    Chocolate chip, Oreo, Monster

Was picking up food from a place in the same strip, and saw this. Had to go in. Small selection, but still hard to make a choice! Friendly staff, answered questions, quick to serve. Chose chocolate chip, monster and Oreo. Cookies are huge! The taste is just perfect, not too much. Will definitely visit more.

Visited Cookie co on a Friday evening after dinner. The store was very clean and employees were nice and extremely helpful. I decided to go with the parent trap cookie which was peanut butter and Oreo. It was just ok to me. I would definitely say Crumbl is a good comparison to this place. The cookie was huge and still had some doughy parts. They did explain that they are able to warm certain cookies but not the ones with icing on top. This place is worth a try if your a fan of large doughy cookies similar to the ones at Crumbl if your more into smaller crispy cookies this may not be your spot.

Got 4 different cookies, all were dry. Like my humor, dry like sandpaper, dry like the Sahara. Did I mention they were dry? Also expensive for even a moist cookie, but they were dry, not sure I mentioned it. Half price may have been more appropriate for the dry cookies. So here is the deal, not my first time with this place, (we try very hard to support local) sooooo third time is not the charm. Take it from me, if you want a cookie because ya can't get one from your favorite baker or sweet Auntie, go to CRUMBL then. Ugh. ****My better half and her thoughts below. (I ordered 4 different cookies, all were pretty terrible. The chocolate one is horribly dry and flavorless, the sugar cookie tastes like almond extract, yuck and the monster cookie crumbles in your hand as it's all oats. The cookies are way overpriced for the quality, this was my second go here and will be my last, not worth it.)

Pretty rich and sweet - what I expected. Crumbl definitely has more options but these weren't bad at all!

We've been wanting to try the Concord location, so it was nice to finally check it out. I ordered the peanut butter overload milkshake and went with the simple version, so mine came in a regular cup--not one of the big mason jar builds. I did get a few pictures of the mason jar ones though, and they are definitely over-the-top and loaded. Even with the regular version, my shake was really good--super thick, rich, and a lot to get through. I made it a little over halfway before I was done. It was about $9, which feels pretty reasonable for the portion and quality you're getting. My niece had the cookie crumble, her friend got the banana pudding, and my sister had butter pecan in a waffle cone. Everyone enjoyed theirs--no complaints at all. The space itself is really cute. It's very kid-friendly and family-friendly, but honestly, it would make a fun little date night stop too. Just know going in--you can definitely share because the portions are heavy. I'll be back to try one of those fully loaded mason jar shakes next time. Service was good. 10/10 recommend.

We pulled up around 2:45 on a Thursday, right before opening, and the second those doors opened we rushed in lol. We ordered the Sweet Cheesus, You Gotta Be Pudding Me, and Build Me Up Butter Cake. All three were insanely good. The ice cream was rich, flavorful, and exactly what you need if you're craving a sugar rush. This place will absolutely satisfy your sweet tooth. The atmosphere is great too--large, clean, and spacious with a fun vibe. Definitely worth the stop. Can't wait to come back and try more!

They also have a solid selection of pastries and desserts if you're in the mood for something sweet, but I decided to try the turkey avocado melt. It was honestly so good--the pesto really made the sandwich stand out. The vibe here is another highlight. However, I had a very confusing experience today. I ordered a small drink for my girlfriend and a large one for myself. Here's a little quiz for you: which one would you guess is the small drink and which one is the large? You would probably assume the green matcha is the large one -- but no, that was the small drink, while the latte was supposed to be the large. When I received the drinks, I politely asked, "Excuse me, which size are these?" I was told they were both small. Then they brought out the "large" cup -- and it turned out to be exactly the same size. What I do not understand is why I was being treated as if I could not clearly see that the cups were literally identical. I understand if the amount of liquid differs slightly, but when the cups themselves are visibly the same size, what exactly was the point of paying extra for a "large" drink? It is not about the money. I simply do not like being made to feel foolish. We have probably visited this place around 30 times, and honestly, this experience may have been the last one for us. We also ordered the tuna panini, and unfortunately it was just okay. There was too much onion and very little tuna. Other paninis here have definitely been much better.
