What I realized about Crumbl is that people either love it or hate it, and I am possibly the only human being that is on the fence about it! This location is clean, easy flow and nice staff. I've been a few times, and I can say with my chest that I hate their cookies... I do not get the hype at all. However! When they had the Tres Leche cake, I liked that a lot, so when I saw that they had a cheesecake, I was so excited to try it! I picked up my cheesecake, and when I tried it, I was not impressed.. It didn't do it for me at all. Idk, I mean these treats aren't cheap. I feel like I'm always playing a game of Russian roulette when I try crumbl. Amazing cookies! I didn't think I would spend almost $4 for a cookie. But then I had a crumbl cookie. It was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. In order to taste test we cut them into quarters. I think my favorite was the peanut butter. Tasted just like a peanut butter cup! The store was fairly busy for a store that carries only a limited selection each day. Good customer service. My first time here. I have heard so much about this place. Even walking out the store a customer told me they had the best cookies ever. I love they have an option to self order or order at the register. I used the self order so I could take my time deciding what I wanted. They had several cookies to choose from and the one I tried first was the peanut butter brownie. It was pretty good. It got a little rich for my taste buds with the peanut butter in the middle but it was good. The cookies are huge. I honestly only needed two one for me and one for my two young daughters who were able to split one. They loved the icing on the cookies and cream. The customer service was awesome. We always have a good experience at the Crumbl brand. We usually go to the location in Ballantyne and do curbside pick up. Since this one opened it's closer to home so me and the family come here when we have lunch at Blaze pizza next door. Associates are always friendly. The cookies were perfect on a previous visit, today they were slightly doughy but still good. I can only indulge in half but they are great. Will continue to patronize. read more

Purchased as a gift. The facility is clean and staff are friendly. Easy to place my order and was offered suggestions. While I haven't tasted the cookies yet, they do smell amazing. That said, I was asked if o wanted to pay for gift wrapping and I did. In the end, I ordered a dozen large cookies as a gift for one family member and half a dozen large cookies as a gift for a different family member. I paid for gift wrapping on one and not the other. The people in front of me did not pay for gift wrapping. All of our boxes came out looking identical. There was no gift wrapping, just a charge for gift wrapping. When I asked about the gift wrapping, they pointed to a ridiculously small sticker and said that was it. The sticker is approximately an inch in diameter and says "happy holidays." These are some pretty good cookies. My favorite is hands down the Cookies and cream. They definitely are more on the pricier end at about $4 a cookie, so for me, it's more of a every now and then type of thing. A treat. Cookies are huge! I normally go to the crumbl in Wilmington but stopped by this one with a friend and was pleasantly surprised! When I walked in a worker nicely informed us that the Tres Leches cookie was not ready yet but we were welcomed to wait! She was very nice and professional about it and we decided to wait for it to be done. Despite it being busy, they got out cookies out in a timely manner and we were in and out within 5 minutes of ordering. I tend to only have these cookies once every couple of months due to the sweetness but had to cave for the Tres Leches one. My friend got the Cosmic Brownie one and we shared a couple bites. I will say that the Tres Leches one was a little messy so I would recommend getting some napkins for the road, but other than that it was a good treat. The Cosmic Brownie one was a chocolate overload so I definitely recommend that one if you're a chocolate lover. Would say this location is definitely one of my favorite crumbl locations and that I will be coming back the next time I spot a flavor that I like on the menu! read more

