed up and one of the owners made comments on my kids costumes! When we walked by again he handed my son a box of cookies. It made my boy feel so special. We'll definitely be back. We purchased a 6-pack at 7pm, and all 6 looked and tasted old. It's like we got the leftover cookies from the day before. They were hard, and they didn't warm the cookies like I'm used to at another place. The frosting on the sugar cookie was gross. I'll stick to Crumbl. read more

A+ Customer Service!! I came in 10:00am sharp.. The pumpkin cookies were not completely done, and the ladies stopped everything to frost the pumpkin cookie for me. I was talking to the ladies about working with our school for the fall festival. As we were chatting she mentioned they work with our school. They give out a cookie to the student if they earn an award! I told her yeah I know my little 2nd grader got one last week ,and was so excited about it. I told her unfortunately someone stole the award with cookie coupon out of his backpack because they wanted the free Cookie. My poor son was devastated because he worked so hard for that. The lady was so sweet ,and felt sooo bad she replaced his cookie, and even gave him an extra. I was actually just there buying cookies because we love them, and didn't expect this at all... We arrived towards closing so I believe we might have gotten cookies that were made the night before. The Biscoff cooking was a 3. The Oreo one was a 3 as it tasted old. The chocolate chip cookie was a 3. It was not sweet enough. I don't think this business will last if they keep selling day old cookies. read more

Love this place! The chocolate chip cookie is by far the best I've ever had! The customer service is wonderful every single time. This last time when I walked in an employee in the front was on a phone call and the employee making cookies said "we will be right with you" which is great. After the front employee got off of the phone she apologized, which was not necessary but great customer service. I ordered on chocolate chip cookie. She handed me 2 chocolate chip cookies and said she was sorry to have me wait and wanted to apologize with the complimentary cookie. I mean totally not needed but wow what customer service. Went in for the very first time ever because my kids wanted to try them out. We were not greeted upon entering. The place was not busy at all and only had one couple ahead of us. The lady truly failed to comment on my kids excitement and seemed aloof. I expected the cookies to be super warm but they weren't. We've been to Crumbl in Riverside and are always greeted upon entering. The cookies are warm and you can smell the baking in the air. Maybe it's just too new? Bad day? Bad cookie batch? read more