Crumbl has been a hit both times I've gone. If you're going on a Friday night, expect it to be a lot busier. Last time I went around 7pm on a Friday and it was packed. The cookies are delicious and big - easy to share. The cookies have also come out warm each time. They're more expensive than the average cookie but it's a good treat once in a while. Plus, I love that they have new cookies each week. Check the cookie flavors on their site to make sure they have something you want to try that week. If you haven't tried it, I definitely recommend. I ordered milk chocolate and oatmeal. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is the oatmeal seemed doughy as if it wasn't cooked enough. I ate it and still really good! Ordered twice now from the concord location. These cookies are soft and doughy which is exactly how I like my cookies! If you like a firmer crunchier cookies these probably aren't for you. They have a good variety of flavors and switch up the flavors pretty often. I am obsessed with their sugar cookies with icing. Super easy to order them online and they usually can deliver same day with just a few hours! I am giving this 4 stars mainly because of the price. While the cookies are reasonably priced for gourmet cookies the delivery fee is typically $15-18 dollars... unless your ordering an enormous order or are having a serious cookie withdraw meltdown it may not be worth the delivery fee. read more

The staff at Crumbl Cookies are very pleasant and helpful. Actually, you can place your order and pay for it via the kiosk near the front of the store. Then, pick up your cookies when they call your name. It doesn't get any easier than that. Note that daily flavors vary. They don't carry any specific flavors on any given day (e.g. oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip). You have to go with the flow and try something new. Some you may love, some you may like. Others, may be a no! It's nice to try different things, though. So, give them a cry. If they happen to have your favorite flavor, you will indulge and be happy. read more

I came 2 weeks ago looking for the Peanut Brittle someone posted a picture about in Yelp. First time visiting any Crumbl. I asked associate if it was a seasonal item. All she said was no. No information about the business. Then I learned about the business on the website that night on my own. Came back 2 days before Christmas and figured the place was good with the business it brings. I bought 4 cookies for $13. On this visit, the particular Associate was nice and informed me about the Peanut Brittle cookie plus how selection changes weekly. Cookies not great. Really doughy and crumbles like the brand says. No brown to the cookies whatsoever. Only good thing was that the Icing is delicious. I only took a few bites in the car and wrapped up the box. Next day, I took it home to my mom and sister for Christmas and they didn't like them neither. Kept picking at it but nah $13...maybe if you like cookie dough this is your spot. Moving from Utah we remember when Crumble first opened, while this is definitely my wife's place to go it has lost some appeal to me. I do appreciate the fact they have their franchise model perfected, the ones here look exactly like ones in Ut. However I feel they have got more gimmicky then spending time on cooking cookies that are really high quality for what u pay. Just adding s'mores topping on top of cookie doesn't make it a s'mores cookie, now there chocolate chip is great and generally always worth it. However sometimes I feel consistency bites them either over cooked or not mixed right... and these complaints only come because of the their price when 4 cookies is almost 14 dollars I expect more. While the cookies are good the customer service is horrible. I placed an order on Dec 22 for pick up on December 24. When I got there they had no record of my order. I showed them the charge on my Amex app because I didn't have any email receipt but they refused to honor that. I had to pay for the cookies again. Worse part is they lied and said the store cannot issue refunds- that it has to go through corporate. However the website says the exact opposite. I am not getting a response to the email for the store so now I need to go through the hassle of disputing the charge. Never again.. lots of great bakeries in the area that would not handle it this way. This was their mistake. At a minimum do not do any preorders at this location! read more

Super disappointed in my first visit to Crumbl cookies. I placed a curbside pickup and parked directly in front of the store. There's no designated spots for curbside. I watched the woman walk out, turn left and walk one step, then go back inside. Not once did she look directly forward where I was parked. I went in and not one person said a word. I couldn't get their attention because no one would look at the front door or at any of the customers. There were only two women doing the to go orders while 5 employees where in the back. Every time I would say something they wouldn't pay attention or look at me. Once I finally did, I said I had a curbside order and I knew which was mine because I saw my name on the box which had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. So any cookie that I wanted warm was now ice cold. The double chocolate was good and tasted like a brownie. The New York cheesecake tasted nothing of the sort and that was not cream cheese frosting, it was buttercream. So that was disappointing since I was expecting it to be cream cheese. The berry was refreshing with the cool whip frosting and jam but these cookies are mostly undercooked. Super expensive and disappointing driving to this location with no one paying attention to the customers. read more
